You'd think NBC would jump at the chance to pick it up if Fox gives it the axe... -

Best part was the hot dog vendors (edit: apparently they were Kevin and Drew from season one). On father-in-law, "He's gonna have a heart attack." Can't argue with that. On the Bransens (blondes + dad), "I'd like to be on their team". Can't argue there either. Although I'd rather be on last year's Team Not-Lesbians or Team Danish Chicks from the one before, seeing as dad's on Team Bransen. The Louisiana girls are 17 and 22, so they're legal in most states and provinces. Team Without... a Clue has gotta go, especially the mother. -

Are you implying that couldn't occur in Canada? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No, Canada seems to specialize in importing Eastern European and Asian women to be strippers and/or massage parlor "attendants"... -
Well he only has 8 submission wins out of his 9-4-1 record. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I actually meant to say "grappling" instead of "ground game" but that's interesting. Were the submissions due to strikes or armbar/kimuras/et al?

I'm thinking that T-Bag always finds the hole...

Hey, at least you see him say stuff every once in a while. Anthony's just a rumour at this point - this year's Florian, if you will. wrt Jason, he's from Liddell's camp, so does that make a difference as to whether he prefers striking to the ground game? Does he even have a ground game? Anyways, I expected a lot better from Jorge, based on his resume. Great fight, regardless. And unless Cummo turns out to be some sort of Jekyll/Hyde beast, this is Joe's title to lose.

I actually thought that that was the idea. Regardless, Dave Thomas gets work!! -

I've done a brief preview over at Inside Pulse. Basically, the only way I see the Linzes not winning this is if they screw themselves over. -
I dunno, this show has been heading downhill since the first season. They really need to do something to freshen up the show, because all the tasks feel exactly the same. At least with Survivor they can change the locales and make the challenges different.

Well, that may explain why he went to prison with the intent of breaking back out of it...

I'm thinking Doraemon would do that too. I don't think I've seen that shown anywhere in North America except on the Chinese channel in Canada...

"The Nail" is a favourite, as is "In Darkest Knight"...

The Greatest Cancelled TV Shows of this decade

Editted for accuracy. They had a handful of good episodes, but that series finale really killed any desire I'll ever have to wax nostalgic for it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> "Through A Mirror, Darkly" was about the only eps that held my attention last season. -
FYI, they're replaying the S2 premiere Wed at 8, right before "Adrift". Apologies if you were really, really looking forward to "Freddie"...

Don't blame me. Blame the people that saw Michael Scofield in the preview ads and were trying to figure out how he escaped prison only to end up talking to a girl who talks to dead people... btw, I'm encouraged by Numb3rs getting a 7.0...

But at least he never yelled "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!"

For what it's worth, my wife doesn't care one way or the other about her. But she DOES hate Emily Proctor (CSI: Miami) with a passion...

I'm not sure whether that's an argument for or against Jackson's having lost his mind...

Maybe you can do it fanboy style: "Ultimates has been a wild ride!! I can't wait to see what Jeph and Joe have in store for us with vol 3!!"
-
It's cliche, but Jae Lee's art is an acquired taste. If you like Bill Seinkiewicz' stuff, chances are you'll like Jae's. That's about all I can say.

I'll never think of "It Takes Two" the same way again...

Bonnar: "I liked the fight, but then again I like any fight. That’s probably why I used to instigate fights between the Special Ed students back in school. " Griffen: "There is only one thing I'm sure of; Rashad won the dance contest. Oh ya, and the fight." Nothing spectacular from Forrest this week. But I'm sure he fell asleep like the rest of us. KingPK, I wish it was John Murphy instead of Tom Murphy. At least the WSOP 2004 was entertaining...

MNF did 10.9 from 8-9, so they conceivably took ratings away from all the other networks for that hour. Unfortunately, there's no way to tell for certain until next week. Killer ep of AD though. Can't wait until next week as Mabry goes from intentional incest to unintentional incest...
