On WOL this past week, Meltzer said that Vince likes clownish Angle and that's why he gets booked to look like a dipshit. I know Meltzer isn't at the booking meetings and what not but he is a reliable source that a lot of the smarks go to for inside info. With that said, what do you think? Do you think Vince books Angle like a clown for his own amusement? For the simple fact that he gets his jollies off it? Or maybe it's because Angle was a real wrestler and this is Vince's sick way of showing him who is really on top? I await your response.

I don't think it has anything to do with his background. If Vince had a problem with a a real wrestler he wouldn't have given much such a push when he came in. He is just really entertaining as a jackass.

Vince has booked good workers in lame gimmicks just for his own amusement, I wouldn't be surprised if he did this with Angle. The longer they have Angle as a goof, the less the fans will believe him when he gets serious. As each day goes by, so does his credibility. He is a once in a lifetime talent and is being booked like a Wcw employee.
