Also, joystiq seems to be a notorious wii-basher. They stomped all over MP:3 for its graphics.

This sounds like it should be left on George Bush's myspace.

I just watched the trailer for SCL. It looks alright. There are legitimate boss levels. Character models for enemies look pretty terrible and generic. I'm mixed about this. It seems like it would be my kind of game.... but I don't know.

I'm watching the E3 presentation right now. Resident Evil: UC - Awesome Ghost Squad - Awesome Dragon Quest - Eh, looks interesting Soul Caliber Legends - Looks shitty, probably end up buying it. Metroid Prime 3 - Awesome Zelda: Phantom Hourglas - Stupid, hokey. Guitar Hero 3 - Holy Fucking Shit Mario Kart Wii - fap fap fap fap Wii Wheel - Eh. Could be cool. I would prefer that over the controller. Hopefully it will be like driving and not like using a controller. Super Mario Galaxy - Looks great. Will definitely pick this one up. Might not be on the launch day, but sometime after. Wii Fit - GFY, Nintendo. You sell video games. "Can this thing grow?" Reggie Fils-Aime.

Can someone post a picture of the steering wheel, or at least a link to it? Mario Kart has online capabilities. Yes. Also, what's the deal with the online capabilities? Do you have to pay or does it just use the wireless webbernet that's already set up.

That would be ironic if it was actually a band's shirt.

oh snap DVR >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> TiVo. I have Time Warner Cable which is >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Direct TV. TiVo is shitty. HD is great. Supposedly, there was a bill passed either on the state or national level that mandated every channel to broadcast in HD by the end of the year. So much for that.

Nope. My friend recommended here for the NSFW forums and for the general quality of the forum as a whole. -

A year or two ago, I ranked up about 1000 posts at ABS. It's a lot different from this place, but I kind of understand how these things work now. -
That kind of happened to me in real life, but she just said "I'm going to give you a cleavage hug" and then pushed my face into her boobs.

Eh, the last trailers has snake like moving in a little barrel. that was it. It was only brief shots of gameplay, no lengthy gameplay.

I like watching HDTV. It's just nice to look at. By the way, get Planet Earth on blu-ray because it will pretty much blow your mind. Seriously. Don't forget to get the damned cables for the ps3.

Hey, there's Matt. -
Okay. You should design your selection around what you need. Best Buy has good technical information, and then go to CNET for reviews.

That's true. How important is getting THE ABSOLUTE MOST OUT OF YOUR PS3 to you? If it's very important, then start looking at 1080p, and start getting ready to pay. Also, where will this go? How important is screen size to you?
-
look at that ass.

I actually have a good what if: What if Stalin never came into power? Consider Germany's invasion into Russia. Let's assume that Trotsky won. This came up in my political science class at UC berkeley and literally took 3 weeks to come to somewhat of a conclusion.

If you're getting a TV to fit your needs, then look at what your needs demand first. For instance, a PS3 can support up to 1080p resolution, which is the highest resolution possible. If you're playing on your 360, it supports up to 720p, which is a step lower from what many HD televisions provide, at 1080i. 1080p > 1080i > 720p > 720i, etc. Progressive is always better than integrated. Look at contrast and brightness as well. The higher the better. Also the definitive test is just to go and look at it at a local electronics store. Personally, I like to streamline everything. I have a Sony TV, sony cd players, sony dvd players, etc. It just makes using one remote easy. But that's just me. Just do your research.
