I once had to take this cough syrup that had codeine in it for a bd flu. Made me sleepy and also made me have strange dreams

I also went to the 8-23-04 Raw (The raw is Lita/Kane wedding episdoe) and wanted to riot for paying 30 bucks for cheap seats and seeing a grand total of 5 matches and the longest one being the edge/jericho ic title match and having to sit through an excruiciatingly long Rock/Tajiri/Divas/Coach segment

There was nearly one at Unforgiven 2002 after the main event of Brock-Taker went to a no-contest. People were booing heavily and throwing stuff, so they had Taker come back to the ring and pose a bit and thank the fans to calm them down

Interesting Note from Holdiay Issue of SD Magazine

WWE will never promote Hogan's final run, because he'll never have one. His type never retire until they're physically incapable. And each time he comes back for 'one last time', it will mean less and less. Why shouldn't Marvel ? It's their trademark, to do with as they wish. I guess you're right what else is there to say? -
I had some good matches on sd vs raw lately. in my season shelton (me) vs cena (cpu) on sd during the bounty storyline. awesome back and forth match that ended with me stealing the fu for the 3. I played the main event of armageddon already and had a great match. I played as Booker and won by pinning Eddie I played a sample ppv of badd blood and had a cool Benoit vs Kane match. I finally got him to tap out afterboth of us were deep red Had a cool HIAC HBK(me) v HHH that ended with us fighting to the outside and the top of the cell. I stole a pedigree on the top to put trips through the cell and I followed it up with a sweet chin music 2 and a flying elbow pin for the hell of it

Oddly enough, that mission can be difficult but I always know that I'll finish it. Some of the guys will often slow down and give you a chance, as though they want you to kill them. Just try and make sure there's only, I think, one guy that reaches home at the most, because when he gets there, he'll get off his Odyssey and shoot at you, giving you the chance to do likewise and kill him instantly. Just keep close to them, and when one slows down for whatever reason, straighten up and let Catalina get him. Don't you bother shooting, because you'll probably miss and it's just a waste of ammunition. I just beat that mission on the first try the other day. We chased them by sadly we fell into the water, being lazy I got out of the water then used the blow up cars cheat to kill the guys and went and found and picked up the briefcases, so sue me in the rob the track mission I fell into water again and got lost from catalina. apprantly she stayed in place surrounded by cops till i finally got there 10- 15 mins later and I kiled them and beat the mission I finally got to san fierro, have yet to beat any missions, tried the first CJ mission but failed it when my car blew up. I'm in awe of the artististic design of this game. San fierro looks great, alot like the real san francisco. and the trolley cars, are a nice touch. but can you ride them or jack them? whenever I try I get run over by them.

The One and Only Angel Season 5 Thread

aha Im back and Im going to post the news report I did for my journalism class that I mentioned here the other day "Children Found Murdered in Sunnydale Park Late Tuesday evening, two children aged 7 or 8, were found dead in Sunnydale City Park by resident Joyce Summers. Ms. Summers had entered the park to find her daughter Buffy, a junior at Sunnydale High School, who has been connected with crime and strange events in the city recently. At 10 pm, Summers saw an adult male at the park. She recognized him as a local banker. She says he later dissapeared and then the bodies were found. Police are on the lookout for the man, as he is the only curent suspect. The bodies were found with weird symbols on the hands, but police are keeping quiet for now. Many believe that the killings are part of a cult ritual and are asking for immediate action. The identitites of the children are unkown, so police have asked for anyone who may have information to contact the Sunnydale Police Department. Over the past year in this small town, there have been ten unsolved homicides, twelve missing persons cases, and over 60 assaults perpetrated by so called "monsters". Many live in fear for that very reason. Summers has organized a vigil for tonight, where the Mayor of Sunnydale will speak. She urges all residents to attend so they may finally stop all this madness. Anyone with information may contact the Sunnydale Police Department at 312-6524" so what do you think? my teacher made a few notes to add more or take something else (and thought the line about Buffy being a possible criminal wasbeing very libelous)but I got a decent grade for it. and obviously I made up the police phone number lol I called Buffy a junior if only cuz I wasnt a fan at this point and had no clue what season this was from. and obviously -

Im sure if Hogan comes back to wwe they will, since if they truly want to promote his final run theyll want to be able to use the Hulk Name. and actually marvel shoudnt be able to stop them from calling him hulk, as its not like theyre still calling him the incredible hulk hogan. -
lol cm i remember that as well as Kurt Angle bringing all his brothers in the ring with him and they were all wearing santa hats.

