Nonwhite kicked out of White Supremacist

My favorite part of the article, taken from the last page ... Notable in her absence was Butler's former companion, Wendy Iwanow, who spent last fall promoting Aryanfest and promising half-price tattoos at the event for all her racial brothers and sisters. Iwanow was arrested on forgery charges at an Idaho airport in November when she and Butler were attempting to board a plane for Phoenix, and was subsequently outed on the Internet. Seems Iwanow enjoyed a lengthy film career as porn star Bianca Trump, billing herself not as the white power Russian American she does today but as the "Latin Princess." She had co-starred with women, black men, and even Ron Jeremy, a Jew. But rules are rules, even for the close personal friend of a near deity; sucking black dick gets a girl banned from Nazi parties

How often is the hotstove accurate? I don't get to catch HNIC enough to know, but I know that a lot of the rumors that you hear in the States never come to fruition. If that trade came true (and the B's didn't have to give up too much) I'd be unbelievably excited. Yes, Ronnie Franchise isn't have the best year of his career statistically, but it would provide more depth at center, give the team a very good face-off man, he'd be a great leader in the locker room, and he's been deep in the playoffs before. If the Bruins could pick up Francis, and if Travis Green ever gets healthy, the team could have 4 legitimate scoring lines for the first time in years.

    One S.L.O.P.P.Y. Lita

Looks wise, I preferred her in the Miss Congeniality days in ECW. But I kind of dig trashy girls, and I more than kind of dig tattoos on girls, so she had what I was looking for. As she's gotten older she's lost some of it (gained weight and changed her style) so her stock is plummeting. I still prefer her to the "Playboy blonde" look (Torrie, Trish, Sable) and to Molly. Skills wise, she was never that good, and now she's trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. Getting hurt screwed her, as it gave the other women a chance to practice a certain style w/Fit, and now she's trying to play catch up while learning a new style to boot. Not a good combination.

It's funny, I read what fans of other teams would want (or be willing to give up) in a trade ... and I can't join in. Being a fan of a team that's completely unwilling to pull the trigger on a big move at the deadline SUCKS. The newest Hockey News speculates that the Blues might be willing to move Pronger (both Weight and Tkachuk have no-trade clauses) so I spent a few minutes thinking how great it'd be to get one of the best D-men in the league in time for the stretch run and playoffs. And then laughed and laughed at the mere idea that the B's would even pretend to pick up a player of his caliber. Maybe the #6 d-man on the Blue Jackets is available.

    Mother of the Year

No. Don't kill her. And don't send her to jail. Let the punishment fit the crime, and follow the old "eye for an eye" adage. Put her in a defenseless position, and have someone much more powerful burn her repeatedly with cigarettes. And cut her repeatedly with razor blades. And scald her with hot water. Have her go through years of excrutiating pain while she gets skin graphs. Have her go through years of mental anguish as she revisits the pain she felt while getting tortured. nl5: believes that "cruel and inhumane punishment" is justifiable.

Actual Literature discussion in this folder?

I haven't read Sun Also Rises, but I did read Farewell to Arms. There are some authors that you just need to read, regardless of your appreciation for literature or not, and I think that Hemingway is one of them - even though, as Grand Slam implied, his style of writing is not for everyone. Did I love FtA? No, not at all ... liked it but didn't love it. But I'll read more Hemingway when I'm looking to read a new book (I'm in the middle of one now and have 2 others waiting on deck already).

The official off season NFL thread

That would be pretty funny since former Dolphins starting QB Damon Huard was our back-up for the previous 3 seasons. Fiedler > Huard. I never really liked having Huard behind Brady, and felt safer when Davey was the 2nd stringer. And when you're viewed as less able than Rohan Davey, your time's come to an end. I wish Huard good luck playing elsewhere, but I'm really glad it's not going to be in New England.

    Yo Listen Up

    i) the perq/perk spelling question was posed and answered a few pages ago. Yes, I know it's a pain in the ass to read all 9 pages of the thread before posting, but figured that I could and should let you know that it's been addressed, and the explanation was seemingly accepted. (well, no one complained about it even if it wasn't accepted). ii) Kylie is indeed hot, and ironically I cleaned my pipes to the can't get you out of my head just this morning. Good stuff, that video is. iii) the 'players and officials' the analogy that was used earlier isn't 100& accurate. I think that 'civilians and police' would be more appropriate for a comparison. The ref and player comparison doesn't work because the two groups aren't doing the same function. If mods weren't allowed to post at all, but were only limited to supervising the board, then that comparison would work. However, mods aren't just supervising but are instead doing everything that we posters do, but with additional authority. Just like police: they live a normal life like everyone else but with additional authority and powers. And having a ton of police in my family (brother in law, 2 uncles, 3 cousins) and friends (both local and state) I can confirm that they OFTEN bend the rules that they're supposed to enforce. Is it always fair? No. But it happens, and there's not much that we can really do about it. iv) I know I'll get accused to ballwashing, but I haven't had a real problem with anything that any of the mods have done. I really haven't always agreed with them, but there are common posters that infuriate me more than any mod ever has. If someone's got a bitch about a mod, send a PM to them, and one to the other mods. If you're complaint has merit I'm sure it'll be addressed. If it's a bitch for the sake of bitching, I'm sure you'll hear about it.

