Name Change; #02

I'm no longer gary floyd. I'm now Dr. Obrero.   Anyways, back to the countdown to the best stories in music.     2.) The Story of Mayhem.   Black Metal is a fascinating thing when you think about it. It started thanks to Speed Metal band Venom (who's 1982 album was called Black Metal), as well as help from bands like Bathory, Celtic Frost, and Mercyful Fate. However, Black Metal is most notorious in Norway, thanks largely to the band Mayhem, who have lived up to their name.   Mayhem was founded in 1984 by guitarist Euronymous, Bassist Necrobutcher, and some other guys with names that aren't theatrical. Their debut album, an EP called Deathcrush, was released in 1987. Frontman Maniac left the band, and was replaced by a guy named Per Yngve Ohlin, also known as dead. Dead wasn't all that right in the brain matter, so to speak: He would inhale a dead raven he kept in a plastic bag, cut himself on stage, and several other pleasent activities. He only appeared on one album, the live album Live in Leipzig. He ended up shooting himself in the head, the result of which can be seen on the picture you see on this entry, a live bootleg called Dawn of Black Hearts.   So, irony of all ironies, Dead was well...dead. Better yet, his suicide note said "Excuse all the blood." Interestingly, one of the band members (I think it was Euronymous) not only took a picture of dead, but used skull fragments on a necklace, and used some of the brain matter in a stew.   Shockingly, Necrobutcher left the band, and was repleaced by Varg Vikernes, who also had a one man project named Burzum (both Mayhem and Burzum are to this day major influences on Black Metal.) The band went on to record the album De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas, which is considered the band's masterpiece. Things were still shaky though.   Varg and Euronymous didn't exactly get along. To make a long story short, Varg killed Euronymous in his apartment in Oslo, stabbing him with a knife. Varg was arrested, though there's more to the story. You see, Varg was also tied to several church burnings (he denies involvement, but I doubt it), and police found several explosives, like dynamite, in his apartment. He also is a white supremacist and fan of Hitler.   Anyways, De Mysteriis came out in 1994 (as did Burzum's Hvis Lyset Tar Oss, also considered his best work.) It wouldn't be three years until the world heard from Mayhem. Original frontman Maniac appeared on three albums-Wolf's Lair Abyss, Grand Declaration of War, and Chimera. De Mysteriis frontman Attila returned for their latest album, Ordo Ad Chao. Drummer Hellhammer remains in the band (and is actually a pretty damn good drummer), Varg remains in jail (he attempted an escape, and did two shitty ambient albums while in incarceration), and Dead remains...dead.   Now that folks, is fucking metal.

Naked Pictures (Of Your Mother)

-Well, last night's Raw was a mixed bag for me. The Vince vs. God bits are just another part of the worst feud of the year (so far) in Shawn vs. Vince, narrowly beating out Kane going crazy over May 19th. Come on Kane, you were in a movie that will most likely suck, there's no reason to take it out on other people. I'm sure that people will suffer watching it. That out of the way, we did get the return of Charlie Haas, Edge actually walking off at the end of Raw unhumiliated and winning, and more awesomeness from the Trish vs. Mickie.   -I bought the Unrated version of "Hostel", as well as the 2-disc special editon of "From Dusk Till Dawn".   -To close today's blog, here's a list of Horror movie Sequals that I always thought were underrated, and why.   Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2-the movie that introduced Bill Mosely to an unexpecting world. The funniest performance though, goes to Jim Sidow as Drayton Sawyer, who has one of the funniest lines in horror history when he tries to spell sex, or as he spells it, "S-C-E-X!"   House 2-I actually like this one better than the original. It's got a caterpuppy (just see the movie, you'll know what I'm talking about), a swordfight, a 170 year old cowboy zombie (who says "Ronnie Reagan wouldn't last 5 minutes in the old west) and more.   Beyond Re-Animator-Better than "Bride of Re-Animator", this movie has less lame puns, is funnier, has a re-animated penis duking it out with a re-animated rat, a jawless zombie trying to drink milk, and more. Also has one of the best double entendres in movie history   Howard Philips: That's the way to the hole! Herbert West: It certainly is.   Creepshow II-The first two segments of this one aren't too much to write home about. The third one however, titled "The Hitch-Hiker", is fucking creepy. Here, a woman runs over a homeless man. However, he comes back...repeatedly.   Return of The Living Dead III-Not as good as the first, but better than the second, this Brian Yuzna directed sequal answers the age old question: what would happen if Romeo and Juliet were a zombie movie? Well, the answer is here. While it does have a few amusing moments (it's hard to hate lines like "Julie, You should quit eating that mans brains!"), this movie plays it all more straight. Also, Mindy Clarke plays Julie. Here, you get to see her tits, and after she becomes a zombie, she turns herself into a human pincushion/weapon. Again, you need to see it to know what I'm talking about.   Well, that's all for now.

