Great 30 Rock episode tonight. - Tracey as the inept root of mass hysteria is one of the funniest plots I have seen on this show. - Avoid the Noid. Ha! - Actually, the entire 'camera in the cupboard' joke was funny in every instance (especially the shirtless fluting assistant). - Kinda liked the hook leading into the next episode. - Overall one of the best episodes that I have seen.

I didn't know that The Rock was kicked out. I just thought that they disbanded, but my memory isn't perfect either. Forget the circumstances of The Rock's ousting.
