Remember when that movie "Rookie of the Year" was out? I think that's the baseball movie that started the "Pitcher's got a big BUTT" chant. I actually heard crowds do this at a few real baseball games. For a moment I was dead sure they were going to start a "Molly's got a big BUTT" chant. That's just the sort of thing that the fans who bark "What!" everytime Austin burps would latch on to and beat to death. And if it happens, good luck trying to do anything else with Molly ever again. In fact, maybe I shouldn't have posted anything, and kept my big mouth shut. jester

Lame joke after lame joke, Trish's cue-card-reading delivery, even Molly's nonexistent reactions to the insults all made for a terrible segment. And I would think that JR would be above joining in on the festivities ("She beat her with her thunder thighs!") Lawler I'm not surprised about. Stupid lech. Bottom line (yes, pun intended), this is a sorry-ass way to predicate a feud between them. Molly has pretty much beaten everyone on the RAW roster, so of course she deserves a title shot. There's no need for her to jump through hoops just to get it. And as it's been said before, all these T&A gimmicks are further devaluing a belt that for a while was garnering some recognition, moreso than some of the other tertiary belts. Jazz, get well soon. Please!

Why in the hell are they pairing up both her and Chris Harvard with Regal? I wouldn't mind a Molly & Chris "platonic relationship" angle, so why does Regal have to hang around like a glue to hold it together?

BTW, why does Molly's name bracket still read as "Molly Holly"? Crash dropped the Holly name and Bob is on Smackdown.

The fact that someone has the belt and someone else does not really all the reason you need to start a fued be it Undisputed, Tag, Women's whatever. And yeah, Lawler's jokes were especially annoying on Raw. He compared it to Rikishi's! It was pretty sad seeing Molly be the BUTT of fat jokes and she isn't even fat. Even WOW, which was no great shakes, treated its women wrestlers with more dignity. jester

I agree about the one-name thing... I like it when wrestlers have first and last names, unless its obviously a gimmick name like "Kane" or "X-Pac". Plus, "Molly Holly" rhymes, so it has that great flow to it. Seriously! Anyway, in regards to the ass thing, I've posted about this in other topics. It's mean and degrading to all women, but especially Molly. Now I have even more of a reason to dislike Trish... she's mean!

I for one don't believe the entire feud is being set up as around Molly's ass although Lawler and JR's commentating led us to believe that. The feud is beign set up as Trish making fun of Molly and just pretty much teasing her virgin-ness, like how Molly would be shocked and appalled about people talking about her ass. By the way, she was cuter when she was blond, and I'm not especially fond of her ass because it doesn't stick out far enough. It'd be quite itneresting to see her in a thong though. But hey I'd take Trish anyday....

If anyone in that segment had a big ass, I think it would probably be Trish (no knocking her though, still want to do her). Another thing I like about Molly, she doesn't have the rail thin body either...as with her ass, she has just the right amount of padding. Personally, I don't mind a little chubbiness or baby fat on a girl (although in Molly's case it's most likely muscle). I love Molly's character, she does a great job of being the woman who thinks she's too good for everyone else, and is a virgin because of it (no man is good enough for her). Unfortunately, Ross and Lawler are trying to sell her virginity as the reason why the fans should dislike her (because in WWE logic, the sluttier she is the better), because "she can't get laid" or whatever, rather than disliking her because she's an uptight, self-absorbed bitch who thinks she's better than everyone. Now instead they want to sell her as being a bad person because her ass is big. How hard is it to sell her attitude? Her character's a bitch. Nothing else needed. <sigh> I forgot, this is the WWE, where the only reason women are kept around is to fight over who gets to make out with Vince on live TV and wrestle the occasional <insert T&A stipulation> match.
