  1. Fleet Foxes - Ragged Wood. Did this album come out in 2008? If so, it's my pick of the year.

    The YouTube comments thread.

Just a talking point, but statistically speaking rural white girls "have babies for money" more often than any other group. In that they are more likely to have more kids to get additional welfare help. My sociology teacher did her doctorate thesis on this subject. I'm just sayin'. I'm not debating the welfare aspect from a socioeconomic standpoint, but it's a different thing when you're saying that them there niggers have their chillen for crack money.

I don't know how many of us are involved in the skate community (I'm not), or even friendly to the skate community, but keep an open mind while you watch this, it's one of the best skate movies ever made.

I'm not surprised. But I am glad that they bumped the capacity and battery life up. Colors would've been nice too. I like the classic the best out of all of them just because it's the least amount of bullshit. It's pretty good for the price, really.

This is cliche by now, but you are a fucking piece of shit. Not only of a poster, but of a human. Do us all a favor and leave the board forever. I don't visit the wrestling forums, but let me assure you, you will not be missed. There are other boards out there, stop polluting ours. I can almost predict that your reaction will be something along the lines of how you like the abuse (and if you say it as a reaction to this line, it will not be ironic), but instead of it being a coy shrug of the shoulders, it just piles onto the mountain of evidence that you are, in fact, a pathetic cunt. One look at your livejournal is enough to convince anyone. I, along with Adam, have fought your presence here from the very beginning. It's good to know that most of the board has joined our crusade (and yes, it is a religious crusade). Some may say that the board is shit enough, but if I want to clean up the chicken coop, I'm going to try to clean up the chicken coop. I'm not going to beg, I'm not going to plead, I'm not even going to ask politely, I'm just going to tell you what I, and most of the other regulars here have told you again and again and again and again and again and again: gtfo.

A McCain presidency won't be the worst thing but it will a) miss out on the first truly important presidential administration in the 21st century and, b) book my ticket to Canada.

It definitely does not balance out. McCain received a 20 point shift in the women's demographic towards his favor. She me one source that points to a 20 point shift away from white men and we'll talk. Wait, hold on, that entire post was just flat out wrong. Rewrite it and try it again. Seriously, there is not one correct or even non-condescending sentiment in that argument.

Also, Apple called their new ipod touch "the funnest ipod ever" which is enough to make me never ever want to buy an ipod touch. It might be nice, however, to have an iPod shuffle for rides. I might go get one this week. $50 or $70, looks like a pretty good price to me.

The headphones do look pretty cool. They feature a thing that can go back and forth between songs too, a feature that has been missing on ipod earbuds since the exclusion of that little port on the top of past iPod models. What's the dual driver thing? They look nice enough so I can get them for bike riding, but my main headphones are Grado SR80s, some of the greatest consumer headphones made for the price.

Sucks they didn't do any major updates to the classic like I was rooting for, but I guess its understandable. Audiophiles will have to settle for a less than trendy music brick.

No, it's not a decision that should've been made. There are several arguments against picking Hilary. Don't call Obama's campaign short-sighted for forgoing possible women voters in order to have a ticket that is much more adhesive than Obama-Clinton. McCain's shotgun wedding with Palin is the ultimate move of short-sightedness. Could Obama have picked Clinton to grab women voters? Yes. Would it have been a turbulent administration? If history is anything to go by, YES.

Reeling back to Bristol Palin, it's pretty funny that this woman is asking the media to stay out of her daughter's affairs when Sarah herself wants to involve herself in the matters of reproductive rights of every woman in the united states.
