If i was the WWF, i'd open up about 6 or 7 more territories around the states and canada (OVW , HWA, Maybe one in eastern canada, western canada, one in the deep south, one in the south west and one in the very northeast...)

 

send 2 or 3 established  and experienced wrestlers (Boss Man, Perfect) down to these feds to develop the indy wrestlers more, and get them working the WWF style of wrestling...

 

And have one main heavyweight title for the 7 wwf minor leaque feds...

I'd keep William Regal around, but as a color commentator or in a non-wrestling role...He's the absolute best in that...I loved it when he was commissioner, because he rarely wrestled/bored me and just chilled backstage doing his thing, and rarely wrestling matches.

I don't know if I would fire ten people, but I can think of ten significant changes I would implement:

 

1. Hogan retires from wrestling after pinning Vince McMahon at an upcoming PPV, then becomes Commissioner of WWF SmackDown! thanks to Linda's intervention. He sucks in the ring, but still gets pops and can make the WWF mucho scrilla bucks. What else is there to do?

 

2. Kevin Nash gets "injured" and moves into a role of nWo Enforcer, never wrestling again. He would only work the mic and throw some cheap shots every now and then.

 

3. I would put the Undertaker on a Sudden Death policy where if he doesn't deliver performances on par with his WrestleMania match with Flair, he would immediately be forced into retirement. It might be cruel, but I like his current character, minus the shitty ringwork.

 

4. I would fire the Women's Title and Division. The few women that can wrestle (Molly, Jazz, Ivory) would be traded for Diamond Dallas Page, Kidman, and Jericho. Those women would be pushed as part of the Cruiserweight Division on SmackDown, while the other women be just be managers. Remember managers?

 

5. IC TITLE PUSH FOR KIDMAN!

 

6. Jericho joins the nWo as their number one guy and feuds with Austin and Triple H on Raw.

 

7. Kurt Angle and Chris Benoit would be the top heels on SmackDown to feud with The Rock and Edge.

 

8. Fire Test.

 

9. Booker T face turn and feud with X-Pac.

 

10. FIRE STEPHANIE MCMAHON!!!
