Im back (damn I shouldt have been gone for so long considering I started this thread) anyhow sad to hav ebeen gone as I have been correctly picking the castoffs every week for 2 months lol I had afeeling kat would make it way back in march. also thought elliot would be in finale but taylor still got the votes. but that was the right results considering last weeks performances. I dont see taylor as an idol winner but I think he may be the safe choice, he has made it mostly on his charisma alone (though he is a damn good singer to boot) cant wait to see how they react this week. anyone else think it was kind of sad that Kat only got a gym full of people at her old school instead of the hwole cities like Elli and Taylor.? good night tonight with idol and the house season finale

tough one cuz I love both shows for diff reasons. FG is rotfl with its weird references and sight gags, SP is more of a social parody, while still being really funny.

I guess the constant references to Conan during the telecast, didn't register to some people. yea, but weird since the king of kings reference is to Jesus Christ but WWE didnt want to offend ayone I guess at first I thought he was dressed as Jesus till I saw the fur and stuff. Really dumb and you know he was feeling like a moron with it.

well the show was bettre than I expected coming in so that was a pleasant surprise. here sosme quick thoughts on the matches Kane/Show retain-bad match but crowd was into it, especially Carlito. Show finally gets a mania win, os good for him. A Carlito face turn is probably next. MITB 2-A good trainwreck, Benjamin again was the star of the match. I mean he FLEW off the ropes onto the ladder from NOWHERE. RVD got a much-deserved win in front of a very pro RVD crowd (as Tazz said ECW was very popular in Chicago, nice line there) JBL-Benoit- Boring match made better by JBLS awesome heel tactics. Bad finish, right result as JBL can be an ever better heel with a title to have, and Benoit loses nothing by dropping the title. Foley-Edge-Insane match with crazy spots all around. Edge stepped it up and made an impact here and Foley put him over big time. Foley did get a Mania Moment finally, unfortunately for him it was a bump thru a flaming table . Edge sold it big time too, shaking and everything. very well done Taker-Henry- Hope you enjoyed your main event run Mark. Horrible match but a nice plancha b taker gave it a good finish. Trish-Mickie-very good, albeit sloppy at times. Better than their NYR match and Mickie showed that she learned something from that match (though it went unmentioned) and stayed focused enough to put away Trish. Right result for the storyline and the crowd sure loved Mickie here. Too bad for the botched finish but the announcers covered well (95 percent chance they edit that off the dvd), but it hurt the flow. Shawn-Vince- A one sided beatdown. But that was perfect for the storyline of Vince and co ruining Shawns life for months. I dont but the whole "losing his soul" bit considering his mini-heel turn last summer. In my mind it was the correct blowoff for that feud. The babyface utterly destroys the heel to get ultimate revenge Rey-Angle-Orton- Nice outfit Rey. Match was too rushed as I know they could have done more if the stupid pillow fight wasnt scheduled next. Match should have ended show but since they knew the reaciton to cena-hh would get huge heat they didnt want the crowd to be dead for Reys win. Despite this Rey got booed all match as the crowd clearly favored Kurt. But it was the right result, though Orotn seems to lose out sinc ehe took the pin, Angle can say he made both of them tap (the crowd even chanted you tappe dout at rey ha) and he wasnt even pinned so he loses nothing. But a decent match nonetheless, I liked the triple suplex spot at least, and the rana rey hit orotn with looked pretty sweet. Rey blew the 619 around the pole by slipping (another gem probably to be edited off the dvd) didnt hurt the match too much. Rey didn't get much of a celebration and had to result to brining out chavo and vickie for more heat. Notice Rey didnt have the EG armbands on so maybe the whole eddie thing will end now. Candice-Torrie- again I'll say it, why? Candice, welcome to the unemployment line soon. Cena-HHH- Match had bad flow and was overshadowed by the NUCLEAR HEAT from the fans. But it probably made hte match more entertaining. I used to think the fans were booing cena to be cool, but they absolutely hated cena here. This was like brock-goldberg excpet all the heat was on one guy. and it reminded me of Hogan-Rock as well as the crowd booed cenas every move (literally, if he walked they booed) Dumb entrances, but I guess they were kind of fun. HHH jobs three years in a row! wow. But it was the right result for the storyline (Heel brutally underestimates face Champ and gets beat) overall better than expected, not that great but I was pretty entertained and much of it felt like a WM so whatever I guess. now begins the push to fill Ford Field.

Ron Killings was in that? yea, Chris rock filmed some scenes at a tna weekly ppv (when they were stil in nashville) where his character was runnign for prez and made an appearance at a wreslting show, osme of the other wrestlers in it included Jarrett, The Harris Boys, and BG James

I watched my wm 21 dvd yesterday. Today I dont want to watch anything, cuz too much wrestling in one day will get to you. I'm not too excited about any of the matches, buts it mania day (our superbowl sunday) so I feel a bit excited. is that radio show any good? wwe.com has a free postgame show this year so Ill prob check that out I guess. Im going to go back and watch the hof on wwe.com since i missed a bit of it due to freezing issues.

exactly I wa s a big Bret fan back in the eraly 90s, because of his character, no this skills. He was aguy who wa s atrue good guy and never backed down form a challenge and was a true fighting champion. Plus had a great look. His charisma is underrated IMO.

yea thats pretty much the case. But since I'm back in NY this year I think they will do well I'd like to think I am good luck. It's unpredictable actually. Well have to wait and see. But I am psyched to see baseball back and personally I'm thrilled that I can actually watch Yankee games this year besides the ones on espn

They had no problem selling out Safeco Field after a lousy 2002. I think filling the place up will require some work but can be done. you're right, its mania fans around the world all want to be at Mania so Id say they can do it.

Here goes, my quick picks HHH/Cena-Cena should win, despite the hate cuz HHH as champ helps no one, unless he helps elevate RVD (lmao) it all depends when the match happens, if it is on last, Cena wins, if before the sd match, HHH wins Angle/Rey/Orton-see above MITB-Shelton (I'm gonna go on a limb here, since I think he can use the win the most to help rebuild his cred) Boogey-BookerMell-Goldust appearance would be great, but ill just say Boogey beats sharmell to keep booker form jobbing here Kane/Show vs the mastercools (hehe)- Kane/Show since show is 0-6 at Mania and deserves a win, Kane hasn't won at mania since 17 so its been awhile Trish/Mickie-I don't know why but I see Trish retaining by DQ, so they can have a NHB rematch at Backlash Edge/Cactus-Edge (but Mick finally takes a WM worthy bump to remember) Benoit/JBL- JBL (I figure he's due for a title run and at least it's not the world title this time so the haters wont be too mad) shawn/vince- Vince might get a screwy win here, so I'll take the less traveled road and say he wins to shock us all Taker/Henry-as if I really need to answer this,it's a no-brainer, Henry wins (Too bad for him ITS OPPOSITE DAY!!!!)
