Guest packwingfn Posted April 20, 2002 Report Posted April 20, 2002 I was thinking maybe have Dlo interfere after the Intercontiental Title Match at Backlash (with RVD Retaining) and frogsplash Eddy AND RVD, and have a 3way for the IC Belt at Judgment Day with RVD still retaining, then have Dlo-RVD at King of The Ring, Eddy-Dlo etc. There's alot of possiblities that could be a good way to build crediblity to the IC Belt yet they need to have RVD keep the title until November at least and defend it practically every show, and he will be AMAZINGLY OVER *not that he is isnt now* but then move him to the main event scene and have win the Rumble, then win the World Title But that would never happen....in the real world What do you all think on how Dlo should return?

Henry pulls every muscle in his body and D'Lo jumps Mark Henry and kills him. He would be monsterly over as a face for releasing about 1600 lbs. of dead weight. Then they could go from there.

Have a couple guys who can tag, a guy who is about Euro champ level (like D-Lo), and a guy who is a Intercontinental threat (NOT THE GODFATHER!!!! ) and could be a threat here and there for the WWF Championship.

Guest Posted April 20, 2002 Report Posted April 20, 2002 I always thought D-Lo was one of the most underrated wrestlers in the wwf and it was unfortunate that he lost his push because of the droz incident. Anyways, I agree with bringing him back to go for the Euro title first, then slowly easing him into the frogsplash wars with RVD and Eddy. That way, he can build up some credibility going into the feud instead of the fans wondering why this Lo-Down reject is suddenly getting an IC title shot.

Guest caboose Posted April 20, 2002 Report Posted April 20, 2002 Seeing as the IC title and Euro Title are on the same show they should merge the two. This is where D-Lo can come in. He can go after RVD and Guerrero and along the way squash Spike(and get that piece of shit off my TV), and give D-Lo a 4-5 month run with the Euro Belt to build up Heat. They can then build to a Unification match between D-Lo and the winner of RVD and Guerrero. This way the Unified title(Keeping the IC name) will be more meaningful. Even though the Euro Belt epresents my home continent, it has been really a bit of a prop. This would put D-Lo over strong(Heel or Face) and increase the prestige of holding the IC belt. This will also make the IC belt a RAW championship belt(with long reigns), thus on Smackdown they can scrap the Hardcore belt, and Reintroduce the US belt as a Smackdown Championship.

They should bring this tag-team back, these two guys had great potential together and they fit together too. D'Lo and Chaz were a perfect combo that got ruined.

As for a comeback(pending on how you want to bring him in), why not pal him up with Booker? If you want to bring him as a heel, it would work perfectly. He comes back on RAW and squashes Spike, and then befriends Booker during a backstage segment after the match and tells him how much he admired Booker(a stretch, I know, but work with me here) during the Alliance run even if he was on the opposing team. Booker leaves to go to his match that night while D'Lo stares at him. The match happens and the ref gets bumped... D'Lo runs down and hits the Lo-Down on Booker(if you want to turn Booker face).Feud over the Euro title is started and if booked well and if it lasts longer than one month, it could elevate both guys.

It's not like Spike's giving it any more credibility than it ever has. I say keep the belt totals low so that the focus of all the wrestlers isn't so spread out. And it's probably been said before, but D'lo needs to get rid of his purple kneepads. I get flashbacks of Ivory's purple scarf... now that was a winning gimmick for her, eh?
