During entrances, they have to  cut out Michael Buffer's voice. Evidence: Bonus matches on nWo DVD. I think it has something to do with Buffer's agreement with WCW that it couldn't be used anywhere else or he had a contract just for WCW or something.

Does that mean all the entrances were cut out? =/

Oh no! Now we don't get to hear him call the hitman "Bret Clark"!

They should get Lilian Garcia to do voice-overs.  Though even during recordings she might get the names wrong.

They like have the entrances up til Buffer starts talking, then cut it off. It's funny in Nash's cause they play the wolfpac theme and you can see Buffer talking, but you can't hear it.

I really could care less, I'm  just mentioning it too everyone.

For Fall Brawl 95 he did the opener and the main event.  Hell, he may have done the whole show for all I know.

Sometimes, Buffer would do all of the title matches.

"Buffer only did the Main Events right?"

He did all of Spring Stampede 94.

I still remember pissing myself in laughter when he announced "Bret the Hit Man Clarke!" that one time.

I belive Buffer gets paid a ton of money for saying "Let's get ready to rumble!" I've heard he gets paid $1000-$5000 just for saying that. Which is probably the main reason he voice was cut off.

He's also an asshole about it.  He's sued a whole bunch of people who have used it without his permission, and it's not like they were trying to make money off of it, either.  I think most people just used it as a soundbite for an intro to their radio show, or something like that.
