Guest Mole Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 "Davey died at 39 years of age because he chose to. The choices he was making led him to an early death. He, and he alone, killed himself prematurely. But few want to accept what is true." He has a good valid point, that I haven't heard anyone say. You can read the whole thing at www.ultimatewarrior.com/ww.06.06.02.htm
Guest Shadow Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 Yes, and I'm totally sure that Mr. Warrior got that look all NATURALLY! And that he's NEVER PICKED UP A DRUG IN HIS LIFE! Seriously, Warrior is a hypocrite. This from one of the most unstable guys in the buisness with one of the most steriod-influenced looks. Plus, even for the two people that take what Warrior says seriously anymore, he still looks like an insensitive ass.
Guest converge241 Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 Warrior didnt get that body by choosing the juice, he got it through ..."DESTRUCITY"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and those people who live in his hands that he talks to.. i have nothing serious to add as Shadow pretty much summed it up. Warrior is definetlry in contention for hin new gimmick in the NWA to be dressed up as a pot!

God he is a rip.... a psychotic nutjob but a rip...
Guest caboose Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 The Warrior can fucking go to hell. I'm not denying BullDog's drug problems were going to catch up with him sooner or later, but isn't it two faced for the bastard to say it was all DBS' fault. The injusry that got DBS hooked on PainKillers, was caused by Warrior's own fucking trapdoor. Fuck the Warrior all the way to fucking steroid hell where he is like a god for all the shit he's used.
Guest humongous2002 Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 Warrior calling Davey Boy Smith a drug abuser it's like the pot calling the kettle black. The guy seems to be wacked out of his mind but some of the things he said about Davey it's true, hopefully someday Warrior will have enough balls to talk about himself and what he did to get that anabolic look.

Indeed. The Warrior is an egotistical ass with little to be ego driven about. If it had not been for "Mr. Sharps" (Sharps=needle) he wouldn't have even had a career.
Guest buffybeast Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 What did Warrior say about DBS that wasn't true? Also, if the article was posted here in it's entiretly, Warrior goes on to say that DBS was a drug abuser, not a drug user. Maybe this is how he seperates himself from DBS.
Guest converge241 Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 Warrior calling Davey Boy Smith a drug abuser it's like the pot calling the kettle black hence my new gimmick idea Warrior is definetlry in contention for hin new gimmick in the NWA to be dressed up as a pot!

If you are live you are an "user",but if you die you are an "abuser".... Got ya.
Guest snowfan Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 yet more wisdom from the "Ultimate One"..... Bilge Will I ever make a return to the ring at all? I can’t answer that at this time. Not because I know and it has to be kept a secret. I can’t answer that because I truly do not know at this time. Has it crossed my mind? Yes. In what capacity? With who? How? Those are good questions. Can I? Do I still have the fire and discipline that it would take? Please,... just a little common sense. I mean, there are men and women over a half-century old in the ring; none of them ever within a year’s worth of heartbeats of having the physical or mental discipline I hold. I put more determination into, and extracted more sweat from, working just “one of my abs” than all the exhaustion that would come out of and all the wetness they, covered in sponges, could wish to absorb while the entire New York City Fire Department ran every hose they have over their heads for an entire week long, sleepless shift. Don’t even get me started...yet...give me a few minutes at least to say hello and tell you what I have been up to. Yes he and he alone has the determination and discipline to excel in the ring. I was especially disgusted by his self comparison to the NYFD. Guy is a gem.
Guest Slapnuts00 Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 I thought the article was an interesting read, if a little long winded. He's a whacko, but I have to say I more agreed with him then disagreed in terms of his thoughts on Bulldog. Read the whole thing.
Guest treble charged Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 I have many memories memorialized in my Warrior book. That is quite a funny statement.
Guest Ripper Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 True or not true, the guy just died. Its extremely bad taste. We all know its true and he knows it too. What did Warrior say that everyone didn't know already. Have some respect for the recently deceased for jeebus sake
Guest JAxlMorrison Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 Being a natural cynic I enjoyed reading the Warrior's article. Alot of you seem to be dismissing his statements just based on your dislike for him which is ridiculous. Pretty much everything the guy said was true.....deal with it. Especially the part about his old hometown becoming infected by stupid people......I can definitely relate to that one.
Guest Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 While I was fighting that fight with my own attorneys I became a father. My wife and I have an absolutely perfect baby daughter, Indiana (Indy) Marin Warrior, and we are expecting Warrior Baby 2 in December. Warrior, as many know (many more refuse to accept or acknowledge as if they have say so in the matter), is my entire legal name. It has been since 1993. The specious 2 second answer, given by uninformed others, for me taking that name: “Because he wrestled as the Ultimate Warrior.” is disrespectful and undeserving of any further response. I write about this at length in my book. Anyway my wife took Warrior as her surname. And our daughter, Indy, has it as hers. "You're going to the crazyhouse"

