So many thoughts, so little time ... - Seeing Hurley on the TV was awesome. It makes me wonder what other small things like that were done early in the series that I (we?) might have missed. I'm wicked looking forward to Hurley's episode. - Jin is far and away my favorite character now. He takes the beating because he knows it's the right thing to do. Lashing out in anger or fighting back would be dishonorable, but letting Michael flip out and not fight back was the right thing to do. (I'd have done the dishonorable, wrong thing and come out swinging) - Sun in a bikini? Good times for everyone. - Walt being the one that burned the boat? Lame. Lame. Lame. Locke being the one that called him out on it? Not Lame. - Shannon & Sayid? Meh. I could take it or leave it. It's a good sub-plot to keep the two of them busy, but other than that, doesn't do much for me. - Lastly, it was great to have an episode with minimal Jack and/or Kate. (even though I still loves me some Kate). Let the other characters shine through every now and again.

Fuck that, the Pats are better off without Washington ... their d-line is stacked as it is, why waste the money on that fat tub of goo? Personally, I'd rather the Pats bring Sapp in just for a tour/talk about a contract, and then not sign him but announce it's because he's old, fat, overrated and a loudmouth. And let Hochstein be the one to announce it. THAT would make me laugh.

Agreed ... if anything, he'll end up losing money by making this career change. Thus making the "you sold out" cries null and void. Dama, I agree with both of your points, to an extent. Yes, the whole team did poorly but she seemed to stick out (maybe because I was paying more attention to her; more details in the 2nd paragraph). She seemed to be blown up (sorry for the wrestling term) while doing the obstacle course and then did as piss-poor as everyone else during the rowing. Of course, all of this happened after she was chosen last in the team-picking competition. IMHO, she just looks like she's not fit or in shape, and when you really don't know much about the people before picking teams, something like looking out of shape won't help win you any favors. And more than that, I agree with you on tats & pierces on a girl being hot. Hell, I use Fractal from SG as my avatar, and just ended a relationship with a multi-pierced, multi-tatted waitress. But my fetish includes ATTRACTIVENESS along with the freakiness. While watching the replay at the bar on Saturday my friends were busting my balls over Angie ... my response was "other than her heinous body & average at best face, she's pretty hot." There were two Barbie-doll blondes that were hot, though.

Top choice is easily Ole & Arn, the MWC. Second choice is Eaton & Anderson. Both teams just complemented each other so well, and worked so well together.

I watched it, and thought it was just Ok ... not as much eye-candy as in the past, and as much as I hate to admit it that's the main thing that keeps me tuning in each & every week. It also pissed me off that they'd keep the old guy with both ears pierced (Willard?) instead of the younger guy. Yeah, the younger guy seemed like a tool, but it'd make more sense to have as strong a team as possible (to win challenges) and then vote the tool off later. The fact that she exhibited next-to-no physical skills didn't help her, either.

DVD, maybe I was on too much of a roll when I through the Williams & Dibiase tag team reunion in there. (alhtough, those two would have been >> Money Inc, IMHO. So they could have kept them seperate for the first few years and then had them team up instead of Dibiase & IRS.) How about they teamed Doc with Duggan?

I agree with just about everything posted here ... I like his promos (he talks very normally and convincingly, rather than the forced promos a lot of wrestlers have to use) and his music indeed is the best in the wwe right now. I don't, though, agree with Vyce's suggestion of him claiming racism over every small thing (sorry, Vyce). His gimmick works because it's based on reality, and that's what they should be encouraging, especially the stupidity of chanting USA at someone who's an American. Personally, though, I'd have preferred that they let him use his real name and just given him a different heel persona, something with longer-term prospectives.

I think Williams was a big name in the Mid South days, in the late 80s and through the early 90s. He had his moments in U.S. wrestling. Williams was pretty much past his prime when the Brawl for All event came around. Forget for a minute the Brawl for All debacle ... why wasn't Dr Death a bigger star in the 80s, and why didn't VKM grab him during one of his roster raids? I mean, he grabbed such stellar wrestlers as Billy Jack Haynes and Hercules Hernandez; why not Dr Death, who had the strength/bad ass thing both those guys had along with legit wrestling skills? I could have seen him as a Jim Duggan-level wrestler, if not a step higher to the IC level. And he could have been heel or face every bit as easily. Lastly, recreating the Williams & Dibiase tag team from the mid south days would have been awesome.

Don't know if this has already been suggested, but why didn't the wwe bring Masters in as a protege/partner of Simon Dean? Both of them have dead-as-dirt gimmicks, why not pair them together and see if they worked well together. Plus, as a tag team they could hide much of Masters' flaws.

I'm not going to do a full 5, but I scratch my head at people saying the NHL season getting canceled altogether, meaning that for the first time in major US pro sports a season will not occur at all, is less disgraceful than the 1994 World Series not happening. Yes, I recognize that baseball is more beloved than hockey, but the first time an entire season gets canceled has to be considered disgraceful.

Technically, I don't either ... but by the way the show is written, if a main character is going to die it's going to be because they're helping/saving someone else. Locke, more than any other character, has been portrayed as someone that helps/saves the others. Thus, by the way his character is being written, it would make more sense for him to die in an act of altruism than just about any other character ... except Sawyer, which has been referenced repeatedly

The two characters that make the most sense to kill off are also two of the ones that I most want to have live after they get off the island (if they get off the island): Locke & Sawyer And by "make the most sense to kill off" I mean show a logical character progression. Both of them would make sense to do something to kill themselves to save another, more than anyone else on the show.