Shane Helms was really over IMO. watch some old tapes and youll see the crowd had a genuine ethusiasm for him. of course having a badass theme song and girls to dance with didnt hurt. (although I hatedwhen he dumped the parachute pants) once wwf got him and made him change his name and look like a jerk it was all downhill (though the hurricane gimmick has shown signs of working, they never will push him) -
Best/Worst Looking Championship Belt
Jericholic82 replied to hbkhhhmark4life's topic in General Wrestling
I always like the 86-98 IC title best. Actually the Big WWF title that was from 98-2002 was very nice. I do like the Raw title ok it looks like a world title though it may be a bit too gold . The one Flair brought with him to the wwf the first time was better (it looked less gold almost a silvery-gold combo really nice-check out the flair dvd for this one) The Ic title from the early80s (it was worn by valentine at wm 1) is really ugly and horrible. SD Magazine Holiday 04 has an article about the history of the WWE title and it shows many of the different belts used what about the WWF title from 86-88? (only worn by hogan-they even now sell a replica of it) I liked the old tv title too. but the one from 92-96 isnt that bad as well the current us title isnt too bad imo it looks better than the wwe title My fav version of the US title was the wcw one that was used all the way to the end of the company the wcw cruiserweight title was nice looking as well as for more worst WCW Tag titles 97-01 (really ugly-the ones before them were much better) Bradshaws Hardcore title from 2002 Current WWE Title (its too small) Current IC title (terrible, why have they not changed it yet?) ECW's last world and tag titles -ugly the Tv belt was much better The current NWA title (i know its been around sinc ethe 80s, but I hate it, doesnt look like a world title) XPW had a pretty decent world title (though it was obviously a cheap knockoff) oddly enough And for some reason I liked the Blue WWF Title Remember Goldust had a gold strap on his IC title I liked the white ic title too the yellow one looked dumb hell none of those are as bad as in the old days when belts were nothing more than glorified belt buckles as for the cruiserwieght tag titles, what did you expect from WCW? (and besides they knew they were dead in march 01 so you think they would actually spend alot of money on nice looking belts? -
HHH got even more bloated when he came back from the quad injury, but has lost a lot of that since then. Look at his hair, he used to have long thick blonde hair. I noticed that Mr Snitsky has some big backne

Heenan was let go around October of 2000 Nothing of note, beyond having to practically pin himself in a match against Kidman when Kidman botched the SSP. Pretty much just house shows. Eric took him off TV when Jericho wouldn't re-sign. Right near the end, she revealed she wasn't pregnant. yea in fact she came to the ring with sean stasiak pushing a baby carriage and revealed it to be carrying pictures of sean Stasiak had a short feud with BBB at the end of wcw beating him at the Greed PPV and then beating him on the last Nitro in a quick match where if Sean lost Bammer would get to tattoo Stacy -

well we didnt necessarily see it coming, but we knew sid was goingto go to WCW as it had been reported online. I guess it wasnt too big of a surprise for him to go after Nash (the champ at the time) sid had been in ECW for a short while, so it did surprise more than a few people. sid as the driver would have made sense (infact i thought that was the answer back then) but since they used the same angle again and again it never got closure till 2000 someone mentioned Alex Wright before. how about the whole Berlyn gimmick? after a semi-succesful heel turn in 1997 in which he won the tv and cruiserweight titles and later teamed with Disco Inferno, Alex dissapeared in late 98. ON An April 99 Nitro the camera cut to the front row where there sat Wright Except he had a weird haircut and was wearing all black, gothic looking clothes and a trenchcoat. They had to drop the gimmick for awhile as soon after this, the shootings at Columbine High School took place and since the killers were assoicated with the trenchcoats and metal music WCW panicked and scrapped the gimmick. Berlyn finally debuted after some promo videos. THe revised gimmick had him as and Anti-American heel complete with a bodyguard nicknamed The Wall (real subtle) and a German Woman interpreter (as he reused to speak English) The character still might have worked, but the announcers kept calling him Alex Wright and completely undersold the gimmick. Buff Bagwell even no showed Fall Brawl 99 where he was supposed to job to Berlyn and they ahd to put Jim Duggan in there instead and he no sold much of Alexs moves and thus killed the gimmick on its arrival. Berlyn never gelled and the only notable thing to come out of this was The Wall becoming a semi-main event heel (even fighting Hogan on The Spring Break Nitro-remember? Hogan is giving an interview to Okerlund in the ring when he looks up Hey its the wall!!!! hes up on a rooftop smilling weirdly) in late 2000 Wright shaved his head and came back under his real name to once again team with disco inferno as the Boogie Knights (ughhhhh) He stayed in this role till the end of WCW in 2001 and hasnt been heard from sicne in a major promotion here in the states. -
you think thats bad? have you seen the new teddy bears they have cant you just see kids everywhere yelling at their praents to buy them a Randy Orton Teddy Bear?

yea I noticed that too Hart. I wonder if this will mean they will have to edit all future dvd releases to edit out the hulk name? hmmmmmmm -

thanks for your feedback guys. I suspected most of that, but wasn't sure Wasnt it true that when he first went to WCW they had trouble using the Hulk name? I assume they did because when he went in the nWo they always called him Hollywood Hogan and hardly ever Hulk interesting stuff -

I agree with you on that I thought the mikey/tajiri vs fbi match was awesome. The best ecw match of 00 in my opinion (well i didnt see the ppvs so...) I refered to it as the Stiff match of doom. I mean seriously they were working ultra stiff tajiri nearly kicked the heads off guido and mamaluke I have yet to get the dvd (actually the dvds produced by pioneer back in 00-02 have a lot of good stuff on them more than the wwe produced one) YAHOOOOO 700 POSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wait ... how do people in Western PA dress when they go to a beach, or a pool, or anywhere else that a woman would normally wear a bathing suit? (Because there's more to see when a girl is in a bathing suit than they showed on MNF.) How about daytime soap operas, where there's promiscuity, women in lingeries, etc etc. How can parents be 100% sure their kids aren't seeing anything 'wrong' there? (Because there's much more sexual innuendo, and that's on during the middle of the day) Or how about the Sears catalog, with their bathing suit ads, bra ads, panty ads, etc.? While obviously not riddled with sexual innuendo, there is more TnA in those ads than in seeing a naked back. Are those taboo as well? I agree.. Youd be more offended by what happens on general hospital and when did football become a family show? its a game in which violence must occur (as opposed to baseball) on the west coast the game airs at 6 but its still a stretch with all the sex on tv already is this really a big deal? Welcome once again to Bushs America
