Would you buy a WWE DVD of just...

Let's say WWE decided to release a set of DVDs, however many they could make, of ONLY their video packages and the such. Maybe at the end of each year they start releasing sets of all of the video packages that they put together over that year. The PPV buildup videos, the special things they put together for certain wrestlers returns like the recent Kurt Angle video, and then the various things like the WWE History video and the "Classy" video that they aired on SD?

Would you be interested in these types of DVDs? I'm not talking about the stupid entrance video type DVD they released, I'm talking about a stacked DVD full of music videos and then all the stuff I listed above. Heck, maybe they could toss in some "Making Of" extras or commentary with a few people, and then a few matches from that year.

I'd eat them up, as I think the WWE's production deals like their videos is one of the true highlights of the federation, and has been for years.

Sincerely,

...Downhome...

I'd be interested in these. They should have a lower price than regulard DVD's since it's not unique content (like the 619 DVD) or a PPV DVD.

For 15-16, I'd get them all.

Just like pokemon.

Just thinking about it, it could be kind of difficult with all the licensing/royalties for the background music...like "Clocks" for the new Kurt Angle and "Fallen" for the Blassie tribute videos...but then again, I'm sure they could work it out.

They'd have to throw on 2 or 3 matches, just for the sake of it, for me to buy it.

Oh yeah, perhaps a few of the matches that the videos were made for or something, it'd be a must basicly. Or maybe some "classic" matches from the people that they did special videos for like Blassie and all of the others.

My point, is that a line of DVDs like this could be simply awesome, heh.

I'd buy it for sure.

Stick some of those "desire" videos on there. I loved those things.

Nah, not something I would be interested in buying.

Depends on the actual content, but most likely I wouldn't be interested.

Only if they include the music videos that ECW had.

Hmm, WCW and ECW montages would be an interesting addition - still, they need to have a few matches on it (Savage vs. Warrior WM 7 to showcase Liz, Hennig vs. Hart SS91 to showcase Mr Perfect)

I was seriously expecting someone to say -

"Hell no! I'll download the videos."

I love their music videos, but I wouldn't buy a DVD of it. Considering I can easily download it in just as good quality on the net, or I can record it off the TV.

DVD equals quality. If I had broadband and a tv out video card than I might of say "Get it on Kazaa"

Nah, I think it'd be better to include them as extras on appropriate DVDs corresponding to the matches or wrestlers featured (which they basically already do anyway). I mean the whole point of them is to excite you about seeing whatever it's promoting.

As mentioned they probably wouldn't shell out the money for the licensed music either (like on the Royal Rumble DVD from a couple years ago where the Kid Rock song is omited).

What are they going to do with all those desire videos anyway? I would definitly buy a DVD with all the desire videos just for the image quality, but I wouldn't pay more than $20 for it.

I'd get it for video packages that are in memorium for fallen wrestlers. Other than that, if I need to see video packages, I'll get them of Kazaa or WINMX.

You mean with the Desire videos also?

Yes, I'm talking about everything like that which they put together.

Shawn Michaels music video sucked for ONE reason. They use dit AGAIN with new footage when he "lost his smile".

Also the song was pretty bad.`
