THE AI is very cheap. In Gm mode I tried a six man elimination tag match and it was imposible to pin any of my opponents, I lucked out and made one tap out and then got another guy to hit me with a chair to dq him, but then got easily pinned by the last guy (Tajiri(I noticed just changing the difficulty to normal makes them counter almost everything. its insane. and while playing the rumble as big show to complete the throw 10 out challenge, I had several smaller guys lifting up show. Your best bet to clear that one is to use show since he can press slam the samll guys, and make ssure the roster for the rumble includes guys like Christian, rey, chavo, haas, flair,london, spike, scotty, hurricane, tajiri (all of these guys I was able to press slam out) I still have not tried season after a week of owning the game as I have focuse on gm mode (my raw gained some fans but is still trailing sd) random cards are fun, my game wanted to start a feud between Snitsky and Chrsity Hemme for some reason

Not only that but before that match they had revealed that Reno was Vitos brother

24/7 online is no longer working for me, everytime I select a match it tries to open and it goes to the "liscense acquisition" screen, but it says there is an error or something in the program.

Rikishis turn I htink was an attempt by the WWF to finally have a real surprise. To reveal who ran down Austin was a big chance to make a major new heel, usually they go with the obvious choice but I think they wanted to surprise us (plus they wanted Kish to turn for some reason-likely cuz they thought had no room for another top face-as they already had rock and taker- and wanted to push him into the main events). when he was revealed, the fans were like "Ok you know what, we dont want to be surprised?" and they made HHH the mastermind, messing up a possible face turn for Trips as he had been portaying a tweener since the angle feud. then the WWF made as if he was worse than Rikishi-as Austin went to feuding with him and forgetting about the guy who actually drove the car ah this makes my head hurt

Tom Cruise in the closet was pretty funny (though a thinly veiled cheapshot that it was-though it was funny). I liked when Nicole Kidman came to talk to him and all of a sudden he whispers "Hi Nicole" then he keeps saying "But Imn not in here" "yes you are please come out" "Im not in here" "Then how am I talking to you tom" the r kelly spoof was great. Very strange episode but still funny DT is getting more awesome by the week (the Veggie Tales crew had me ROTFL) Wooldoors "masturbation" was hilarious (though it made no sense considering at the start he was humpine things, but apprantly he has no genitals)

Well I was gonna rent it, but I did have enough cash left so I bought it at blockbuster last (friday) night. Played somewhat. started a gm mode for raw played 2 weeks, starting a IC title feud with Regal (champ) vs stevie richards (for fun). Had a 32 minute no dq/co tag match with Eugene/Shelton vs Bashams (my tag champs) Tag matches are frustrating again a s the partner always breaks up the pins no matter what you try. apprantly I suck as sd is getting higher ratings, though my week 1 Benoit vs Eddie (me)single match main event somehow got 3 stars despite it being really sucky (whos rating these matches?) the next week I only played the main event cage match with eddie vs benoit (eddies my wwe champ) and benoit (me) won it buried alive is HARD it took me 18 minutes as Taker to beat Daivari (well it was my frist try) cuz ieverytime I got him in the casket, he kept escaping. FYF is lame and boring I as Trish beat Christy with a pillow shot to finish her off (though the celebration cutscene of Trish hitting her with a pillow and feathers comign out of it was funny) the commetary is ok, and I noticed that both shows teams take many shots at the other show

we can either start a new thread or rename this one I guess. I dont have enough cash right nwo to buy the game and I'll be starting the process of moving back to NY soon so i may not get a chance to get the game until after the new year. I suppose I could rent it though. better check blockbuster or hollywood

I guess Howard never breaks character huh? then again he doesn't "get" wrestling, he makes fun of all the fans cuz he just doesn't get our devotion. And coming from someone who usually supports his right of free speech, I think this was in very poor taste and he should apologize to the family of Eddy. Then again this is the same guy who made fun of his wifes miscarriage back in the day (as seen in his movie)

Wow, what a show last night. I was crying on a d off for two hours. When it came on and I saw Big Show bawling and Benoit hunched over I lost it. My face was quivering and my head ached and spun. The music video was a great tribute. The speeches (epscially chavo, tista, and benoit, and trips as well) got to me. Stephs was nice and it made me think of on the eddy dvd, where on an extra he mentioned about when he dislocated his elbow in his first wwe match, the mcmahon family was at the hospital all night with him. Eddy was amazed by the classiness of his brand new employers. And seeing Vince, I can sense that this death bothers him a lot and that he indeed does care about his employees (espcially Eddy). The matches were a fun distraction, though I had a hard time paying attention. The angle-shelton match pulled me back in, as did HBK-Rey. I felt almost guilty to be watching it, you know. (these people go out to perform for us fans and put all that strain on their bodies and personal lives) Truth be told I have been feeling pretty depressed the last two days. I haven't been this bad since my uncle died last year (though obviously a different feeling for family--but the wrestlers feel like my family sometimes having watched them all of these years, yknow?)

I heard Batista say that and it struck me as odd at first then it h ad me thinking a lot. These people put too much pressure on their bodies even just wrestling one or two nights. Taking bumps is not a natural human activity. The body is not built to sustain all that punishment (one reason why I gave up wanting to be a wrestler years ago). Personally I think that all of the guys and girls need to have regualr checkups at heart and other specialists. Eddy dying of an enlarging heart (much like Brian) reminds me all too well of my uncle who dropped dead suddenly at the age of 48 in March 2004 (his enlarged heart was never detected). I can understand where Martin is coming from. He learned the lesson of being out too long and losing your spot in WWE (well Test was just a mid-carder but you know what I mean)
