nothing will top the original cartoon IMO, but thats just bias cuz I wa s a kid then. plus the first two movies were great ( I went to see it on opening weekend in 90) the third basically sucked. I saw some of the newer show and it wasnt that great to me, but then again I am 23 years old now so.... cgi movie though? hmmmmm

I wa s there in LA when Terri kidnapped Moppy, but the tv announcers acted like they had no idea what happened since it wasnt on camera. Raven failing with the chipper was an awesome moment. A weird way to rekindle the old Saturn/Raven feud to be sure, but at least JR mentioned their history when they wrestled at Unforgiven 01. The goofy Saturn gimmick is a guilty pleasure of mine I suppose. All his carzy sayings and his and terris double date with Dean and some chick was great. (he ordered 3 crayons and a bowl of mustard, "youre welcome") then him doing the whassup with the duleys ot his own teamate Dean indeed the Heat with him was all kinds of greatness. actually when he came back in 02 at the rumble they didnt even mention his goffy period.

you forgot his deck of card sthat he would throw at his opponent or the ref. that was awesome. I always thought it would be funny if he used them to give a paper cut to a guy. Horowitz is probbably the most famous due to his shocking win over Skip on SUperstars/challenge in 95, though I didnt consider him full jobber cuz I remember his successful GWF run when he named himself The Winner after cheaply winning a match, then used that momentum to win the lightheavyweight title IIRC Then again I always liked Brooklyn Brawler since he is a NYer and wore a Yankees shirt (untill his lame heel turn on Heidenreich last year lol) hell he beat HHH. I can remember Jimmy Hart introducing him as "Typhoon" on Prime Time Wrestling (when they had the studio audience).....he basically gave the same promo that Crush would give on Savage in 94, which was that when Earthquake hurt Hogan, he (Tugboat) called him every day, but when Earthquake took him out (right before SS, leading to Bossman in Hogan's corner), Hogan never called him. I can specifically remember him using a prop phone and smashing it. Probably something about the fans not writing him letters in there, too. Of course, coming back and teaming with the guy who hurt you makes little sense, but oh well. Like I said, Crush did the same thing when he turned heel, blaming Savage for not saving him when Yokozuna gave him like, 4 banzai drops--and then siding with Mr. Fuji as his manager. Huh? With that in mind, does anyone know WHY Tugboat was taken out of Hogan's corner at SS 90 and replaced with the Bossman? It was a pretty "meh" role, and they didn't really play up Earthquake injuring Tugboat, just replacing him with the Bossman. Hogan really DIDN'T say anything, so "Typhoon" was correctly pissed. Were they planting the seeds for a change to Typhoon? if this is the case, why did he wait untill the next summer to do it? tugboat returned in 90 aftre the injury and was even on Hogans SS team. But Hogan did eliminate Tuggy in the rumble of 91 so maybe that was a prob too sorry I never saw his explanation promo I just saw the superstars match (didnt really watch PTW then cuz it was on at night and my parents wouldnt let me watch their tv at night lol)

I still have the pioneer home video version vhs that came out in like 2001, there was a dvd too, but actually they cut out some backstage promos, and the entrances (due to the music issue, though they did overdub motorsheads enter sandman for the main event) so I might have to get alook at this one since they cut somesuff on my tape.

Thanks, havent seen that in ages! I know it looks dumb, but I became a huge Scorpio mark when he came to WCW, you just didn't see that high-flyin stuff he did all the time back then that kid at the beginning looks like Chris on Everybody hates chris lol