Sure he speaks the truth.... if you can get to the point of what he is saying in the fifteen sentence paragraphs. I don't hate him or even feel much of anything about him, but I do find his mania..er uh "Warriorism" entertaining in a carwreck way. Snowfan
Guest Just call me Dan Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 Ok kids, now I'm going to call role. John Anderson Here! Jenny Nicholson Here! Teacher pauses, begins a bit of a chuckle Indiana Warrior!!!! LOL Crazy bastard. I do agree with a lot of what he said, even thought I can't stand him myself. What I don't like is the fact that e is so hypocritical. From a guy who uses steroids probably to this day, and stinks it up in the ring, berating "drug abusers" and "older wrestlers" just is wrong. I'm pretty sure Warrior can refer to his daughter's name for carreer advice because as long as he is going to wrestle, he'll only be an " Indy Warrior "
Guest snowfan Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 I'm pretty sure Warrior can refer to his daughter's name for carreer advice because as long as he is going to wrestle, he'll only be an " Indy Warrior " well said Dan...
Guest Human Fly Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 I wonder if Warrior has ropes set around the house so when his daughter disobeys him he shakes them for parental power?
Guest snowfan Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 I wonder if Warrior has ropes set around the house so when his daughter disobeys him he shakes them for parental power? Maybe he also has Papa Shango over to "use his powers".... God I miss Old School Early 90s WWF Booking but not too much....
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 Warrior is the first person I have ever heard say that Davey Boy Smith was hurt before the trap door incident. Just I as I was about to consider that possibility, I realized that it was Warrior's trap door that injured Davey Boy Smith. I couldn't finish reading the post because I was becoming enraged at what I was reading.
Guest Redhawk Posted June 7, 2002 Report Posted June 7, 2002 Well, it wasn't like Warrior MADE them put a trapdoor there. He may have suggested it, yes, but he wasn't the one who approved it. Furthermore, he wasn't the one who slammed Davey Boy Smith on said door. So don't blame Warrior for DBS' injury. And certainly don't blame Warrior because DBS got addicted to painkillers afterwards.

Oh its great for when the WWE wants you to beleive what they want you to...but not if you want an actual truth. Bulldogs problems didnt start from the trap door incident in anyway shape or form. His drug problems started WAY back when he was with Dynamite Kid and he actually lost his job in the WWE at one point because of it (around 92 IIRC). DBS didn't get addicted to anything because of the trap door...HE ALREADY WAS AN ADDICT.
Guest Posted June 8, 2002 Report Posted June 8, 2002 Simply put why should we listen to anything seriously to a guy who Legally changed his name to WARRIOR?!? Jimmy EARwig shouldn't comment on the dead.. that Roid machine shouldn't be self righteous either... Kinda makes me still glad he was hired by the WCW long enough for him to get his Painted face JOBBED by Hogan in 98 lol
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted June 8, 2002 Report Posted June 8, 2002 I never said that Warrior was responsible for any of Davey Boy Smith's problems. I was commenting on how funny it is that he's the only who thinks Smith wasn't hurt by the trap door incident and it's even funnier that the trap door was intended for use in one of Warrior's useless segments. I never said that Warrior was responsible for the trap door or the injury, I labeled it as Warrior's trap door because the door was meant for his use. There were mnay things that I read that caused me to grow tired of reading his post, but the trap door wasn't neccesarily one of them. I found his delusions of grandeur and his self righteous hypocracy overshadowed almost everything.
Guest Risk Posted June 8, 2002 Report Posted June 8, 2002 I think "Warrior" sounds better than "Jim HELLWIG~!". Wig from HELL~! Heh. Anyways, I'm surprised at how smart Hellwig the Barbarian came off in his column. Not saying I agree with him, but he did come off as not a freak for the first time.
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted June 8, 2002 Report Posted June 8, 2002 He still seems to have a tenuous grasp f reality.
Guest Shaved Bear Posted June 8, 2002 Report Posted June 8, 2002 Destrucity? Weirdo. Weirdo? or Idiot?
