Guest converge241 Posted April 30, 2002 Report Posted April 30, 2002 Pretty self explanatory. You can include pre-established ones. Raw: Richards/Credible Hardys Hall/Xpac (i just think that would give a boost to the tag division) Sanders/O'Haire Island Boys Smackdown: Chuck/Billy snow/Maven Hurricane/Nova Saturn/Tazz Storm/Awesome (w/ a trade) I just think they need to get some permanent tag teams if they dont want the division to pull a Judy Bagwell.
Guest Caliban Posted April 30, 2002 Report Posted April 30, 2002 RAW Nash and Hall w/X-Pac Hardy Boyz Mr. Perfect and Shawn Stasiak Raven and Tommy Dreamer O' Haire and Prototype SmackDown! Billy and Chuck Al Snow and Maven Perry Saturn and Hardcore Holly Lance Storm and Christian Nova and Hurricane
Guest Haku Posted April 30, 2002 Report Posted April 30, 2002 Raw Lesnar/Rhyno Nash/Hall Hardys Perfect/Staisak Spike/Bubba Smackdown Billy/Chuck Snow/Maven Henry/Farooq Test/Lance Storm Kidman/Nova
Guest Posted April 30, 2002 Report Posted April 30, 2002 I see no point in having tag teams for Raw.. but anyways... RAW -Kane & Matt Hardy ( I used this team a lot in the N64 No Mercy game, they actually had cool chemistry even though it's just a video game ;p ) -Justin Credible & Brock Lesnar ( Managed by Heyman ) -William Regal & Eddy Guerrero ( They actually worked pretty well together the other week ) -Curt Hennig & Scott Hall ( Alright, so I'm nostalgic, sue me ;p ) -Rob Van Dam & D'Lo Brown ( Nuff said ) SMACKDOWN -Billy Kidman & Shane Helms ( The Vertecrushers! ) -Chris Benoit & Chris Jericho ( ! ) -Taz & Saturn ( I don't know why, they just LOOK like they'd make a good team ) -Edge & Christian ( Edge sucks in singles, and Christian isn't getting any respect in singles. So, this is the only solution, IMO. ) -Kurt Angle & Lance Storm ( Another team that just looks like they'd compliment eachother as partners. ) ...and of course, we don't know where RHYNO~! is going to end up.. So, if I had my way, I'd put him on RAW and have him form a three man, ass kicking stable managed by Heyman: RHYNO~!, Justin Credible & BROCK~! Oh... yeah!
Guest converge241 Posted April 30, 2002 Report Posted April 30, 2002 I see no point in having tag teams for Raw.. but anyways... good point i should have ammended my explanation by pointing out that i would have the tag belts on both shows (ideally) sorry..
Guest El Satanico Posted April 30, 2002 Report Posted April 30, 2002 I'm only making teams that could be permanent teams. So no one like Angle or Jericho will be included. Smackdown: Christian & Shannon Moore(they just look like a natural fit...only possible problem is that they would resemble Christian and Edge alot) Shane "Hurricane" Helms & Nova(just for the whole superhero thing) Chuck Palumbo & Billy Gunn(don't really like them but they are working well together and with Rico they can really get over as heels and if nothing else they can lose Rico and become a "comedic jobber team") DDP & Kanyon(the whole New Jersey accent thing) Storm & Test(i don't know but for some reason i could see them working well as a team that is carried by Storm during matches i mean hell Storm carried Credible so he can carry Test. It also means we don't have to see Test get another singles push) Raw: The Hardy Boys(keep them as a team because there is nothing else to do with them. Could maybe try turning them "heel") Dreamer & Credible(Dreamer probably shouldn't be a full time singles guy and Credible needs to be in a tag team. And they seem like they would work off each other well.) Regal & Mr. Perfect(the arrogant perfect athelete and the arrogant pefect english gentleman Stasiak & Goldust(i don't like this team but they could be a decent comedic jobber team) Buh Buh & Spike Dudley(Buh Buh looks like he's being made into a "face" and Spike needs a body guard type)
Guest DawnBTVS Posted April 30, 2002 Report Posted April 30, 2002 RAW -The Hardy Boyz -Justin Credible/Stevie Richards -Raven and Perry Saturn(Trade) -D-Lo Brown/Eddie Guerrero(Just be an interesting team) -Mr. Perfect/William Regal(Old school Heel tag team) SMACKDOWN -Billy Kidman/Shane Helms -Chuck and Billy -Bubba Ray Dudley(Trade)/D-Von Dudley -Edge and Christian -Lance Storm/Kurt Angle
Guest Risk Posted April 30, 2002 Report Posted April 30, 2002 I hope they vacate the tag titles and just have single matches. The reason I want this is because the tag division is dead.
