I think whoever wrote up the plans for KOR was a little pissed that HHH was gonna lose and as a result booked the match so it would have made sense if HHH would have won.

 

The HHH/nWo skit, had HHH won, he could be on RAW and thus join the nWo, after Rock hit HHH with the chair, the nWo should have hit the ring and kicked his ass
