Hopefully your new neighbors don't do anything to bring the wrath of the gnomes, but it was a fun prank while it lasted. And yes that is a big picture. If I was back home I'd be pissed. He came onto the board one day and asked for suggestions on how to strike back at them. Being the supergenius that I am, I suggested that he haunt them with lawn gnomes; meaning that he strategically place them outside of his neighbors' home each day, so that they'll gradually become more and more frightened by the bizarre nature of the prank. Other people added to that idea and the gnome offensive was underway. But it was my idea.
