Guest Redhawk Posted June 9, 2002 Report Posted June 9, 2002 Okay, bear with me here. I didn't see Judgment Day, and last week's Smackdown was the first one I've seen in a while. Did Angle actually get his hair cut? I've heard that he's been wearing the Rick Steiner gear ever since the PPV. Is he going to take off the wig soon and say it grew back when it was never really gone? So, has anyone actually seen him without hair?
Guest Anglesault Posted June 9, 2002 Report Posted June 9, 2002 His wig ususally comes off after the cameras stop rolling on SD!
Guest Posted June 9, 2002 Report Posted June 9, 2002 His wig was visibly coming off by the end of that cage match with Edge the other week.
Guest Posted June 10, 2002 Report Posted June 10, 2002 I just read on RajahWWF.com that Kurt said in an interview he wanted to shave his head, so he asked Vince first and he said that they should work it into a match stipulation.
Guest papacita Posted June 10, 2002 Report Posted June 10, 2002 Yeah, Kurt said his wife had been telling him to shave it for a while. I doubt he's gonna let it grow back while wearing the wig, because he said he actually likes the new look.
Guest Mark4steamboat Posted June 10, 2002 Report Posted June 10, 2002 I heard his head is covered with acne scars.
Guest Posted June 10, 2002 Report Posted June 10, 2002 Having seen his bald head, I must say it is a good look for him. He should keep it.
Guest Redhawk Posted June 10, 2002 Report Posted June 10, 2002 When did they show him bald? Because what I'm wondering is this: If Kurt and his wife and everyone else likes the bald look...why is he hiding it? Why the Rick Steiner headgear? That tells me that he must not really be bald.
Guest Flyboy Posted June 10, 2002 Report Posted June 10, 2002 Probably because his "character" is too embrassed to show the world his new look...
Guest papacita Posted June 10, 2002 Report Posted June 10, 2002 Well it's like incadenza said, the wig was pretty much coming off during last week's cage match, giving us all a pretty good shot of the head. I dunno about anybody else, but I was feeling Kurt's "hairpiece cocked to the side" look. I gotta steal that one of these days.
Guest J*ingus Posted June 10, 2002 Report Posted June 10, 2002 He was quite obviously really getting his head shaved at the PPV, and there have been plenty of reports from house shows that he is indeed bald.
Guest RicFlairGlory Posted June 10, 2002 Report Posted June 10, 2002 Having seen his bald head, I must say it is a good look for him. He should keep it. Goldberg, Austin.... Do we need ANOTHER bald Wrestler? ::shades of DOA::
Guest Posted June 10, 2002 Report Posted June 10, 2002 Do we need ANOTHER bald Wrestler? You can never have too many bald wrestlers. You can, however, have too many long haired-ones.

Guest Posted June 10, 2002 Report Posted June 10, 2002 You have a point, but Angle had a crew-cut, not long hair! My comment about long haired wrestlers had nothing to do with Angle. It was more of a statement about pro wrestling hairstyles in general.

Guest Redhawk Posted June 10, 2002 Report Posted June 10, 2002 I still say there aren't enought braids in wrestling. I mean outside of Booker T and some of the Divas sometimes, who's go braids. Funny how Road Dogg and K-Kwik got fired, and they had braids -- maybe it's a conspiracy. I mean, K-Kwik was the epitome of Charismatic! Why would they fire him?

Guest thefrenchargel Posted June 10, 2002 Report Posted June 10, 2002 Davey Boy sported braids. However, the MULLET is the greatest pro-wrestling hairstyle. Just look at Eddy.
Guest Your Olympic Hero Posted June 10, 2002 Report Posted June 10, 2002 What would you call Greg "The Hammer" Valentine's haircut? A bad encounter with a lawn mower?
Guest converge241 Posted June 10, 2002 Report Posted June 10, 2002 They should have worked a hair match into the Rock-Big Show feud. The promos from Rock would have been great. All the wrestlers have to check with Vince before making any appearance changes. (except jeff Hardy apparently)