My Life In The Bush Of Ghosts

So far, things are doing alright.   -Anyways, yesterday I got the reissues of Chaperhouses Whirlpool and Byrne and Eno's My Life in the Bush of Ghosts. I haven't been able to listen to Whirlpool yet, but I did listen to Ghosts yesterday and today. Simply put, I'm blown away at how awesome it is. It's hard to believe that this was recorded around 79-80, as it sounds very ahead of it's time. Plus, it's catchy (and at times, funky) as hell. I'll have to get Talking Heads Fear of Music after this one, though that won't be until later in the future. Man, I have several CD's I want to purchase right now, including the new ones from The Sounds and Goldfrapp, and some oldies from Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, and some others who have escaped my mind right now.   -I also finally got to buying the 2-disc special edition of Daio Argento's debut film Bird With The Crystal Plummage today. I'll get to watching it tonight, and I'll let you know how it is.   That's it for now. Next time: Bird With the Crystal Plummage, the Chapterhouse album Whirlpool, and the most underrated comedies of all time.

My Bloody Valentine 3D and Flapjack

"My Bloody Valentine 3D" is a blast. To really enjoy it, you need to see it in 3D (well, yeah), and with a packed theatre. Highlights   3D Gore-seeing eyeballs and jaws fly at you is great. 3D Nudity. If you haven't seen that, then you have not lived. Tom Atkins! It's great to see him on the big screen One of the actors from the original is in this 3D trailers It's totally cliched, and you don't care 3D pug The only lowlight is the reveal in the killer. Other than that, it's really fun, and one of the better remakes in recent memory. Check it out if you can.  Oh yeah, the "Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack" marathon was on Cartoon Network today. I don't care if it's a kids show, this show is awesome, and absolutley hilarious.

Music Update II

Well, I finished off listening to the CD's I recently bought. Here's my Quick thoughts.   Massive Attack-Blue Lines-Great Stuff. It's not as good as Mezzanine (aka the greatest Trip-Hop album ever recorded) but it's still great. There's a bit of a hip hop feeling to it, which i really like.   Richie Hawtin-Decks, EFX, and 909-This is awesome. A continuous mix of minimal techno, with repetative beats and rhythms, all seemlessly put together for a great listening experience. One of the Best DJ Mix CD's I've ever heard, slightly beaten out by Coldcut's 70 Minutes of Madness.   Finally, it seems like I might be a member of Clique B in the Hardcore discussion. So, If I'm in Clique B, and Czech isn't, then what does that make Leena?

Music Update

I listened to two of the four CD's I bought yesterday. My Thoughts:   Can-Ege Bamyasi I don't like it as much as Tago Mago (The weird chanting/yelling in the song Soup gets annoying) but it's still awesome. This is the second album from Can I've bought, so maybe I'll buy either Future Days or Soon over Bambaala next.   Butthole Surfers-Psychic...Powerless...Another Man's Sac- I said it in the music board earlier, and I'll say it again: This is probably the funniest album they did. It's also the most punk rock sounding of their albums that I've heard. It's not as good as Locus Abortuon Technician or Rembrandt Pussyhorse, but it's still awesome.   Up next in my listening list is Massive Attack's Blue Lines and Richie Hawtin's Decks, EFX, and 909.

