Kurt Angle shouldn't be the future of the WWF.

He should be the present.

I see no reason why Angle is not in the middle of a long title reign that would give credability to both the proffession and the title.

Angle vs. Benoit, Jericho, RVD, Eddy... those shouldn't be midcard matches.

The WWF thinks they should be...but they should be the main events.  As the MOTN should always be.

Hogan, Hall, XPac, Big Show, Undertaker, Bradshaw...they are all above the previous names listed as far as pushes go.

BRADSHAW??????

Why are they wasting their time?

From now on all of Bradshaws time should be given to RVD and Lesner to concentrate on making them the next big stars in the industry.

And for godsake...put the strap on Angle or Austin.

At this point, I think they are keeping it off them (Angle and Austin) and putting them in pointless midcard feuds that are designed to fail for the sole purpose of spiting the smarks. Redefines "Cutting off your nose to spite your face"

Unfortunately the wwf hasn't gotten past that whole "if they ain't big, they can't draw" attitude. As for X-Pac, it's all who you know.

The wwf also hasn't gotten past the "if they ain't wwf born and bred, they ain't gonna get pushed" attitude either. Hence the treatment of Booker T, DDP, etc.

Anglesault, the fact that you critisize Edge for being borring and too Spear Crazy and then list Rhyno as one of your top picks really doesn't make sense to me. And for heaven's sake, for all his size and intimidating prowess, Brock Lesnar is not half the worker Tajiri is. Same goes for Kidman and Hurricane, as much as no one wants to hear it. I know Brock is a ~BIG DUDE~ but until his potential payes off to compensate for half the effort they've put into pushing the big lug, I'm afraid his future worth to the company is shaky at best. I'd like to know why Benoit and Jericho aren't even listed too.

I wasn't just referring to ringwork. I was going with charcters and character development. Edge is a very boring character.

As opposed to Rhyno and Brock, who's characters are looking mean and scary. Right.

I'm sorry, I can get more into a "take no shit" ass kicker than a guy who says "dork" alot.

These are people I see still with WWF in 5 years.

I'm suprised no one has mentioned Hogan (assuming he's still alive in 5-10 years).  I see Vince booking a 'Weekend At Bernies' angle where Taker can run-in and stick Hogan's fetid dead corpse on top of Jericho for another title run at WM25.  THE FANS DEMANDED IT.

But seriously...

RVD, Angle, Brock.

Out of curiosity, what do people think is the shelf life of a wrestling valet?  I know most of them get the boot for being bitches (Chyna, Sable etc.) but assuming Trish and Stacy do as their told, how long will they stick around?  I mean shit, Debra must be nearly forty now?

Near? She IS 40(or maybe even older).

Debra is over forty. Ivory is 39. Miss Elizabeth had a good reign.

I think the near future is going to stay the same for a while, though they've got to be seeing that the Hogan novelty is almost gone.  I'm very pleased to see that they seem to finally be getting behind Jericho, really pushing to make him a viable main eventer (funny how that happens AFTER the first title reign, eh?), but aside from that, no one else in the midcard seems to be exhibiting much upward mobility.

Same as it ever was...but hey, at least someone "new" is getting a bit of a boost.

Eddie Guerrero, Benoit, Angle, Jericho, Tazz, and RVD. Yeah, Tazz. He was pretty over at one point in time and with a proper push he copuld have been huge.

No, he'll always be 4'3. Not even a push could make him huge.

A polite warning about RVD, he 36 (I think, but at least 35), and with the high impact offense he performs, I'm not sure he'll last another five years.

I always thought RVD was in his early 30's and in the same age range as Jericho, Triple H, Angle, etc.
