And that was unexpected... Miz is going to get buried on Raw.
-
That was a lame finish.

Because they are now potential opponents for people in the ring. It's called selling the concept of the draft. I can see it for stuff like Kane/Big Show and Melina/Smackdown Divas, and even w/ Rey and MVP. But I don't think we're going to get a program between the two pairs I mentioned at any time, not only in the forseeable future, but ever. You don't, but I'm sure there are marks out there that do... and remember, they are and always will be the target audience.

Punk to Smackdown... Makes good sense there. Hopefully, this means we'll get an Edge/Punk feud soon.
-
Or Rey... that's where my money is.
-
Mickie wouldn't be taking bumps of any kind if she was pregnant.
-
And to be honest... the way Raw is gloating right now, it makes sense for Cena to go to Smackdown in the last pick of the night.
-
Because the plan was apparently to keep one or two big stars on that show.
-
The logical choice would be Edge getting the belt at Backlash and Punk being drafted to Smackdown so him and Edge can work a program.
-
It almost makes me believe Cena will end up on Smackdown by the end of the show.
-
Matt Hardy and Triple H to Raw... Well, I got 1 out of 2.
-
That was a pretty good match... Swagger looked good out there.
-
A faint "Let's go Swagger" chant comes up from the crowd. At least they are making Jack look good in this one.
-
Not a chance.
-
Once Cena wins, Raw will probably get Taker and Triple H based on how this one is going.

I rather did enjoy Barney and Marshall's interaction in this episode. And I do like the fact that they are definitely marching towards Ted meeting his future wife, and the Barney/Robin relationship coming to fruition.
-
Wow... Raw really took a hit by losing Melina. This is getting hilarious.

It's always been random. At one point or another, it did involve the GM making the individual pick. Yes, but even then, it was random. The GM's just drew lottery balls with names. Then why do I remember the draft where Ric Flair specifically picked Lita, and most people were searching for the logic in that decision? Was that the initial brand split show?

Yup... They are definitely loading up Raw tonight.
-
I wonder if this is going to be like Kofi vs. Kane, and Kendrick steals the win? Otherwise... they aren't even trying to hide the fact Raw is going to dominate the draft.
-
Raw is balling! And this should signify Rey will be back on Smackdown by the end of the night.

ECW and Smackdown are both getting pillaged, according to rumors. I don't understand what the point is of taking guys away from ECW, however, when ECW guys can appear on all 3 shows already. I hope Rey wins and Raw immediately drafts Striker to the announce team.

Sullivan had it during the late '90's, and when he got it back in 2000... it was the catalyst for the Radicals jumping to the WWE. And Frey was Executive Vice President of WCW, but he was never booker. I believe Dusty was booking in 1992 for both Watts and Frey.
