Guest oldschoolwrestling Posted June 24, 2002 Report Posted June 24, 2002 We all saw him get confronted last night, but nothing came of it. Yes he's on SDown and they aren't, but maybe at the next ppv they'll help him win the belt. Thoughts? Maybe even a SDown version of the NWO?
Guest Rob Edwards Posted June 24, 2002 Report Posted June 24, 2002 Well he'd fit right in with his workrate at the moment but seriously I don't see the point of putting him on a sinking ship and knowing his booking influence I think he'll find a way out of it
Guest joshicho Posted June 24, 2002 Report Posted June 24, 2002 I think it could be pretty cool if HHH was to join the nWo, but I dunno if its gonna happen
Guest Zack Malibu Posted June 24, 2002 Report Posted June 24, 2002 Triple H joins the NWO, and they play up the backstage antics of The Clique. Jim Ross can go off on how they used to screw everybody politically. They could even bring up the fact that the Big Shit only got his push cuz he was a Hogan buddy. Of course, it wouldn't happen in those exact terms, but they could hint at it.

Guest Anubis Puppet Posted June 24, 2002 Report Posted June 24, 2002 If the NWO is going to be around as something more than a joke, maybe it wouldn't hurt them to have factions on both shows. They would still be allied and everything. Triple H could head up the SmackDown branch. Then again, I don't really care what the NWO does.
Guest dreamer420 Posted June 24, 2002 Report Posted June 24, 2002 hhh is way bigger than anyone in the nWo now so he probably can't be bothered. none of the guys in the group aren't even close to his level anymore.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted June 24, 2002 Report Posted June 24, 2002 If they were really a rebellious group that was independant(as is the idea), they wouldn't have allowed themselves to even be drafted and just kick people's asses at will. Oops. That'd be cool, sorry.
Guest Austin3164life Posted June 24, 2002 Report Posted June 24, 2002 Triple H wont join the nWo for anything. He's a main eventer, has a nice spot in the company, and has a guaranteed future. The nWold consists of guys who have had their shot at the big times, and have failed (HBK is the exception). There's no reason for Triple H, a guy who can only go higher (if he TRIES DAMMIT), to join the nWo, a stable that can only go lower......
Guest Shadow Posted June 24, 2002 Report Posted June 24, 2002 I'm hoping that HHH will take a while off after this elbow surgery to let himself heal more and hopefully produce better in the ring than he has since Janaurary. I'd totally mark-out if he does join the nWo, though. I figured that's where they were going (with nWo helping HHH win the Undisputed World Title and him turning heel to join) after they ran that skit, until I remembered the elbow surgery.
