I predicted that the Pats would beat the Rams in the SB and the bucs the next year though that was obvious. I predicted in April 98 that the Yanks would sweep the world series, and this was before it became evident that they would have a monster season. I predicted a Subway Series before the 2000 season, though its not that great I guess.

It was a legit call! Someone explain the whole tuck situation again. Because all I hear is people talk about it but never actually delve into it. The Raiders were winning the AFC Div playoff game against the Patriots in the snow at Foxboro. Pats were down by 3 making last ditch drive with not much time left. Brady appears to fumble at midfield, thereby sealing win for Raiders.....but the booth orders a replay and ruled that Brady made an incomplete pass, this was due to the tuck rule, which I still dont fully understand. got ball back kicked field goal to tie, won on field goal in ot and went on to win SB. Actually I laughed at this one cuz I wanted the Raiders to lose, nto only cuz they beat the Jets that year, but because I liked to see all these SOcal fans who jumped back on the raider bandwagon even though they left LA years prior, get upset. Just like last year, though the Yanks lost, at least I got to see millions of socal morons cry and change the subject when theyre beloved Lakers got trampled. Hey you got to have fun too.

Must add the Giants losing sb 35 to the ravens. the o3 playoff loss against SF. The 97 loss to Vikings, 93 loss to SF. Ginats blow a lead with 7 secs left agaisnt Cowboys on MNF when the kick off went out of bounds. others: Devils lose Game 7 to Avalanche. Nets swept by Lakers (moreso cuz I live in Cali and hate the Lakers) personal: High School (not on team but a fan) Our football team has a great year in 98, going something like 10-3 on the field (but having to forfeit like 3 games due to an ineligble player-who actually was just a bench guy) , had a winning season for the first time in many years (and after being on along league losing streak years earlier, and won only one game by forfeit my freshmen year) won the new league that had been created when the teams were realigned, won two playoff games. Lost CIF Semi-Final 17-7 (I was at the game, it was a cold november sat night, we were winning 7-0 into the 2nd half, wound up tied, but watched as the other team scored 10 points to take the win. Next year homecoming 99 game, lost when we went for a 2point conversion and the win instead of kick for tie. Only had 10 guys on the field at the time, one guy forgot to come out. that wound up costing us the league title. made playoff though and lost again to same team who beat us year earleier, this time in 2nd round of playoffs. That was my senior year. next year 2000, I was in college but came back to my alma mater for several games, won league again. firts round playoffs, we are winning with not much time on clock in 4th qtr (maybe a few mins) instead of running out the clock, one guy gets a great run and is runnign down the field a bit.....and FUMBLES. other team recovers drives for winning TD. oh man did that suck. in 03 went to first round playoff, and we were destroyed. yikes

Um ok, what is the deal with those? I mean I kinda liked the alternate red last year, but these are going ot be their every day road unis? sheesh. I did notice the ny logo (which I like, but I miss the old Giants logo) which is retro in its own right and looks better on the helmets than the old big Giants logo. Are they changing the home ones too? and btw, I have no idea where the G-men nick came from I first heard it on ESPN or somethin . My dad still likes to call them the Gints, but hes a long time fan from the old days (actually a much bigger fan than I, but he made me into one basically). anyhow GO GIANTS........IN YOUR STRANGE NEW UNIS

But it seems like Kelly is the most succesful, as in she doesnt need the connection to Idol to sell anymore. What I mean is when she's on tv or somethin, they are like its Kelly Clarkson, not the american idol kelly. To a lesser extent, so is Clay. Though when they start appearing at shows in the audience (liek clay last night( and even singing (fantasia Im looking at you) you know they arent doing that great. Quick thoughts form last night: Bo: Okish, nothing to write home about, what was up with his shirt? Constantine: Horrible his worst eprformance in weeks and worst of the night IMO Stick to crooning, man. Carrie: Bad song choice, nuff said. Vonzelle: Stale, boring, unmemorable, she should be going home soon and Christina should show up and spit on her. Anthony: Great job, his best this month. Scott: Bad choice of song, ok at times, but problems with some notes not as bad as Constantine last night IMO, but he'll prob get the boot (and I won't complain) And I came to one conclusion, there hasn't been any real good music in the decade. Infact it's been total crap.

Um Jericho was born in the us, and lived here quite often (not sure where he lives now any help?) so technically he is an american, as well as a canadian. and the funny thing is that hassan has never said he hates america the country, just people who are racist and judgmental. American Wrestling fans by and large are conditioned to boo and chant usa at any person who wears clothign of a foregin country or has a different flag or speaks other languages then english. even if they had made him a face, he woudl have got booed.

when these kickboxers have to go on the road 3 or 4 days a week or more, getting beat up every night, hit with chairs, go thru tables, and genarally deal with the WWEs crap, then I would gladly hear from them on the subject. Im nto saying that kickboxers arent tough, strong guys that can easily kick my ass, I am just saying that well who gives a crap about kickboxing anyhow?

I think Brock and Angle had abetter buildup then you give credit for. It was two former amateurs, angle the olympic hero vs brock the ncaa champ who jumped right to the pros. I know to me that was the only reason I really wanted to see wm 19 along with hbk-jericho. Its kinda sad to me that some people will pay that much just to see a broken down Hulk. Honestly I was never a bgi fan of his, and while its fun to have nostalgia, his relevance ran out after the Rock match in 02. But I guess only making sporadic appearnces have softened the hearts of most fans.

dude I wish we could do that. we should start a telethon to get money to both buy it and fly all of us to the show. Im thinking we need about 10 million dollars.
