I got JD at CC cuz th elocal blockbuster didnt have t for some reaosn no biggee, it was cheaper that way anyhow. Well on the bright side, they didnt edit out Ozzys song, and the extra where CM Punk explained why he joined the New Breed was well done, and in fact should have aired on TV before the ppv. I only watched the Flair match so far cuz the cable guy had to come cuz I wa shaving problems with my wwe on demand service. now I gotta got to works soon, so Ill have to watch it TOM. night or something

agreed this movie was much better than The Animal, although I'm still waiting for "The Stapler"

355. Conan promises to tommorrow nights guests that there will be no more stupid, random humor on the show, "Isn't that right, 'Groucho Llama(?) who lives in an iron lung that sings Our House" 356. John Cenas latest apperance on Conan, he explains why he doesn't wear tights, boots, and oil his body up in the ring "I don't know, patent leather boots, spandex underwear, all oiled up and rolling around with another man" Conan was in hysterics at this point . Conan's reaction to clip of Cena FUing Khali was pretty amusing. As well as his reaction to Cena's saying to stay intense in the ring, you gotta act like a dog crapping tacks.

Paul Heyman started managing the Dudleys again to get them motivated, and for whatever reason, they decided to kidnap Paul Bearer and the urn. Heyman apparently wanted Taker to join up with them, so he made the Concrete Crypt match for that year's Great American Bash, which was basically a regular handicap match, with Paul Bearer being held in a plastic case in the entrance with a cement truck looming. Leading up to the show, Heyman kept threatening that if Taker didn't do the "right thing", then Bearer would be put into the concrete crypt, in other words... die. Keep in mind, we never knew what the "right thing" was exactly. So, in a very boring handicap match, Taker beat both Dudleys. All through the match, Heyman talked on the mic while slowly filling Bearer's case with cement. Taker finally scared him off and took control of the cement truck, and he filled it, apparently killing Bearer. He later implied that he had to kill Bearer because it was obvious that Bearer was his only weakness, so he couldn't allow others to exploit it. As for the reason why it main evented a PPV, it was probably because JBL won the WWE Title from Eddie earlier in the night under bullshit circumstances, and they figured a Taker win, even under the circumstances, would be a better way to close the show. at the time it was thought to be a heel turn as Taker-Eddie was slightly rumored on the net for sumerslam at the time before GAB (cuz no one thought JBL would actually win the title), though Eddie lost his title that night so who knows?

watched a bit opf superbrawl. funny music edits here. They keep Johhny B Badds song this time (which they dubbed over on spring stampede 94) then they dub over the hollywood blondes theme (with something even more generic) and marcus bagwells theme (with American Males LMAO) and again they redub the ring intro (even though its just gary capetta here not buffer, I guess they do it cuz of the thtme editing) but it sounds nothing like gary this time, but oit sounds much better this time and less obviously redone in a studio to a casual viewer. at least Jesse can be heard in full here, on benoits dvd remember they cut out his commentary on the Benoit-Scorpio match got to watch this whole show later today, its been a long time since I saw it live

Actually, unless I missed something, that's not the same theme as Eddie Guerrero's first theme. Sounds a little but like it, but it isn't. In fact back then I thought it sounded a lot like the instrumental for Janet Jackson's "Black Cat." yea its a bit different on second listening, but very close to the same. I think it is supposed to be a black cat ripoff

No matter the ending someone will still be pissed. But as a longtime fan, you had to be happy that tony and paulie (personally I was more happy about him) survived and Phil got his in a most appropriate way. my take on the ending is that it was showing that Tonys family had finally got it all together and were happy with their lives (especially AJ) except for Meadow, who cant park a car apparntly. I think the whole last scene was building up tension purposely, wnating us to think something would happen. for it to just to end abruptly like that , thats what it feels like as a fan, to have the show end, its being ripped out of your life like the last page of a book. at least with Paulie alive, that spinoff is still possible (I had imagined a sitcom type show with paulie, sil, and chris being forced to live together and they get into wacky hijinks like the episode where Paulie and Chris are stuck in the van in the cold.) but Paulie having to live with that cat whould be awesome

