I'm not gay, but I think my dog might be. He seems to like it way to much when I'm giving him a blowjob. /oldest internet joke ever

wait ... you didn't use Ravishing Rick Rudo there?!? Sadly, I use nl5xsk1 on most of the boards that I post at now ... easier to remember than having a bunch of different ones.

not a bad response, RRR ... it'll be interesting to see how it all plays out in the second half of the season. And has anyone gone to the ABC-page LOST messageboard? The posters must be about 12 years old, it's painful to read. For example: http://forums.go.com/abc/thread?threadID=134561 Plus, there are threads like "Which character would you kiss?" and "Is Michael Gay?" ... it makes TSM seem like a MENSA convention.

I can't fully agree with that ... how did their fear pull the pilot out of the nose of the plane and hang him in the tree? I really don't know what to say about the monster ... they haven't even alluded to it since the Sayid/Rousseau scene. And she says something about there NOT being a monster. So, I really have no idea.

I'm going to sound like a broken record and say Jericho or Tazz. It shows how much more the WWF had their shit together back then ... the countdown for Jericho was sweet because they couldn't even show him or say his name yet managed to hype him up for weeks before his debut. And the Tazz one was genius, debut-ing him in NYC where everyone would know him and help get him over. And the old-school in me says Flair from his first WWF run in the early 90s ... Heenen did a great job getting him over to fans who might not have been fully aware of his NWA past.

Owen Hart's performance during Bret/Backlund

Beat me to the punch, Loss ... and as little as I like Shawn, I have to say that I agree. Would anyone really trust a person that knows you screwed their brother over? -
I've been siding with ownership throughout this entire debacle, but after reading what Bob posted I might change sides ... that's a significant offer, and while it's not the cap that Bettman has a hard-on over it IS a very good compromise. If nothing else, sign it to a 2 or 3 year agreement and immediately start working on a long term solution that both sides fully agree upon.

I voted 'none' because none of these teams really stand out as playoff-calibre teams. Some are good (Ravens, Broncos) and some will be good next year (Buffalo, Jax) but none are really playoff-calibre teams right here and now.

Why is this in Hardcore Discussion?!?
-
I might be wrong, but I think he meant hardcore as in "very passionately into the band" not hardcore as the genre of music.

Ok, quick poll: a) Who thought Charlie was dead? b) Who thought Sawyer was going to fuck Sayid up? c) Where has the Asian couple been for the last few weeks? d) Do you get the impession that Locke is actually getting lucky, rather than actually knows what he's doing? e) What do you think the metal thing that they encountered is? My responses: a) yes, I thought that they were killing him off, and was going to applaud the nuts it'd take to kill of a likable character like that b) yes, I thought that old, prick Sawyer was going to re-emerge but be stopped from doing too much harm by someone running interference (maybe Walt?) c) no idea, and it pisses me off ... at least show them in the background more d) I really do. I think that he knows some things (from studying the hell out of books and whatnot) but I still think that he's living the 'better lucky than good' lifestyle. e) no idea, but I'm guessing either a plane that crashed in the past or a shelter that was once used but has since been abandoned.

I think that it's cyclical. After FSU hamer-handled a kid nearly to death in a pit, the Boston shows got REALLY strict with checking people, with full frisks and taking anything at all dangerous or illegal. Now when I go to a show, there's not even a light pat-down.

Man in Blak, this is in response to your post ... I don't want to quote it because I think over-quoting other people's posts tend to clutter up a board. The Patriots were very guilty of breaking the rules last year, their 2nd Super Bowl win. They bent the 'chuck' rule as far as it could be bent, and then bent it some more. Especially in the Colts & Panthers games. But they really didn't do that too much in the Rams win; the main way they beat the Rams up was to hammer them each time they caught the ball. So much of the Rams offense was based on yards-after-catch; they catch a relatively short ball and then use their speed to race for more and more yards. Well, the Pats secondary hit them hard each time they caught a pass, so it got to the point that their receivers dove to avoid contact, and instead of a 10 yard pass becoming a 70 yard touchdown, it became a 10 yard pass play with no YAC. Truthfully, to say that the Pats abused the chuck rule as bad in the St Louis Super Bowl as they did last year is to write revisionist history. They didn't abuse the contact rule anymore that year than any other team, St Louis included. It was only last year that teams really benefited from bending the chuck rule, and the Pats & Panthers benefited the most. (Carolina was as guilty in the Philly game as New England was in the Indy game or the Super Bowl)