Music & Ron Paul

Happy New Year.   -Lately, I've been listening to all kinds of music. Here's what, and why   .Raekwon-Only Built 4 Cuban Linx...-The production by RZA is flawless, and it's the album debut of the immortal Nas. Anyone who loves Hip-Hop needs this.   .Steroid Maximus-¡Quilombo! , Gondwanaland, and Ectopia-Imagine the best soundtrack for a movie that was never made. Let J.G. "Foetus" Thirlwell and friends in the mix. The result is a blend of cinematic funk, big band jazz, ethnic music, weird soundscapes, unnerving loops and samples, horror soundtrack undertones, and so much more. In a word: perfect.   .Mastodon-Leviathan and Blood Mountain-Holy shit, get these. Metal at it's best, with excellent musicianship, and Prog-Rock undertones that aren't bloated and pretentious.   .Ennio Morricone-Exorcist II: The Heretic-Horrible movie, but an awesome score by Morricone. May be his most underrated.   .Agalloch-Pale Folklore, The Mantle, and Ashes Against The Grain-Holy shit, these are great. Black Metal meets Neo-Folk and Post Rock in the perfect winter soundtrack. If you like this, give Wolves in the Throne Room a listen too.   -Now, to Ron Paul Fans: He won't become the next president. He will never become the next president. Hell, I think he's a bit crazy. And no matter how much you protest Rudy, Huckabee, Clinton, or Edwards, that won't mean shit at the end. You are fucking delusional to think that A.) He has any chance of winning, B.) That he could bring peace to Iraq, and C.) That getting rid of the I.R.S. is a good thing. Oh, and none of you are really Libertarians. You just say you are because you are unhappy with the Republicans and the Democrats. So am I, and I just say I'm "Independent."

Movies and shit

Yep, summer's almost over, and we don't have mcuh time for movies. Here's what's coming up, and what I think.   -War- It's Jason Statham, it's Jet Li. I really hope it doesn't suck. The trailer for Saw 4, or "How can we milk this for all it's worth now?" is attatched to it.   -Right at Your Door- It's a limited release movie that comes out this week, but it's been getting some good buzz from the horror community. It involves dirty bombs apparently.   -Balls of Fury-Only razazteca is looking forward to this. Everyone else (myself included) thinks it looks terrible. Advanced word is that it's terrible. In other words, it should be terrible.   -Halloween-I'm skeptical, which doesn't usually happen to me when remakes come around. On one hand, there's really no need to remake it, and I'm sick of hearing fanboys pissing and moaning over it. On the other hand, Rob Zombie does seem like somebody who respects the source material, and he's got a hell of a cast.   -Death Sentance-The director of Saw moves away from the horror genre to do a revenge movie starring Kevin Bacon. I'll probably see it later.   -Hatchet-The online buzz for this has been deafening. If you haven't heard about it, it's a slasher movie that came to the festival circuit last year, has recieved rave reviews, and comes out in a wide theatrical release via Anchor Bay September 7th. Oh, and Kane Hodder (largely considered to be the best Jason Vorhees) plays the killer. I'm definately going to see it, especially since it's recieved comparisons to slasher movies of old ("Friday the 13th IV", "The Burning", etc.)   -3:10 To Yuma-Christian Bale and Russel Crowe in a western from the guy who directed "Walk The Line." That's all you need to know.