Same here, VICTORY!!! this is probably becuase superbrawl is the "pick your big one" of the month, they usually show up around the 15th of the month

i never got the its me austin line, austin already knew vince was the higher power, he saw his face the week before on raw. anyhow kinda interesting angle here that I totally did not expect. but what if Vince really did die during this angle by natural causes. how would"they explain that on tv "well you know this vince blow up thing is a wrestling angle, but vince really did die today Im surprised vince even knows about the sopranos since hes usually oblivious to current pop culture (ie Paul Birchills pirate gimmick). even though I have no real problem with the sopranos ending since my fav character (Paulie) survived.

i got the ladder and families set last tuesday when they came out at work. The ladder set is selling well but the families not so well. JD is out next week already? damn have to buy another dvd. how much will blockbuster sell it for? if its more than 15 bucks then no way, I already have edges title win on dvd since I record all the shows on dvd now (recorded live from digital cable, so the qulaity is quite good)

Actually if it was me, I probably would be yelling "I got it" anyhow well never know the full truth or whether or not it really affected the outcome of the game (though a 10-5 lead is way better than 7-5 lead). Im just glad the Yanks finally won a game this week. actually "HA!" is no worse than what I yell at the screen when a ball is popped up (usually yell unintelligeble sounds at the TV hoping to jinx the other team and for once it worked last night) Alex's answers were pretty good, he mentioned that this sort of thing happens to him all the time at 3rd base when he is on defense. That kind of shut up the reporters. as for "bush league"? remember in the words of the Late Eddy G. "If you're not cheating, you're not trying!"

its weird cuz usually the songs are intact on the dvds save a few. must not hav ehad a good agreement with the band this time. usually they use songs off of new albulms and the artist and company is more willing to let wwe use them as they wish to get their songs heard. on mania both of the songs were kept. but on the backlash dvd when cole talks about the next ppv, you do hear ozzys songs, leading me to belive it will be on the JD dvd (maybe even ozzys live performance on sd will be an extra?)

when surge debuted they sent reps to my high school to debut the soda (they were testing it in our market I guess) so after school they were hadning out free sodas and the students nearly rioted to get their hands on something free. I miss pizzaria chips they ruled. Pepsi blue was like the corporate version of a ghetto classic BLUE SODA, the drink of juice in my old neighborhood. They still have "Home Boy" Blue soda in some stores Anyone else remember the Ninja Turtle cookies, and Vanilla Pies (which had green frosting and orangey colored vanilla filling) those were awesome

the game sale at CC this week is cool, I was able to get Resident Evil 4 for only 10 bucks.

sounds like a typical sale day at work. We had a lady freak out on Memorial day, because when she applied for a credit card, they had to make a copy of her ID. (we do that for everyone its not like we hold onto these copies or something and sell them) makes me think she had a fake id or was a crook. people are always shocked that we dont get shipments in always when there is a sale. and for some reason we always run out of advertisments cuz people take them home with them when they leave (I joked that they probably sleep with them too) they also love to steal the signs on the dvd sale bins for some reason (they must be hot on the streets) this whole wii mess is annoying, because we only got 3 in sunday due to a shipping problem with nintendo, then we put out a sign saying they would be in tuesday or wednesday, but the truck came in midday so we didnt have them yesterday morning when I opened (but I was told youd have them was the statement many had to say, but they failed to realize we said that they may be in tues or weds, no gurantee) BOTTOM LINE AMERICA NINTENDO SUCKS, AND THEY SHOULD HAVE SHIPPED ENOUGH WIIS FOR EVERY CONSUMER TO PURCHASE Thanks to Pierre Bernand, graphic designer on Late Night with Conan, whos on his Recliner of Rage again

I dont see Tony dying. I think either hell finally get caught by the feds, or have a bloody rampage and the show will end with him and carm sitting on a beach in Hawaii or something, either that or he kills Dr. Melfi (actually the last scene should be of him and the doc in the office thats how the show started remember?)

gotta love Houses cold nonchalant firing of Chase and bitchslapping Foremna on his way out. the end with him and the cuban dude smoking cigars was awesome. I cant wait for next season. looking back on the year, the show continued to evolve and got past some of the lameness of the middle of the 2nd season. The show has pretty much been a hit week after week since the 2 parter with foreman getting sick last season. Laurie continues to impress me with his awesome embodiment of the House character and his timing is always spot on. bring on season 4 (and you better not screw it up with new timeslots and have it canceled fox!)