All I'll say is that "beat them up" is the perfect word for it, since Belichick explicitly told them to rough up the wide receivers because the referees would be reluctant to throw a flag and slow down the Super Bowl. That's not coaching genius (though later wins would be) - that's exploiting a sad flaw in officiating. Plus, the coach on the other side of the field was Mike Martz. That's like spotting the opposing team with a touchdown before the game even starts. Actually, in my opinion, identifying a possible advantage and then exploiting it IS a genius move. If it was so apparent, why didn't every other coach in the league take advantage of the same flaw? And my apologies if this sounds like a Colt-bashing Patriot fan, but Indy seems to be an anti-New England ... putting all their eggs in a few baskets, and hoping for the best. Manning's bonus was more than Brady's entire contract (bonus included) and yet it's Brady with SB MVPs under his belt. Manning can have every regular season passing record in the world, but winning Super Bowls is the reason people play the game.

converge, did you hear it on WEEI? B/c Dennis & Callahan were making jokes about it ... I'm not sure if MTV will cover this at all, but all the 'real' news outlets (ones like the Today Show, and the equivalent that are on the other networks) did so I'm guessing MTV, in their eternal quest to be viewed as legitimate will have to at least MENTION it. (of course, having said that, the same time Matt Lauer and Katie Courik were talking about it MTV was playing a Lil Jon video. So, maybe they WON'T cover it at all.) I was never a huge fan of Damageplan or Pantera musically, but I've never heard a bad word about them as people.

Police: Woman hit teens after golf ball struck car

Can someone explain to me how a movie star lights up a cigarette? -
I used to be a big Katie fan, but mainly because she looks a lot like a girl that I was dating at the time (the last challenge) ... but now I hate her, but mainly because she still looks a lot like the same girl, who's now an ex.
-
Hey, I got to check out the pics after work yesterday, so big thanks to Exslade ZX ... but I have to agree, it barely looks like her! Why does Playboy go out of their way to take a hot girl and make her look so fucking generic? Especially when it's someone that's "famous" (as in already known) ... we all know what she really looks like, and thus we all recognize that she's been airbrushed to hell and is covered in all sorts of makeup.

Do not deny the greatness of Christmas Vacation.

I'd rather watch Tranny porn than Christmas Vacation OR Christmas Story. /not an exaggeration //not a fan of tranny porn /// seriously -
Yeah, I probably would. And I'd also sneak out the next morning before she woke up. She's fuckable because she's a girl with big tits. But she's average (at best) facially and her personality seemingly sucks. I can think of countless 'celebrities' more fuckable than her, and can think of quite a few 'real people' that I know that I'd rather be with. /not impressed by her

I must be getting old, I can't name a single artist/song combination that came out this year. Until this thread, I never knew the name of that eminem song (I've only seen seconds of the video, and turn it off as soon as I see what it is) and most of the other songs or artists I've never even heard of.

I thought that I'd lose interest when Rachel got the boot ... even though she likes girls, I like looking at her, so I was bummed when she got eliminated. But I watched last night and was reminded about how much I dig Tonya. Thus, I'm a fan of the show again. If they can just vote Coral off next week, I'll watch for the rest of the season. EDIT: Not to kick RW:Philly while it's down, but it might be the worst season ever. It makes London look exciting.

Does anyone have a gif or something of Lita's suicide dive? I didn't bother to watch RAW so didn't see it live, but with everyone talking about how brutal it was, it'd be sweet to check out. Many thanks ...
