College Basketball: December '08

Recommended Posts

Yea, C-USA has a tournament, but to get a half decent seed, they need to run the table like they did the past two seasons. And get a point guard.

Also, the Memphis Tigers online team store sucks. It took them 10 days to ship my Tyreke Evans jersey!

UNC looks unstoppable. Undefeated season is still within the realm of possibility.

You beat 3-7 Valpo by 22. Let's talk undefeated when UNC dominates ACC play.

Portland State upsets Gonzaga 77-70!

Bwahaha. The only ranked opponent they have coming up is #21 Baylor next Monday, and they have 3 really bad losses on the year already, but it's nice to know the school I go to, which isn't exactly known for its athletics program, has a fairly decent basketball team.

Have fun. I'm looking forward to see how Georgetown matches up to UConn. I've only seen GTown once and I was really impressed (absolutely demolished Maryland). Saw UConn once as well (Gonzaga) and was impressed also.

That Illinois/Purdue game was fun. First college game I've watched all year. I never have liked college sports as much as the pros.

I was afraid Illinois would lose after that bullshit foul call with 1 second left, but Purdue only tied it and lost in OT.
