Now yes, team canada has done before but bringing it back right now is great. After reading the SD! spoilers, I am even more excited. I hope fans dont regect it and give them the heat they deserve. All we need is for someone like Jericho or Beniot to join and represent them in the main event ranks. I for one am rooting for team canada and this whole angle.

After watching Test, Christian, and Storm job to everyone from Funaki to being the only guys DDP got a win over to everything else, it is going to take something collasal to make them more than whining losers in the eyes of the fans.

Exactly. At the moment they aren't really an intimidating faction. You have Test. A big guy whose best match was against Shane McMahon 3 years ago. Christian, whose current gimmick has him as a crybaby. And Lance Storm, who is a good wrestler, but he has NO heat.

They all go on win streaks and say it's just because they are from Canada and America is worthless. Do the Canadian national anthem thing that Storm did in WCW. It will gain atleast some heat. Not like many people get decent heat anymore, anyway... the crowd just stopped caring.

They can't say that Canada produces better wrestlers, because eventually, Test has to have a match, and the argument will be ripped to shreds. And he is shitty as hell on the mic.

In fact, most stables pretty much just suck, especially ones that are trying to get heel heat for their nationality. That's like Faarooq, Booker T, and D-Von Dudley teaming up and calling themselves "Deez 3 Niggas" and hatin white people because they're THE MAN! and they don't need to put up with they shit no' mo' Actually that'd be funny for a little while.

So that jsut goes to show nationality/race-oriented stables won't work (Team Canada in WCW, and Nation of Domination in WWF... F.B.I. in ECW?) I'm not going to hate someone just because they say America sucks, hell I'll agree with them! My favorite wrestler is Canadian, fuck America! Cheap heat does not sit well with me. That's why I hated Kurt Angle so much his first year in the WWF (he was EXTREMELY green in his matches, and didn't get good ironically enough till the HHH feud, plus all his interviews were him coming to the ring and making fun of the current bad sports team in that particular city).

He was the only reason to watch for a short period, and then the Candian rules match happened, and then it was over. Essentially, they thought a stable composed of Jack Rugoue, Bret Hart, Lance Storm, and Elix Skipper would get over huge, but the first two left and you were left with a worthless champion with no heat and the green rookie who was possibly more annoying to listen to than Mark Madden. Oh and Anglesault, Vader isn't in jail, he's in Japan, and no, he's not better than Test.
