Guest HartFan86 Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 Notice during the HHH/Hogan scaffle, Malenko is trying to break them up.
Guest dreamer420 Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 cool, i'll be on the lookout for that. i'd much rather see him in the cruiserweight division competing but I guess it's up to Dean and the WWE.
Guest dreamer420 Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 we got to realize that dean is in his 40's now and probably can't go like he used to be able to. his last good match was over two years ago now with scotty 2 hotty. i'm kind of glad he didn't stick around way too long past his prime, and wrestle as a shell of his former self.
Guest Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 I wish they'd give him a goodbye match, so he doesn't just fade away in obscurity.
Guest dreamer420 Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 that would be great. who would you like to see him wrestle? i would have to pick either benoit or guerrero because they have had so many ones before.
Guest Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 Eddy G or Rey Jr., for history's purposes. I swear, I don't care if it's just a 15 minute match on smackdown or raw, I just want him to go up there and say "Im retiring, but on my way out I wanna say thank you to the fans. Oh and kick eddy g's ass" or sumtin like dat.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 Jericho. that was his best feud. so he should wrestle Jericho in a goodbye match.
Guest Mark4steamboat Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 Malenko had great matches with Misterio who hopefully will debut soon. He should have been Hurricane's stalker but Jaime Knoble works for me.
Guest DokDoyle Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 Who was the other new Agent..the blond one?
Guest Mark4steamboat Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 Johnny Ace. One half of the greatest team of all time, The Dynamic Dudes. Fit Finley looks like Mr Clean now.
Guest Your Olympic Hero Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 Fuck being road agents, bring in Finlay & Malenko as a team.
Guest Mark4steamboat Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 If i recall, Malenko retired on his own. im not sure about Finley. I wanna see johnny ace wrestle. He is a great wrestler and has had awesome matches in japan.
Guest Dr. Wrestlingphysics Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 I apologise for being very vague, but I think Finlay had some sort of leg injury. Knee or ankle or something.
Guest crandamaniac Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 I apologise for being very vague, but I think Finlay had some sort of leg injury. Knee or ankle or something. He was in a match against Brian Knobbs. Knobbs whipped him into a table, and he cut his leg, and retired after that because of his injury
Guest Dr. Wrestlingphysics Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 That rings a bell! It was a mega gash that took lumps out of his leg and refused to heal for ages. Thanks for jogging my memory!
Guest Youth N Asia Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 I was at Pillman 2001 Malenko and Saturn wrestled Credible and Raven...and after the match Dean said it might have been his last...and if that's the case he was happy he could do it there. I've always liked Dean's work...without a doubt the best work he's ever done was in ECW in 1995 wrestling against Guerrero and tagging with Benoit
Guest thebear Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 Bring the three road agents on the saturday night show, and have them wrestle three younger smackdown guys, have them job but good to all three Malenko VS Chavo Gurrerro Jr. 15 minutes Finlay VS Lance Storm 8-10 minutes Johnny Ace VS Test or Albert 6-8 minutes there's what could be a good show 35 minutes of wrestling, gives time to get the main event angle over...
Guest Vern Gagne Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 I'm glad Malenko,Finley and Ace have jobs with the WWE. It beats working for some indy fed. In the WWE, they'll probably get more air time breaking up fights than they would if they still wrestled.
Guest converge241 Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 A malenko & match farewell series would be to die for (he could win and lose some of them) Guerrero Benoit Jericho Storm Misterio HHH ( hey i think dean could have a good match with him) and then finish it with Flair putting him over. classic.
Guest evenflowDDT Posted June 9, 2002 Report Posted June 9, 2002 I'm glad Malenko,Finley and Ace have jobs with the WWE. It beats working for some indy fed. Guest the 1inch punch Posted June 9, 2002 Report Posted June 9, 2002 Malenko has said for a long time that his final match will be a three way with Benoit and EDDY at some point, originally meant to be Pillman 2002
Guest Youth N Asia Posted June 9, 2002 Report Posted June 9, 2002 Alas...Pillman 2002 is not to be...Les Thatcher has stated so
Guest evenflowDDT Posted June 10, 2002 Report Posted June 10, 2002 Alas...Pillman 2002 is not to be...Les Thatcher has stated so Any particular reason(s) why?
