How 'bout Them Trades?

Remember, after the draft, E management told the workers that there was a good possibility of trades between the brands happening to even out the sides?

 

A good three months later, and not one stinkin trade has been made. How about that!

Does it really make a difference with people showing up on any show they want? Furthermore, why the fuck would Vince McMahon make trades with himself. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

im glad there havent been any trades. then again there was the whole hhh/taker cross over and then benoit is on RAW for no reason when he was the #3 smackdown! pick and ugh. the only acceptable trade is to get any singles title to smackdown for the guys to compete for, seeing as not everyone on the roster is a cruiser or a tag team. hardcore, euro, IC, whatever just get it on smack! please.

Look at it this way. Benoit has been on RAW for the lact couple weeks, so much so that I think everyone's forgotten that he's supposed to be on Smackdown. Why trade when you can be sneaky and not have to think of an angle to do the trade?

I agree. They need to give Smackdown one of the lesser singles titles. IC or Euro. Doesn't matter which one. They can decide this with a coin flip for all I care. But they need one of those belts. And then they need to make the Tag Team Titles into floater titles, like the WWE Title and Women's Title. Raw has plenty of tag teams. They have the Hardys. They have Booker & Goldust. They could pull a team out of the nWo if they had to. On Smackdown, Billy & Chuck have no competition, because they're the only real tag team on that roster.

This is the WWE, damnit! Logic isn't supposed to exist in this federation. I thought Chris Benoit would be traded to Raw, since he pretty much lives there. Basically, the split is one of the most bombed ideas since the Invasion.......

Maybe they are saving the trades. Not point to doing them if you don't have a reason. Not that its stopped them before.

Here's a even better question than why there hasn't been any trades... why did they even do the split in the first place unless they could do it right? I mean, the whole thing has been a half-hearted effort so far... oh well.