More wrestling (Vince) talk, music shit, the worst new show

-Apparently, some people are taking the "Death" of Vince a little too seriously, sending letters to the company and calling them. I already posted this picture, but: Anywho, this is still awesome, or at least for the time being. I enjoy great in ring work as much as the next smark, but this is the kind of thing I love: Stories that are incredibly stupid, but are still fun because of their stupidity. Let's face it, while the WWE has done things that are so dumb they're dumb (Katie Vick, operating on "J.R.s ass"), they are also masters of so dumb it's great. And nobody does this like the WWE. What does NWA TNA have: VKM trying to sabatoge WWE shows. Granted, DX did the same thing, but it still doesn't excuse TNA's boredome factor, or at least to me.   -Now, onto music: Last time, I mentioned the worst albums of the year so far, yet I forgot to mention the new one from The Stooges albu. Granted, they haven't done an album together since the early 70's, but it still sucks, especially considering that this is the band that gve us Funhouse and Raw Power.   I also mentioned Timbaland's Shock Value.and whoo boy, is that bad. Granted, he's not a bad producer, but he should stick to that. There isn't a single interesting moment on here, from the song "Bounce" (no Missy Elliot, I don't want to see your ass n' titties. Nobody wants to) to collaborating with Fall Out Boy (who deserve a special place in hell for covering "Love will Tear us Apart), and the list goes on. This and the new Stooges albums are the years worse so far, though Timbaland wins it for the album being a ridiculous achivement in ego.   -What's the wort new show on TV? Why, its "Lil' Bush", the new cartoon on Comedy Central. Using tired "BUSH IZ STOOPID" and Bill Clinton jokes that went out as soon as Billy boy left office, as well as the worst attempts at political satire since Rolling Stone in the past few years, even the biggest Bush hater will hate this pile of shit. Unless you are Rolling Stone, who seem to like the show. Yeah, it's not like they are still relevent or anything...

-For those who don't know, the whole Benoit thing not only continues to be fucked up, but has become a "media circus", as you might say. Thw Warrior is supposed to give us his Warrior Wisdom on Hannity and Colmes tonight, Nancy "I'm an Insufferable Cunt" Grace has been well, an insufferable cunt, O'Rilley and Geraldo "The Moustache of Time" Rivera have been jackasses, Debra made me feel bad for her, Jericho saved the day by being the most rational, and the WWE folder continues to suck. That last part isn't anything new though.   The real winner as far as embarresment so far, has been Chyna. Here's somebody that's living proof of how one can fall from grace. She's gone from being a notable figure in the wrestling (who was never really a good worker) to becoming a coked up, bordering on fat mess. Her porn tape destroyed the sanity of many (Me, I've seen much worse), and it's a bizarre blend of depressing and hilarious. Just remember: No matter how bad things are, at least you aren't Chyna.   -The Beastie Boys (remember back when they were good?) have a new album made up completely of instrumentals, and it sucks. It's just really boring and unmotivated, without anything that hasn't been done before, only they've done it better (the instrumental breaks in Check Your Head and Ill Communication, the retro cool of In Sound From Way Out), and others have done much better. It's at least a better ablum than To the 5 Burroughs (which had one good single in "C-c-c-check It Out") and Hello Nasty (good singles, nothing else). If anything it's cheap, and probably makes alright background music for those times you wanna smoke pot. Oh, and it does have a few (repeat, a few) decent tracks.   -Finally, here's Rosie O Donnell's daughter Yes, that's really her. Right now, Tom Selleck is smiling, and I don't blame him. It's amazing that in the world of obnoxius female celebrities, Rosie is the only one who pisses me off.

More Bounce To The Ounce

Today's entry brought to you Zapp and Roger. Don't leave home without it!   -Anyways, I'm sure that a lot of people here bought the new Tool album that came out today. It did come out today, didn't it? Just wondering. Anywho, personally, I'm not too interested. Sure, I would have been interested in this back when I was a teenager, but when I turned 21, I finally grew a bit tired of Tool. I don't know wy, but I just did. I'll still have to hear it blaring from speakers in my college, but I will admit, I'd rather hear Tool than that Keisha Cole song "Love". I have to hear that song every fucking day, and I'm sick of it. At least I have Current 93's new album to look forward to later this month. You Tool fans think that five years is a long wait? Try waiting 10 years since David Tibet and co. have released an album of new material.   -I actually enjoyed Raw last night. Not every part of it, but I thought it was good. Highlight of the show was the worked shoot from Joey Styles. Check it out here. Also good was the Kane vs. Conway match, simply for the fact that they made this whole "May 19th" angle a litte enjoyable, or at least for five minutes. Oh, and I still love the Spirit Squad.

