I think a good sign idea is "John CHEAP-A" in response to his lame rips on Jericho. Though it wont make TV probably. The philly crowd will probably boo the divas------UNLESS they do a lesbian/pregancy angle. After all this is ECW country. Lita and Edge should get nice heat. Someone ought to copy that "Lita is A Dumas " sign. But it would be funny if the entire arena booed Cena tonight (but they loved him at rumble 04 so who knows) Mega brownie points for anyone with the guts to make a "ECW-Extremely Crappy Wrestling Sign" just for fun. I wouldn't reccommend Ventura, despite its nice looks. (I live about 15 mins from there in the Hueneme Beach Area). And santa barbabra from best I can tell is filled with zombie like posers. lol as is ventura. (its got a lot of white trash IMO) For me, here in Cali I would say Thousand Oaks, CA cuz its nice and quiet and pretty much safe (despite the rich people).But its real hot so maybe not Though I do like living here in the beach area cuz its not that hot and often rather cool (and cold at night)Or perhaps the bay area up north If I could ,I would move back to NY but upstate so I could be away from the ghetto areas but close enough to my family and roots. (actually I am likely moving back to my old area shortly but I wish I could move to a nicer part) Or maybe a penthouse or loft in Manhattan so I could be like JBl lmao Hey how about living in Stamford, CT next to Vince? Ok picked my team for week 6, right now I have RAW Masters SD: Eddie Animal (hell get ppv appearance, match points and cuz I loved the LOD when I was a kid) MNM (all 3) (I figure mnm will retain the titles, meaning big points, and melina will be in a specialty match and probably will win) Torrie(for the specialty and ppv apperance and match points, possibly win points) Batista Benoit (cuz I assume hell win the us title sunday) Wonder If I should stick with masters, or unload him for someone else?

Hey Benoit was on velocity tonight vs Reagl (a great match too) so I got some points for him afterall. Ok now I have to pick a team for this week.

Perhaps not, but I don't like the Pillman show match, I found it to be overrated when I finally saw it on the Benoit DVD. Hell Im happy Benoit was on tonight, cuz he was on my fantasy team this week.

Have to add "Fatso" with Dom Delouise and Anne Bancroft (who also directed). It's a movie about an overweight Itailian guy named Dom (what a stretch- though at the time Dom looked slim compared to later years ) who loves food and whose even bigger cousin dies of a hear attack. His sister (Bancroft) wants him to lose weight so as not to meet the same fate as his cousin. So he embarks on a journey to battle the bulge, and along the way encounters love. My favorite scene is when his fellow dieters from the "Chubby Checkers" come to his house to help him fight temptation. lots of great quotes too, I would recommend seeing this if you can. I won a vhs copy but I don't think its on dvd yet (but it should be). Most memorable line IMO" "Have you ever sucked the jelly out of a jelly doughnut and filled it with chocolate-swirl ice cream?"

yknow theres a place called "Video Liquidators" near me that buys and sells used vhs and dvd movies. I wonder if they have any of those rare wwf dvds? I need to go and check it out.

I think it was better than the Pillman match, though the better video quality might make me biased a bit.

I went to the WWA revolution PPV in Las Vegas back in 02. Before the show they actually handed out signs. No one brought sings, then again not too many people actually bought a ticket as they had to heavily paper them to get even a decent crowd. Anyhow they handed me a sign that read "Disco Inferno Rocks The house" now while I was offended that they tried to plant a sign with me, I took it anyhow, figuring I could right on the back. So I did and cake up with "They gave me this sign". Of course I also held up the other dumb side so maybe theyd catch me on TV. They also handed out other classics like "WWA: World's Wildest Animals" and "Bret Hart: All Heart"

Ok it's over. That was a neat finishing sequence. They even busted out the tombstone reversal into a shoulderbreaker to set up the crossface. And notice how Regal immediately tapped. Just as in the Pillman match. He was selling how much how shoulder was hurting plus the pain the crossface puts you in. He got over the move better than any of the other wrestlers. Wow another Velocity Gem. Wish I could see the match in full. they need to stick that on a dvd somewhere. Perhpas they can feud over the US title when Benoit presumably wins it at GAB. Benoit/Regal at Summerslam for the US Title would be ultra-cool. Yea I must really be delusional now.

Last break, the match really picked up in this segment. Stiff action with some cool groundwork by Regal. Holy crap, blood in A velocity match! Nice Regal went for liek 5 pins after the running knee and Matthews poitned out the strategy of making Benoit use all his energy to kick out. Romero however continues to be uselss, as when Regal went for the Regal Strecth (StF), Romero called it a "Figure Four" even Matthews seemed pissed at that. WWE CAN ROMERO NOW, PLEASE. Wonder what the last part will be like? Goo dmatch so far, they need to give these two some time on a PPV.

Ok match started, first commercial break. Not much action so far. Hey Matthews referenced the Pillman show match! Is Regal supposed to be a heel now on SD? Hey on AOL games they have a clip of John Cena talking about his favorite video games and memories. Nothing of note is said, but he does mention that he secretly likes to play "lowrider" (a game where you bounce the cars for points like the mini-game in GTA: San Andreas) cuz he likes lowriders and infact owns 3 of them.

Like others have already pointed out, that was the Curb Stomp. It was invented (as far as I know) by indy wrestler Super Dragon. I find it amusing and comforting that, despite it being the year 2005, the company WWE, and the character Simon Dean, Nova still somehow finds a way to steal other guys "innovative" moves as his own. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> lol Sad that no one had used my sign idea of "Simon Invented Weight Loss" yet.

Hey Simon Dean On Velocity, is the bWo done already? Unless he is going to lead a dual existence. Anyhow I will note that this dumb gimmick limits the former Nova in the ring. Now I never thought Nova was that great, he did use to have some cool moves and work a fast paced style, but now he drags it down with some mat work, though it is decent mat work to be sure. Hey he finally got a finisher, it looked like a reverse angle slam. Matthews dubbed it "the Simonizer" (hey wasn't that one of Simon Diamond's moves in ECW?). Also what was up with Josh during that match, he kept praising Simon Dean and his system. Is he trying to be a heel? Who knows? Romero really drags him down/

Velocity just started. Kazarian/Nunzio was a decent match, though Frankie predictably got no heat and no one sememd to have a clue who he was. However Steve Romero has won the award for dumest line of the year, when talking about the Heidenreich/Animal VS MNM match for GAB, he stated "Yknow Josh, rarely has the underdog been favored..." Well I sure as hell hope so.

I need to watch for hypertension as my father has it and it runs strong in his family. Luckily I dont have HBP right now, however I do have to take a 25MG atenelol (generic for Tenormin) pill once a day for a fast pulse (not that high but enough to have to take a pill). I wound up going to the doc last year because my pulse was racing and I had what appeared to be an anxiety attack. So I have anxiety too (again like my dad) but have kept it under control, since the reason I was so anxious, was because of my pulse racing. Now that I know I am in great health otherwise I don't worry anymore. that's another reason why I wanted to lose weight and thankfully I did. My bloodwork was great at that visit, the doc said he has never seen numbers that good. He thinks I am at no risk for heart disease which was a big shock since it runs in my family and I was overweight for a long time. anyhow that's why I continue to try to stay healthy with my eating, though I really haven't changed much like I said, perhaps I just sped up my metabolism somehow?
