Why push Storm when you can push TEST? Why push cruisers when you can push fatasses? Why push someone that is over, but was 'made' in another company, when you can push someone who is not over, but is a Wwf boy? Still, Storm is obviously not liked by someone or a group of someone's because he works hard yet is never given anything. I mean, they haven't even given him the usual "half-hearted push that we know will fail so we have an excuse to job him" treatment that most of the talented ones get if they aren't liked.