Metal Albums I'm enjoying part II

The Angelic Process-Weighing Souls With Sand Really good shoegazer meets metal stuff that will keep the neighbors up. Sounds like Jesu meets the Swans.   Agalloch-The Mantle Black Metal with folk influences and great gothicesque passages. Sounds like Katatonia meets Death In June in their prime, and great for cold winter nights.   Alice In Chains-Facelift, Jar of Flies, Sap, and the Self Titled "But gary, that's grunge!" Shut up, it's metal to me.   Slayer-Seasons in the Abyss No metal list would be complete without Slayer. You really can't not love an album with "War Ensemble" though.   Enslaved-Isa Call it what you want (Black Metal, Viking Metal, whatever), it's really good, with progressive rock overtones to match.   Nile-In Their Darkened Shrines Really good technical Death Metal, with Lovecraftian undertones (you knew I'd love that), trible drumming, choirs, and more.   Symphony X-Divine Wings of Tragedy I normally don't care for Symphonic metal, but this is actually a good album. I love the keyboard work on it.   Gorgoroth-Ad Majorem Sathanas Gloriam I normally don't like these guys, but this is a pretty impressive album, with awesome drumming, and a frontman (Gaal) who actually sounds scary. Also, it's quick and to the point, with no filler at all.   White Zombie-Astro Creep 2000 I always liked this more than La Sexercisto, as it gets the whole sleazy comic book vibe down better.   Melechesh-Emissaries Black Metal filled with middle eastern rhythms (they are from Jerusalem), killer riffs, and even a song with tabalas.   Amorphis-Elegy The last Death Metal esque album they did, with awesome riffs, acoustic guitars, prog rock keyboards, and more.

Metal Albums I'm Enjoying

Let's face it, a lot of us like Metal. Sure, some of us don't admit it, and I never considered myself a diehard metal fan, but we do, be it Metallica or Maiden or Slayer or all of those. Anywho, here's some metal albums I've been enjoying so far, in no particular order.   Agalloch-Ashes Against the Grain-This is actually pretty awesome. It's black metal (never cared for most of it-or at least the Norweigen stuff) but it's great. It could best be described as Gorgoroth (without the cliche satanism) meets Katatonia meets Sigur Ros meets Pink Floyd meets My Bloody Valentine.   Mastodon-Leviathan and Blood Mountain-Holy shit, the drumming. If you claim to enjoy metal but don't like Mastodon, then you don't really enjoy metal. Seriously, give them a shot, they are fucking awesome. Hell, they let guys from the Mars Volta on Mountain, and they didn't ruin it. That's saying something.   Slayer-Reign in Blood-Need I say more?   Athiest-Unquestionable Prescence and Elements-Death Metal with jazz-inspired chord progressions. Not the only Death Metal band to do this, but one of the few to do it right. See also: Cynic's Focus, Gorgut's Obscura, and Pestilence's Spheres.   Sleep-Dopesmoker and Sleep's Holy Mountain-The Ultimate Stoner Metal albums, with riffs that are so sludgey, they roll like molasses. See also: Electric Wizard's Dopethrone.   Boris-Rainbow, Pink, and Amplifier Worship-Hell yes. The best Doom Metal band on the planet, and one of my favorite bands that are more recent. Rainbow is more psychedelic rock than metal, but it's still great.   Wolves in the Throne Room-Diadem of 12 Stars-Black metal that's really long (4 songs, a 60 minute album), but every minute counts. Contains elements of folk music, and bit of post rock.   Nachtmystium-Instinct: Decay-While it has the cliched low-fi production that annoys me, here's a Black Metal album that's still worth it. Featuring elements of psychedelia and post punk, it's pretty diverse. Oh, and the song "Chosen By No One" rules.   Sigh-Imaginary Sonicscape-Black Metal from Japan that's awesome. Sure, it's Black Metal, and it has the symphonic cliches, but it also has elements of psychedelia, electro, dub, jazz, and reggae. It's like Mr. Bungle if they did a Black Metal album, and it rules.