The way that I view the East shaping up (subject to change as trades and injuries occur) ... 1) Ottawa - the Bondra trade will really help them. If Lalime plays as well as he's capable of, this team will have no excuse not to win the East. 2) New Jersey - got hit hard by the injury bug, and then got lucky that the Flyers had injuries which bit their balls even harder. Brodeur has the experience to carry this team deep into the playoffs, and most likely will. 3) Tampa Bay - good team, but not one that I'm entirely frightened of. Has a good scoring line, but if a team can shut down that one line, might not have enough to win a big series. Plus, Grahame and the Bhulin Wall aren't going to win you a Stanley Cup. 4) Boston - Raycroft is the best goalie that the B's have had in years, and if he can continue to play the way that he's been playing, the Bruins will have a chance of winning their first playoff series in 6 years. They need more than one line to step up (if the other team's top defensive unit shuts down Murray-Thornton-Knuble, the B's are fucked if Ralston, Samsonov, Bergeron, etc don't pick it up) 5) Toronto - only the uncertainty of Belfour's health is keeping them from the top spot right now. Plus, too many teams have bad-blood with the Leafs (Isles, Sens, Flyers) making series seem longer and more drawn out, and that could come back to haunt a team that's definitely not young. 6) Philly - questionable goaltending and untimely injuries will hurt Philly. Until proven otherwise, Burke & Esche are NOT Cup-caliber goalies in my eyes. How long until Bobby Clarke makes the one move that might bring his city a Cup: relieving himself of his duties? 7) New York (Islanders) - always seem to play above their heads come playoff time. Could surprise a team in round one, but really isn't deep enough or skilled enough to make a run for the Cup. Definitely a team that no one would want to face in the first round. 8)Buffalo - if Montreal was playing better, I'd have them in this spot, and I truthfully wouldn't be surprised to see the Habs keep a hold on this last spot. If it's Montreal, they'd better hope that Theodore stands on his head again ... and even then, I don't think they have enough to win a round. Montreal would be eliminated in 5, the Sabres in 7.

Victoria talks about the outfit she wore on Raw

They should just pin a "Who finds which diva the hottest?" thread on TSM, because it seems like we have a thread about it every few weeks. The Molly lovers come out to praise her, as do the Victoria lovers and Stacy lovers. (in turn, the Molly, Victoria and Stacy bashers come out to voice their opinions) We all end up agreeing on the ones that we don't dig (Sable, Jazz, Jacqueline) and then it's done for a few weeks and then repeated as if it never happened before.

The OAO NHL 2003-2004 Season Thread

If the Bruins can't finish first or second overall in the East, then I want them to fall to #6. Playing the Lightning sounds better to me than having to face either NJ, Toronto, Philly or Ottawa. I think that the winner of the Northeast will finish #1 (most likely Ottawa, especially if Belfour takes much longer to get 100%) and that Philly will win their division to finish #2. Tampa will take #3, and then it'd the 3-way race between Boston, Toronto and Jersey. I'd rather face TB then either the Leafs or the Devils, and the Bruins have been better on the road than they have been in Boston, so losing home ice wouldn't ruin my day.

Is it wrong to go to one college...

I'd say that it depends on the situation. If you go to a school but root for one of it's rivals, that might be a bit screwed up. (Like, if someone goes to Harvard and root for Yale or Princeton. Or, if someone goes to Boston College and roots for Boston University.) But if you're picking a team that in no way is considered a rival of your school, then it's Ok in my eyes. I went to Colorado State, but root for BU in hockey. If CSU had a legitimate hockey team, I'd root for them, and since the two teams will NEVER meet in a game, I don't think it's an issue.

Drew Henson looking for 10 year contract

Ha ha ha ha ha .... ha ha ha ha ... I bet Henson doesn't last 10 WEEKS as a starter. "Andre Ware & Todd Marinovich, have you guys met Drew Henson yet? He just got hired, we're going to start him on French Fries, but if he continues to show spunk, we might move him up to the drive-thru" sayeth the day-manager at the local McDonalds.

