Justin credible: am i the only one

I have been seeing a couple of damn good Justin Credible matches recently.  Maybe it was the time in OVW, maybe its the fact that he has been on the lower tier shows and is getting more time, but his matches (particularly the one with RVD on Heat the other week) have really, REALLy been good.  

 

For about a year now, everytime a wrestler does a shootish interview and they are asked about who has the talent to be big in the future, his name always pops up.  I have always been like, REALLY...JUSTIN CREDIBLE???...ALDO????.  Aparently they knew something I didn't.  

 

Like him or not, Aldo has had the fire lit under his ass.

Damn straight! Now if only they'd bother to establish his character beyond that he used to hang out with X-Pac and Albert (it seems like no-one remembers X-Factor anymore... I wonder why?)

Maybe because the X-Factor gimmick somehow dragged some of the very worst matches out of all three men?  

 

I've never liked Credible in the ring, never understood why Heyman put him over everyone from Dreamer to Sasuke, never thought he should be much more than a Jakked jobber.  But he seems like a pretty nice guy, it was hilarious in his RF shoot interview when he freely admitted that he was scared to death to work certain guys.

The problem with pushing Justin is that it would be to appease the ECW marks, but Justin was always hated even by them!  He never had any credibility as a champ.  As far as his improvement, I haven't really seen it.  

 

Hell, I'd think RVD/Justin would be sorta decent.  Van Dam can get something decent out of about anyone.

Credible is ok, nothing special at all though.  I haven't really noticed much improvement.  Just Mediocre, as always.

I use to take SO MUCH heat here for sticking up for Justin...I think he's a hell of a worker, he busts his ass and usually puts on an enjoyable match.

 

But with Lance doing nothing and Justin doing nothing...they really missed the boat by not redoing the Impact Players...for God Sakes they just signed Dawn Marie!

I still fail to see why everyone wants to 'reform the Impact Players'.

 

It's like, OMG! Impact Players! ECW! ECW! ECW!

 

In my opinion, that'd only be lowering Lance Storm. He's got something Justin Credible dosen't. Potential. He may not be as great as some people say, but he's still a better worker than about half the roster. Justin should stay on Jakked, or Heat, or whatever.

 

Storm could do a good job as an..ahem..'serious' heel, and unlike Regal (who has that type character now), he can actually mesh in the ring with a few people.

Storm can go lower? But I agree, I don't like the Impact Players reformation idea.

Storm is a much better worker then Justin...but you know they won't do shit with him.

 

And I'm not talking about redoing the team just for an ECW pop...they were a very good heel tag team...and the tag divison is just crap now as it is when you have Maven and Al Snow as #1 contenders

I want to see Storm pushed hard, but with the ;acking Tag Team division, he and Credible could only help it.  They could reform, and then maybe put thatSaturn/Morrus team together and we may have something.

 

Storm's workrate and their chemistry as a team would be much more appealing than Rikishi/Hurricane, Snow/Maven, etc.
