World Wresltling Entertainment is releasing a program that teaches kids and adults to improve their speech. "WWE Trash Talking" will be available on cassette, CD, or CD-rom. Some of the sections include:

-- "Opening Statements," taught by Booker T and Trish Stratus

The 5-time WCW champion and the WWE Women's champion help those who just can't find the right words to begin a sentence. Remember, when in doubt, start with: "You know" or "You know what" or "You know somethin'." WWE co-owner Vince McMahon ("quite frankly") also makes an appearance.

-- "Strategic cursing," taught by The Undertaker.

The WWE Undisputed champion lets you know when and where's a good time to cuss, and which words to pick. Pretty soon, you'll be saying "DAMN!" with as much skill and timing as Taker.

-- "Closing arguments," taught by X-Pac.

The NWO member helps you find that perfect finisher, including his personal favorite: "Look, man. We're the NWO, man. Get it together, man!"

-- "Finding your voice," taught by Rob Van Dam.

Tired of sounding like every other badass on the block? The Whole Dam Show teaches you how to distinguish yourself, even if it means sounding like Kermit the Frog.

-- "Addressing the right man," taught by Bradshaw and Ric Flair.

Do you always misguide your frustrations? Let the APA's Bradshaw and WWE co-owner Ric Flair help. They are experts at figuring out exactly who to direct their words to. Bradshaw, for example, knows that when he's calling out Flair, he should be looking DIRECTLY at Lillian Garcia.

-- "Keep it simple, stupid," taught by Edge.

The WWE's coolest cat shows you the effectiveness of talking to everyone like they're 6 years old.

-- "Feel the emotion," taught by Jerry Lawler, Michael Cole, and Jim Ross.

The WWE's top announcers help those who just need to let it out. Whether it be creepy orgasmic grunts when someone's music plays, totally believable righteous indignation ("NOT THIS WAY!") or just good ol' euphoria ("STONE COLD! STONE COLD! STONE COLD!") they've got you covered.
