I also at first wasn't sure what to make of Bradshawn suddenyl becoming a ME heel out of the blue. But he did his best to improve, his mic skills being incredible, in ring work ok (but who cares, I mean do we always have to have workrate gods as champs? that would get incredibly boring). At least WWE has made some new Main Eventers other than HHH in the last year. As for the ratings decline, I don't blame JBL, the booking on SD has been really poor over the last year. And it's very rare to find a heel champion who "draws" Actually I don't think any one guy draws anymore. People go to a WWE show, cuz A. They are wrestling fans or B. They are WWE fans, or C. Both. Sure its cool to see some of your favs, but when you buy tix a month (or in wms case several months before) you never know everyone who will be on the card. I think the last wrestler to truly draw was probably Austin (and maybe Rock), but he hooked people to watch WWF and then those fams came to like the whole show. Yea Trips probably should have stayed on SD, but then again you'd now be crying about how he was holding down the SD roster. And Cena is the worst champion in a long time IMO, the time to give him the title was last year(hell even late 03 when he was really on fire with the crowd) , not now.

I got the call as well. I missed the call so it went to my voice mail. Cut off the first part but the first thing I hear is "Brother" in that unmistakeable voice. It kinda scared the crap out of me, being so unexpected. The best part of it was the end where my local cable co guy got on and said to call the phone number to order (which is stupid cuz I have digital cable and can order with the remote) Anyhow despite this shameless promotion, I still will not be ordering this mess of a PPV. Besides you can get the dvds next month at fraction of the price at DDD.

I was just thinking about that promo after hearing the news. Wow so shocking. I logged nto wrestlcrap this morning and saw the headline there. Doesn;t amke much sense does it? anyhow this is very sad, especially to come out of the blue like that. Untimely deaths seem to be in abundance in pro wrestling. Chris was a very talented wrestler, underrated on the mic as well, who had aknack for making you care about him, no matter what stupid gimmick he was saddled with. The Bodydonnas gimmick was in retrospect lame, but he made it work, palying that character over the top so that it made you care. I will always fondly remember the match where Horowitz beat him on TV. Their short feud was mememorable, in no short part due to Chris' involvment. He did everythign asked of him, jobbing to a longtime, famous jobber, teaming with a guy called "Zip", being managed by a guy in drag named "Cloudy", you name it. Through this, you could tell he truly loved and lived for the business. Thanks for the memories, Chris. We will all miss you.

hell we only have the digital box for hbo and that costs 12 bucks, we pay like 55 a month just for the full regular cable package plus the 10 hbo channels. I wonder how the TW takeover will affect my cable?

Yea that was akward. Actually Louie wasn't an official nWo member. He was helping out Hall and wore an nWo shirt, but they never said he was in the group (Although I can't see why, considering theyw ere letting all kidns of jobbers into the group at the time)

I like how os fans make a deal out of the Maier incident. It didnt even win the game. You still managed to blow it after. I can see if it was like game 5 or 6, but only game 1. I mean whos to say even if the os won the first two games, the yanks were hot in baltimore and went on a tear. I still belive the yanks would have won that alcs even if it took 6 or 7. Although I can understand why that bothers you, it was a bad call, but what can you do? Besides New York is 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 times cooler than Baltimore anyday of the week.

I just saw on tnt last night, the one where angel saves that actress from a rundown and becomes her bodyguard. I was cracking up when cordy and rebecca go shopping for Angel and cordy is all like "yea what does he need? more socks?" that was amusing, as well as the opening where wes and angel are despearte to get out of somewhere, then revelaed its the theatre where cordy is acting (badly) in a play. "Line?" the ending "You're not going to untie me are you?" "Pfft"