Messiah of Evil (Day 21)

21.) Messiah of Evil (1973)

Plot: In the California town of Pointe Dune, Arletty Lang (Marianna Hill) is looking for her reclusive artist father (Royal Dano.) So, what's with the undead town's people? And who is the Messiah of Evil?

Review: Night of the Living Dead meets the works of H.P. Lovecraft in Will Hyuck's underrated cult classic. While you won't finds piles of gore here, you will find a creeping sense of dread and a nice little gothic horror tale made for about $80,000 or $100,000.

What works in the movie,as I mentioned already, is the sense of dread. You know there's something about the townspeople-they are flat, emotionless, pale, and bleeding from the eyes. When something does happen, it leaves an impression, especially in two setpieces: one in a supermarket, the other in a . The movie also gets away with some social commentary. The supermarket scene-the undead feasting upon uncooked meat-anticipates Romero's commentary on consumerism found in his masterpiece Dawn of the Dead. Also, like Let's Scare Jessica to Death, Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things, I Drink Your Blood, and Simon, King of the Witches, "Messiah of Evil" serves as a commentary of the hippie movement. Here, the dead seem to be not only a veiled commentary on consumerism gone mad, but also the fact that in the end, the hippie movement, no matter how it denied it, was a sense of conformity.

The movie does have it's flaws-poor acting, an annoying, warbly song-but the one flaw that hurts the movie some is the narration. We don't need a narrator to explain what's going on here people. Still, it's an underrated gem, and deserves a look.

Director Hyuck went on to write American Graffiti and Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. Then he did Howard the Duck, and his career never recovered.

Rating: 8.5/10 Yep, the Writer/Director of Howard the Duck did one of the most underrated zombie movies of the 70's. See it-it's not hard to find online, and it's public domain.

Merry Christmas

-Well, Monday, it will be Christmas. I hope you all have a happy holiday, and yule tide cheer and all that.   -Anyways, I hate the fact that there is no snow right now. Right now, I'm visiting my parents for Christmas break, and I'm typing on one of their computers. Right now, it's 56 Degrees Farenheit, and it's raining instead of snowing.   Excuse me, but what kind of bullshit is this?   Seriously, this sucks. It's winter, it's almost Christmas, give me some fucking snow. I don't care how much there is, I just want snow. Is that too much to ask for? Come on, this is Ohio I live in, for God's sake.   -Monday, a remake of Black Christmas comes out. I'm skipping it, since I love the original, and I'm really not looking forward to this one.   -Anyways, again, Merry Christmas

Memorial Day, My Brother Graduates.

-Well, happy memorial day. Or not. Depends on who you are. Me, I'm spending it in my dorm, sweating like a pig. Don't know why, since the air conditioner is on full blast.   -Yesterday, my brother finally graduated from Highschool. It's strange seeing this happen, since I still remember him as a newborn in my mother's arms. It may be cliche, but they really do grow up fast. Anyways, I'm really proud of him. He's training to become a physician, and is going to spend the summer the same as always: working and relaxing at home.   -Good news for fellow horror nerds: "From Beyond" and "The Burning" come out on Sept. 11th, 2007. So yeah, something good coming out of 9/11. I can't wait for "From Beyond", it's a wonderfully deranged movie.   -Finally, Charles Nelson Reilly died, which is a shame. I always liked the guy, and he's always quotable, so RIP Charlie.

