I know it's not network TV, but aren't you the one that always pimps the Real World/Road Rules things? That led me to believe that you were relatively a fan of "reality" tv.
-
I agree with Ripper ... most fights between hookers and wrestling message board posters would be a mismatch, in favor of the leg-spreaders.

Game Set Match What type of ratings do these shows get in comparison to MNF? I ask because I couldn't have told you that there was a basketball game or that it was the finale for 24 ... so while I do admit that both basketball & the show are popular, are they really popular enough to make a noticable dent in Raw's ratings?

HHH was just born too late. What he's doing now isn't so different than what Hogan, Dusty, or Flair did 20 years ago. It's just that we now all have access to the dirt and the internet, so we all know more about the behind the scenes stuff.

Then that was lazy booking. When they came in 6 months earlier they were using that as their tag team finisher but only behind the referee's back. Gorilla Monsoon used to get around it by claiming it was only illegal in some states. Illinois must have been one them, and by default, New Jersey wasn't. Was the piledriver really illegal in Georgia? I have memories of being like 10 or 11 and hearing that piledrivers weren't legal in GA ... but no idea of that was a real law or just a JCP rule or something. My guess is it was just a JCP rule, but why make up a law when the fact that it was just banned would have been good enough?!?

Suspending the knowledge that wrestling is fake, Batista would probably be mad enough about getting hit with a sledgehammer that he'd be willing to put his belt on the line if it meant getting his hands on hhh. Having said that, hhh bores the piss out of me, and it's funny that the show was that much better without him.

Even with drama, TSM is among the best boards on the 'net. Says something about the leadership and posters and whatnot.

Evidently not enough ... Ainge hasn't figured it out yet. The Pacers series was a great example of a team with (arguably) better players losing because their coach got schooled.

Maybe that's a euphemism for "looking at tranny porn and punching my clown." Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to email my brother.

Maybe the J.O.B. will come back to Boston, and can replace Doc once Doc proves that he's still a 2nd rate coach.
-
Doc, thanks for the reply ... I actually meant the M-A-zing girl that spins around like a contortionist, rather than Heidenreich's friend. I didn't watch JD, so I really don't know how young that girl was. Having said that, though, and knowing my friend's liking of young girls ... he & I probably could have had the same debate over a 10 year old. Gross, but true.
-
This isn't meant to be a dick, so I apologize if it's construed that way ... but do people actually MISS a wrestler that died, the same way that they miss a family member or friend that died? Or is it just a feeling of sadness over someone dying?
-
Huh? The girl in the M-Azing commercials? not to threadjack, but how young is that girl? I had a big-ass debate with a friend of mine about that girl being old enough to leer at ... he said yes, and I said no.

I talked to Banky the other day and he told me that he wasn't ready to come back to any messageboard because of all the drama. Take that for what it's worth though. I thought Banky liked message board drama? He seemed to dig stirring shit up.

By the time the Oilers were dominant, the Isles were passed their prime and Boston & Philly were pretty much just good (certainly not great) ... from 1986~ish through the end of the decade, Montreal was the best of those 4 teams and that was mainly because of Roy. Boston is the team that I can speak of the best, as I am from Boston and have been a die-hard fan since the late 1970s ... and it's laughable to say that the B's could have matched up with Edmonton in skills. Toughness, yes, because the B's were pretty definitely more of a physical team than a finesse team. But in terms of skills, not even close. This is a team that had players like LB, Milbury, Nilan, "Killer" Miller ... not exactly the skill players that Edmonton brought to the table. I will give you that the Wales would have played a tougher, more physical game against the Oilers, but Gretzky was so far ahead of everyone else in skill-level, he'd have still registered a shitload of points. Maybe not the 200+, but my guess is still well over 150.

Some live Black Flag mp3s that I downloaded online this morning ... right now it's My War into I Heard It All Before.

The question is: Why do you frequent bestiality message boards? I've never been shy about occasionally enjoying watching some dog-porn. What better place to find some than a bestiality message board?
-
I found it kind of surprising that most of the show's "bad-asses" were leaving the group, right when The Others were signifying an attack. Jin, Michael & Sawyer: leaving on the boat Jack & Locke (and I guess Kate, too): leaving for the Black Rock Sayid: left alone to protect if attacked.

WHY?! they didn't say one shit thing about your Yankees... and all of them actually have alot of respect for the Yankees. You can bash Pedro (when he was with the Red Sox) or Schilling, but these guys? Keep in mind, the whole pont of this thread is about people one hates:
-
If Gretzky had the supporting cast that he had in Edmonton, plus Fuhr in net and Sather behind the bench, he'd have had those points ANYWHERE. It's not like he didn't play the Wales quite a few times a season, he just played the Campbell more. The only difference would have been that the teams on the good side of the continent played a tougher, more physical game so he'd have had less space to move around. So, maybe his #s would have gone down, but more because of the way teams played rather than their skill level.

CI's the only one who thinks this. You tore a strip off him already, and you were right to. Let it be. Sorry, CG, I was just on a role ... and more angry than I really had a right to be. That post will be my last one about the whole debacle. I can't say future debacles won't occur. But I do apologize if I went too far by dragging the argument into this thread. I don't want to fuck up anyone's enjoyment of the board. And having said all that, I really disagreed with barron saying we have to "deal" with you ... I've never had any issues with your posting, which is something that I can say about very few posters on TSM.

Season ain't over yet ... methinks he'll be lucky to survive next week. BTW, how exactly does when shorten your screen-name? Or do you not care?

hey, Loaded Glove One of the people you mentioned in your spoiler wasn't on the raft ... Sayid is still on the island. Did you mean someone else? Count me among the ones that thought that last night's episode was fucking awesome. - Jin & Sun getting back together was well done & realistic (and unfortunately came at the same time I had an allergy attack, so my eyes got a little welled up). Sadly my allergies were in overdrive, because it hit me a bit during the Walt/Shannon scene, too. - Sawyer telling Jack about his old man was good, too: a little out of character, yes, but he figured it might be the last time that he ever saw the man, so why not tell him what he wants, no NEEDS, to hear. - The French chick? I don't trust her. And neither does Locke. And Locke's right about 99.99999999% of the time, so methinks it's a wise move not to trust her. - The flashbacks were on-point ... couldn't have been done any better. All in all, one of - if not the singlemost - best episodes of the season. Next Wednesday can't come soon enough.

Unsure if the size of the wang effects the chicken's chances of surviving. None of the bestiality boards I frequent mention if any size cock (no pun intended) is too big or not. My guess is that yes, all humans are too big for a chicken. I don't think "he's hung like a rooster" will ever be considered a complement, so my guess is that rooster cock is pretty damn small.

Misconception: Wayne Gretzky was a pansy that was allowed to skate around players and score goals (or assist on them) with minimal resistance from defenders or goaltenders, just because the league had hand-picked him to be their poster child. Reality: Wayne Gretzky is the greatest hockey player of all time.
