Will the WWF ever return to the USA Network?

I mean, ratings shit the bed ever since they went on TNN and I really don't see them having a renewed contract with them after it runs out (whenever that is). I know USA would LOVE to have them back because all they do is have shitty movies in replace of WWF. I'm not sure if the contract with TNN  is long term, but I don't remember.

IMO, I would LOVE to have them go back to USA. I never seemed to have that same feeling when watching on TNN instead of USA. How about you?

They really wouldn't be doing that much better on USA then they have on TNN. The big deal about the ratings is that the WWE(and wrestling in general)is in a down cycle.

The ratings were pretty much the same after they switched networks weren't they?  I thought they started to drop once Kurt Angle, Chris Benoit, and Chris Jericho started to get pushed

No, not at all. They were getting around 5's on USA and as soon as they moved to TNN, I think their debut show got like a 3.6 or something cause no one had TNN.

Another thing about USA is they always did primo promotion for the WWF, so I definately think the ratings would go really higher if they went back on.

Well, TNN does good promotion as well. When I am watching Confidential, I know that I have no clue that raw is on Monday, so it's good that they alert me during that show.

I wish that they would go back to USA simply to avoid the god awful TNN commercials.

The NEW TNN isnt that bad, I mean come on, they brought back American Gladiators.  Heck, they brought back the ones with Rico Constantino in them.

Well, considering they are getting 3.6's, maybe some people need reminders.

The debut show on TNN (9/25/2000) drew a 5.4 rating.  Plus, more homes have TNN now, than homes that had USA when WWF was on there.

Vince will stay with Viacom(the company that owns TNN) for as long they will keep him. Viacom unlike USA gives Vince alot more options that would inable him to expand into other stuff not just wrestling based business.
