Guest TheSoleSurvivor Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 As a counterpoint to my other thread, which of these rookies will get lost in the crowd? Brock Lesnar Randy Orton John Cena Johnny the Bull Chris Nowinski Kane Deacon Batista Sean 'O-Haire anyone who i forgot
Guest Anglesault Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 Sean O'Haire (If there is a God) Johnny the Bull (Ditto)
Guest Downhome Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 Sean O'Haire (If there is a God) Johnny the Bull (Ditto) You are insane, Johnny the Bull is worth being on TV just for the fact that he looks like DeNiro in the ring.
Guest Anglesault Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 Yeah, but that doesn't change the fact that Johnny the Bull also WRESTLES like DeNiro in the ring.
Guest Downhome Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 Yeah, but that doesn't change the fact that Johnny the Bull also WRESTLES like DeNiro in the ring. Well, I bet DeNiro couldn't jump up to that top rope like he can! (I'm a Johnny the Bull mark and always have been just so ya know!)
Guest SuperTonyJaymz Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 As much as I hate to say it, unless Randy Orton actually gets on a roll with an angle or whatever, i dont think he will make it.
Guest EricMM Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 I say Kane will be the next rookie lost in the... Whoops. -Eric
Guest Downhome Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 As much as I hate to say it, unless Randy Orton actually gets on a roll with an angle or whatever, i dont think he will make it. I see no good reason for him to even be on TV as of yet, he's just another guy to crowd up TV with no dirrection if you ask me. They best find something for him to do, and soon.
Guest TheMikeSC Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 What I don't get is that WWE has so many rookies and under-utilized guys on Smackdown---and yet they won't make ANY of them a tag team. The WWE tag division is nigh non-existent presently. Anybody can look good when put in the ring with the current WWE tag division. -=Mike ...Then again, if they were wise, they'd have a PPV tag title match where a SD guy and a RAW guy had to team up out of the blue and end up winning the World Tag titles. Put the belts on both shows for a while and eventually replace the Women's Title as the other floating belt.

They do have something for him to do - job every week on Velocity
Guest Shaved Bear Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 damn why is there a pic with john cena looking exactloy like old school sting...is that like a guilty pleasure of bradshaw?
Guest Dangerous A Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 I am afraid Randy Orton is falling by the wayside and fast.
Guest Shaved Bear Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 I am afraid Randy Orton is falling by the wayside and fast. why are you afraid of that
Guest El Psycho Diablo Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 Two words. >_> Chris Jericho. -Shiro
Guest mach7 Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 Since when is Kane a rookie? EDIT: N/M, I saw your last post about it being a joke, re: taker & bradshaw. Damn internet..
Guest BoboBrazil Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 Randy Orton-He is too green and skinny for his height, he needs to put on some muscle mass and learn some more wrestling moves. If he does this he could become a major star in a few years. Johnny The Bull-I was a fan of his in WCW, but after his match on Heat I don't know anymore. He has bulked up alot and looked horrible in his match. I don't see him making it in the WWF. Those are really the only ones.
Guest Downhome Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 damn why is there a pic with john cena looking exactloy like old school sting...is that like a guilty pleasure of bradshaw? Hey, I find it amusing that he looks so much like Sting, so sue me.

Guest Downhome Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 EDIT: N/M, I saw your last post about it being a joke, re: taker & bradshaw. Damn internet.. Yeah, yeah, yeah, he just WANTS you to think it's a joke.
Guest Army Eye Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 nobody mentioned Rico yet. He could get lost in the shuffle too.
Guest Downhome Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 nobody mentioned Rico yet. He could get lost in the shuffle too. What about Rico? I thought he was just the WWE stylist or something.
Guest Vitamin X Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 Well apparently if the guy forgot Rico, he's ALREADY lost in the shuffle God Randy Orton is boring
Guest Brian Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 Orton seems pretty vanilla. Nowinski isn't exactly lighting the world on fire either.
Guest Ravenbomb Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 Johnny the Bull: He's boring, he has crappy music, and he has an idiot aura about him and NO! DeNiro could probably 'wrestle' better than a lot of guys in the WWF if he were a few years younger. And forget about the Taxi Driver DeNiro, he could kick the asses of at least 4 or 5 current WWF wreslters...
Guest Human Fly Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 This is the problem with WWE throwing all of these guys out at once. They aren't giving them any kind of gimmick, or any reason for us to care about any of them. Here comes John, here comes Randy! They've been in the developmental leagues! So what. They should've just kept "Prototype" for Cena. At least it would've been something instead of just some new guy.
Guest SuperTonyJaymz Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 Downhome, that Sting/Cena picture is too fucking freaky.
Guest Downhome Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 Downhome, that Sting/Cena picture is too fucking freaky. I've got more in the thread about who we think WILL make it.
Guest Mr Monday Night Posted July 4, 2002 Report Posted July 4, 2002 Without a doubt, the Decon. Simply because you KNOW the whole gimmick with Devon is not going to last, and much like most "sidekicks," he'll probably disappear into the world of the forgotten wrestlers

We would all be in eternal thanks...