First off, I haven't posted here in a while because I have a lot of homework right now.   Anyways, here's some news on Masters of Horror. First off, I saw the episode "Pick Me Up" last night. Not a very good episode. Some good acting, but that was it. Next week is "Haekel's Tale"   Speaking of "Haekel's Tale", it will be the season finale. Showtime has dropped Takashi Miike's episode "Imprint", sighting it too disturbing. Miike himself say's he's not suprised. The thing that gets me about this, is that Showtime was willing to let producer and series creator Mick Garris give Miike complete creative control of the episode, so of course it's not going to be appropriate for the network. Fortunately, the episode will come out on DVD later this year, as will other episodes. However, each episode will be released on one DVD each. So unfortunately, no boxed set yet.   Finally, here's an update on season 2. So far, Mick Garris, John Landis, Stuart Gordon, John Carpenter, Joe Dante, and Tobe Hooper have agreed to return as directors. Meanwhile, Brad ("Session 9", "The Machinist") Anderson has been tapped to direct an episode, and there is still possibility that Eli Roth, Rob Zombie, and Guillermo del Toro may direct. Also, Gordon is looking to direct an adaptation of Poe's "The Black Cat", and wants Jeffrey Combs to play Poe.

Master of Reality

-Matt Young's telling us about his personal life again. Matt, here's some advice: It would be best not to tell people too much about your personal life. Seriously, if there is anything you need to work on, it's that. Not because of people not caring, but because it reflects really badly on you. This is one of the reasons I tend to be hush hush on my personal life. Actually, it's mostly because my personal life is fucking boring, but I digress.   -I'm going to see 1408 tonight. Normally, I don't check out PG-13 rated horror flicks, but it's been getting good reviews, and has a great cast.   -I checked out TNA last night out of boredom, and wasn't too impressed. Sure, Samoa Joe is great, and I love some of the guys there, but it was still kind of boring. It felt a bit like a mix of WCW Nitro and WCW Worldwide. Also, I'm suprised nobody on the boards is now called "Black Machismo." Oh, and poor Jarrett.   -My new favorite Youtube video. It sounds more like a stuck pig than a dog.

Mark Foley: Professional Pedophile

-It seems like Republican senator Mark Foley is a pedophile. First things first: when's kkktookmybabyaway going to call me a liberal terrorist for thinking he's a sicko? Also, I originally read it as Mick Foley, so I'm actually glad it's not Mick. Which reminds me: I'm suprised Vince hasn't created a pedophile gimmick. Granted, there's noted pedophiles working for him (Lawler), but I'm still suprised. You'd think after sex with transexuals and necrophillia, pedophillia would be next.   -Meijers sucks. All I wanted was two DVD's, and they didn't have them. So I asked if I can order them. They won't let me do that. What kind of fucking store doesn't let you order DVD's? Most of the other stores I go to let you order things, yet this one won't. Oh, and Best Buy didn't have them either (which suprised me), so I'm going to have to wait.   -I'm not going to be able to see "Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning" on Friday, since I'm knee deep in homework. That's college for ya.

-I did alright on my quiz today. Meaning I got a C. At least I passed   -A 14 year old girl was recently questioned by the FBI over threats she made about Bush on her Myspace. My thoughts: It's not like any of the threats would have happened. She's just a 14 year old idiot who gets her shitty opinions from shitty bands like Green Day. Besides, there are jackoffs on Democratic Underground and Free Republic who are older than her, and much more serious when they talk about killing political figures, and are probably more likely to try that kind of thing than a stupid 14 year old girl, yet I don't see the FBI going after them. I still hate kids today though...   -The season finale of "The Venture Brothers" was on last night, and it was awesome. Also, the title of this entry is a quote from that episode.   -I've been watching "Studio 60" as of late, and to be honest, I don't think it's all that good. Then again, it's from the creator of the overrated "Sports Night", so there you go. It has a great cast though.
