Guest Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 How much money for a potential settlement DID the World Wildlife Fund turn down from WWFE, just based on principle?
Guest Some Guy Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 I'd guess an alwful lot of money was turned down by the animal fuckers. I now hate them, those Panda blowing, Snake Schlong Soup Sipping, Frog fuckers.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 millions and millions. this will cost the wwf a fortune. BTW. I'm now planning on going on a panda hunting expedition.
Guest Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 If they cared about there pandas they would of took the money and used it to save them. The fucking pandas don't give a shit about the name. Those fuckers must just hate wrestling. Fuck there dumb selfs to hell. ------jp OUT
Guest razazteca Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 its a successful publicity stunt.....I never knew that the Panda lovers excisted until the lawsuit happened. But in six months will anybody still care about the animals, I doubt it.

Guest Tony149 Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 The case was being held in the UK I belive. Which would be consider WWF Panda country. Since their based overseas. I remember reading somewhere on the net how a judge pretty much bashed the WWF (Wrestling). Had it been held in the U.S., Vince probably has a chance of winning.
Guest Some Guy Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 I bet Vince would have won in America. America is far more pro-WWF and less pro-panda fuckers.
Guest evenflowDDT Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 I bet Vince would have won in America. America is far more pro-WWF and less pro-panda fuckers. ...and the language used against the World Wildlife Foundation on this thread is the perfect example of that Save the Pandas? There are hundreds of those, but less than ten cruiserweights in the WWE right now! If that's not an endangered species, then what is?!

LOL, the criusers need to be saved who can i sue for the rights to WCF (World Cruiserweight Fund).
Guest big Dante Cruz Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 Um... World Wildlife Fund. Shouldn't that be WWLF anyway? Who's going to look up a wildlife fund as WWF? Hell, supporters have got to be getting lost on the 'Net since they're probably technophobes. Oh, that's not very politically correct of me... Too bad. That's one of the most asinine things I've ever heard. Who actually makes more sense about this? The WW... grumble grumble... WWE has $$$$$$$$$ to lose. What's the World Wildlife Fund got to lose? Anyone?
Guest Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 Don't you think that it is kind of ironic that a court that is put of the United States goverment gave the name to a bunch of tree-hugging, pot-smoking, enviromentalists who hate pollution and the killing of innocent animals while at the same time, the United States goverment gives money, support, and are bribed by big corporations who do pollute and kill innocent animals?! Maybe Vince couldn't bribed them enough like he did at the steroid trial. Maybe the hippies gave the judge pot.
Guest Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 Almost makes you want to start up a website doesn't it.
Guest buffybeast Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 What happened in the World Wildlife Fund and WWFE's relationship? I thought they had a working understanding for years. Anyways, I bet the panda lovers turned down millions upon millions from WWF, er WWE. Foolish, really, to turn down such absurd amounts of money for a name.
Guest Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 Maybe, they were watching a WWF program and saw one of Albert's matches, and thought he was wearing a German Shepherd as a coat?
Guest buffybeast Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 Maybe, they were watching a WWF program and saw one of Albert's matches, and thought he was wearing a German Shepherd as a coat? Fearhavoc, you keep this shit up and you will find yourself on the receiving end of one of Buffy's bitch slaps of doom!!!!!!
Guest converge241 Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 their agreement was that the wwf (woops wwe) only use the logo in the us.. the website itself violated that due, to the worldwide nature of it. there were some other "infractions" that the wwf, i mean wwe, had as well. btw, i busted out laughing at the entertainment in caps and exclamation points on the folder...i dont know why

Guest Some Guy Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 I think the angle with Lucy threw the panda fuckers over the edge.
Guest Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 Since when do animal rights activists or animals care about Copyright Law? What happened to the utopia that the hippies in the 60's wanted?
Guest buffybeast Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 Since when do animal rights activists or animals care about Copyright Law? What happened to the utopia that the hippies in the 60's wanted? I think right now it is popular to hate the WWF.
Guest Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 Since when do animal rights activists or animals care about Copyright Law? What happened to the utopia that the hippies in the 60's wanted? It went out when the hippies found out they could sue on BEHALF of the animals and still keep most of the money.
Guest Brian Posted May 6, 2002 Report Posted May 6, 2002 They should have had a court in Japan hear it. Smell the ratings~! Nippon Court TV.
Guest RickyB Posted May 12, 2002 Report Posted May 12, 2002 The reason why the Wildlife Fund wanted them to change their name was because of the scantly-clad women on the shows. If kids were asked to search for the WWF (Wildlife Fund) at school there was a chance that certain websites would come up with "PICTURE OF TRISH IN A THONG!!!" "TORRIE TOPSLESS" "PICS OF STACEY'S ASS!!!!". And that's why they wanted the WWF to change their name. I personally think that Vince should NOT have broke the contract and it was HIS fault and HIS fault only. Vince screwed Vince and he can look in the mirror every morning and know that. I wish I could say that to his face, lol! But i'd rather that the Wildlife Fund (who actually work for a decent cause) instead of the WWF (which is just smut TV now) won the case. I am kind-of a fan of the WWF (until Hulk Hogan leaves) and I don't really care about the Wildlife Fund but they are a good cause and i'd rather they won the court case instrad of that bastard Vince McMahon.
