well no, but I was backing up Haws bah gawd's post about remembering him using it before his heel turn in wcw, not saying it was a finisher. In fact I don't even think he had a finisher in his initial face wcw run. He used lots of stuff. Missle dorpkicks, the lionsault, to name a couple of moves I remember him winning matches with. The liontamer came about right aroudnt he same time he lost the CW title to Eddy. So right before he turned heel, he started using the liontamer.

man wwe sure wnats to make me go broke this year. Blurring doesnt bother me too much, but it is annoying and I wish they would resolve that issue somehow (I would say as long as they dont use the wwf name or logo to promote the dvd or show it on the cover or book, it would be cool, listen up vince)

That sounds about right. Unfortunately I think I taped it on a random tape that I did not label so it might be hard to find. Wait, I wonder if they showed it on the dec 31, 2000 heat (which was a year in review show that I do have taped)

I agree with hbk-hhh from summerslam 02 and of course Cactus-HHH (which I forgot to mention earlier, it is on my top 5 fav matches, and I have seen it probably at least 20 times)

BUMP. well I have finally watched all of the extras and I must say that they are great. 75 minutes of bloopers and outakes. Funny stuff with Charlie Murphy and the Rick James extended interview (which is gold IMO). This is a great set, glad I got it when it was cheap.

Again the results prove that letting the fans vote for the game is a bad idea. .

We just got swept by the Royals in seriously the most pathetic three games I've ever seen them play. The amount of dumbass plays commited in the last three games seriously reminds me of the complaining done by cubs fans last year when a Cubs player made a running mistake everday. Whether it was Bernie getting thrown out at 2nd trying to tag up and killing a rally, or Giambi getting caught in a run down, or Wolmack getting picked off. The starting pitching was once again bad. Brown and Pavano blew chunks, Pavanos given up now TWENTY more hits than innings, and 14 home runs. The D was pathetic. Bernie throwing to the wrong base, Cano killing a double play, Posada with three passed balls. Also, nobody is hitting, absolutley no one. The Royals starting pitching, horrible beside Grenkie, kept us down, including a 4 hitter against a guy with a NINE era. Their bullpen held us to one run in ten innings. The only positive I can get out of this series is that Tanyon Sturtze and Gordon continue to dominate, both with ERAS now under two. I honestly wouldn't be shocked to be swept by the Twins. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Pavano is the latest example of the yanks inking a hotshot pitcher coming off a good year or having lots of potential and the pitcher self-destructing in NY. Then, except for Weaver, they are gone the next year cuz the boss has no patience for development of course. It bugs me that guys like Halsey are doing so well and vazquez and conteras doing better outside of NY, I guess some players just don't play well in the Yankee environment. I didn't see the sweep (thank god) but the biggest problems appears to be the lineup going cold again. But it happens, especially after getting humilaited by the red sox at home. That being said, they are only 5 games out still, so there is room for improvement. They need to win at least 2 out of 3 from the Twins to get back on track. Either that, or massive firings will begin (Cashman, I'm looking at you). So don't give up yet my fellow Bronx diehards. And remember, "when the leaves turn brown and the air gets chilled , look back towards the bronx, cuz that's where the big show known as the World Series will be played" of course whether that is true this year seems a bit unlikely, but hey I'll still say it. and also note that I know most will disagree with that but I'm just having some fun and trying to cheer up Mike who sounds really depressed over it, so just chill. Is Joe really that good? I mean I used to see him in local socal indies 4 years ago and he didn;t look that great. I guess the experience has paid off.

I doubt more fans will buy tix just for this one match. Seriously, consider the fact that fans buy tix for tv tapings where they have no idea what will take place but buy them anyway and hope for the best (like me getting raw tix in anaheim and it turning out to be the kane-lita wedding debacle)

Yea cuz steamboat was hardly seen after summerslam, but he was starting a program with skinner IIRC since skinner was an aligator killer, and thus he also hated dragons?, and he was supposed to be on duggans survior series team (the wwf magazine ss preview listed him as a team member of duggan). It was confusing to me back then , especially since Steamboat showed up at the Nov clash as Dustin Rhode's mystery partner subbing for windham and they defeated The Enforcers (Arn and Larry Zybysko) for the tag titles.

That was a great 2 parter IMO.

You know I had to go the the doctor yesterday for a quick recheck (basically to have a prescription refilled ) and I was literally there for three hours. It was annoying to me, considering it would literally take no more than 5 mins for me to get in and out. Once I finally got into a room, the guy nurse checked my blood pressure , pulse, temperature(wtf?) and weighed me (and I found I have lost about 40 pounds since my last vist in late Sept. and I now weigh in at a slim, trim, buff, jAKKKKED 207 lbs-down from a high of near 260 2 years ago). Then I waited for like near an hour for the doc to come in. and when he did he looked at the paper, asked how I was doing and went to write the prescription. Took him all of 3 minutes. Man do I love the US healthcare industry. And I feel different about store employess since my sister has been working in some. Now I try to be nicer to workers (not that I was ever rude, but I used to get annoyed). Funny thing is, when I don't need any help, all the workers surround me and ask if I need help, but the moment I do need help, they are nowhere to be seen, weird.