Guest Austin3164life Posted May 1, 2002 Report Posted May 1, 2002 I hope they vacate the tag titles and just have single matches. The reason I want this is because the tag division is dead. You may be right on that one. I heard someone mention a D'Lo/RVD tag team. I think that would be good, but in the long run it might hurt their singles careers. One thing they NEED to do is team Lance Storm with Rhyno, and reunite Edge & Christian.......
Guest El Satanico Posted May 1, 2002 Report Posted May 1, 2002 I hope they vacate the tag titles and just have single matches. The reason I want this is because the tag division is dead. They have too many wrestlers and not enough time or singles titles to totally do away with tag teams. Tag teams are the only way alot of guys will be able to get on WWF tv any time soon. It's true that the tag division is totally dead right now, but it could be and needs to be built back up. WWF needs tag teams so they can sort out the wrestlers better and use more guys. If they have nothing but single matches that big ass list of single wrestlers would result in alot of guys that are ready not being used for a long time. When i say the tag division could be rebuilt i mean could with a capital C. WWF first has to start showing that they have a clue as to what they are doing. Right now i wouldn't trust WWF with baking brownies let alone rebuilding the tag division.
Guest Posted May 1, 2002 Report Posted May 1, 2002 It's true that the tag division is totally dead right now, but it could be and needs to be built back up. Agreed. I think that the tag belts should have been "interchangable" between rosters over the Women's title. All of the good women workers are pretty much on RAW, while the T&A are on Smackdown.
Guest converge241 Posted May 1, 2002 Report Posted May 1, 2002 I hope they vacate the tag titles and just have single matches. The reason I want this is because the tag division is dead. No No No!!!! i love good tag wrestling, as many have pointed out, it can be saved! DONT LET THE WWF "BISCHOFF" OR "JUDY BAGWELL" TAG TEAM WRESTLING!! how exactly we "dont let them", I have no idea...but it sounds good.
Guest The Son of Sting Posted May 1, 2002 Report Posted May 1, 2002 I wouldent mind seeing Vampiro and Gangrel (The Vampire Warriors) as a team, Helms and Nova. Storm and Awsome. Richards and Raven. Dreamer and DDP (just seem to go together) Taz & Saturn ( I don't know why, they just LOOK like they'd make a good team ) got to agree with that. They need to have the belts on both shows as well.
Guest Zack Malibu Posted May 1, 2002 Report Posted May 1, 2002 RAW: Guerrero/Regal (I think they worked really well together) Hardy Boyz Justin Credible/Mr. Perfect Buh Buh Ray/Spike Dudley Booker T./D Lo Brown SMACKDOWN: Billy/Chuck Al Snow/Maven Hardcore Holly/Chavo Guerrero Jr. Randy Orton/Kidman Hugh Morrus/Hurricane
Guest converge241 Posted May 1, 2002 Report Posted May 1, 2002 good stuff all. now you would think the WWF writers could sit down and do this as well.... it does not seem that hard.
Guest saturnmark4life Posted May 5, 2002 Report Posted May 5, 2002 Saturn and ANYONE! (except bradshaw)
Guest Posted May 5, 2002 Report Posted May 5, 2002 I agree with making the tag belts for both shows. Raw: Dreamer & Raven APA(Faarooq traded to Raw for Bubba, this way we don't have to sit through a Bradshaw singles push) Hardy Boys Hall & Nash(I guess...) Stevie Richards & Justin Credible Smackdown: Billy & Chuck W/ RICO(most important member of the team) Hurricane & Nova(This would be awesome, the superhero tag team. Nova could be coordinated with Hurricane's costume, but wear blue instead of green and dye his hair blue and wear the blue cape and have the "N" on his chest. It'd be awesome) Dudley Boys Lance Storm & Christian Kaientai(I know Taka left, but I loved Kaientai. They would have been a great tag team if the WWF actually took them seriously)
Guest Posted May 5, 2002 Report Posted May 5, 2002 RAW Nash and Hall w/X-Pac Hardy Boyz Mr. Perfect and Shawn Stasiak Raven and Tommy Dreamer Rhino [rhyno] & Lesnar SmackDown! Billy and Chuck Al Snow and Maven Perry Saturn and Taz Lance Storm and Christian Nova and Hurricane

I could swear, I just read the other day he re-signed for a new 3 year deal? Yeah, I read that too. But then some others on the forum were saying he left. I'm not sure myself now. Can anyone clarify the situation?