    MLB 2004 Predictions

See, I disagree. After too many years of a team getting there and then losing, the average fan will just presume that they're going to lose again and not care and not tune in. For example, I don't care about basketball but if it were to be a good championship series, where either team could win, I'd be more likely to tune in. As it is now (with the Western teams being so dominant that their victory is virtually assured) I'm not going to spend 5 minutes watching. Basically, if I know that the Eastern team will lose, why should I bother watching? Same with the average baseball fan, if they start to think "well, the Cubbies have no chance of winning, why should I bother watching?" The ratings will peak early and then bottom out bigtime. While I'm disagreeing, I have to disagree about Pettite, too. The guy's already won several World Series, and earned more money than he'll be able to spend in this lifetime. Rather than just go for the biggest payday possible, he went to a place where he could spend more time at home and more time with his family. He's already been to the mountaintop, why not go home for the twilight of his playing days?

    MLB 2004 Predictions

No. Red Sox/Cubs is awful for baseball because one of them has to win Sure, there will be monster ratings for that Series, but the SECOND one of those teams wins, their appeal has been totally shot to shit and they are no longer any kind of a draw for major league baseball. Really, what's the hook for the Sox and Cubs once they win? Why should fans give a shit about them anymore? when they challenge in the play offs, what's the hook for fans outside of Boston and Chicago? I just can't fathom how the biggest ratings in World Series history, plus one of the biggest matchups in sports history, would be bad for the game of baseball. I've lived in places other than Boston and Chicago (although I've lived in both Boston and Chicago as well) and there really isn't a "national following" for either team. Unless you mean that they won't be there to serve as a punch line anymore - because other than that neither team really has a national following to speak of. Other than the Yankees (who actually have a huge international following) there really isn't a MLB team that has a strong national following. And I think that the year after either team wins it all, FOX, ESPN, and MLB will promote the FUCK out of the team. "See the Curt Schilling and the no-longer Cursed Boston Red Sox, take on ARod and the New York Yankees this Saturday on Fox Game of the Week". World Champion Red Sox or Cubs = Ratings.

    New Morrissey Album press release

No, you're not the only one that's excited. I'll admit to being skeptical when he says it's the best album that he's ever done though. I'd love it if it's true, but I'll be a cynic until I hear it with my own two ears.

Why does being a Bruins fan suck, you might ask? 10. Is there a team that won't even think about making a bold move? The Bruins are still in the league, aren't they? credit: http://sports.espn.go.com/nhl/columns/stor...i_al&id=1736669 People can complain about bad trades, but at least your teams are trying to win. Look at some of Boston's big deadline pickups: Moran, McGillis, and that's IT. What kind of team picks up #4 and 5 defensemen as help to lead a playoff run? Teams that are only trying to get to the postseason, and not win anything, that's who.

    The Boss Reponds to Henry.

I've only been alive since the mid-70's, so won't really touch the years beyond that. In the 70s, Boston was a hockey and baseball town (Orr-&-Espo-era Bruins & Yaz-era Sox). In the 80's the Celtics replaced the B's as one of the big 2 in Boston (Bird/Parrish/McHale era). Late 80s, when the C's stopped winning, hockey got big again (Neely/Oates/Bourque) and joined baseball as one of the big two. Since the Kraft-empire took over the Pats, they've jumped to the second place mantel, and knocked the B's & C's down to a distant 3rd and 4th. Whichever team is playing better gets the nod into third place. If I had to list them, right now it'd be: 1) Sox, most attention by a lot 2) Pats 3) Bruins, but way behind the big 2 4) Celts, close to #3 but as long as Ainge is fucking up the team, they're going to stay behind the Bruins as least popular.

Former Colorado Kicker Says She Was Raped

A team that's good enough to shake up the conference wouldn't be available to just jump into the Big XII. I mean, look at how much of a clusterfuck it's been to get Miami, BC and VATech to jump to the ACC. The only possibility would be Notre Dame, and like you said, there's no way that would happen. There's only a handful of teams that could make a real impact on the conference, and most of them aren't going anywhere. Having said that, though, a team like Colorado State would benefit from getting the call up to a bigger conference. They've been a big fish in a small pond for the last decade or so, and would only be helped by playing against tougher teams. The first few years would be rough (like 1, 2, 3 win seasons) but in time they'd get better recruits and be able to hang with the big boys. As it is now, they get about half of the best Colorado players and do better with the California natives than CU does. Put them in the Big XII and they'd start to get some of the good ol' boys that don't get into their state universities (e.g. the Nebraska players that don't go to Lincoln, etc.). Am I biased b/c I went to CSU? Hells yeah. But would I love to see them replace CU in that conference. Hells yeah.

    Wonderland

Proving that I know WAY TOO MUCH about John Holmes' gay porn career, he actually did 2. The first was a silent one at the very beginning of his career, and the second was a full-length normal one after he'd already been blackballed from the hetero porn community. I'm pretty sure the second one was called "The Private Pleasures of John Holmes". (Please, please, please don't hold it against me, but I've seen parts of the second one. WITH A GIRL THOUGH, and I didn't enjoy it. I swear. Scouts honor)

    Official Ozzfest lineup announced......

I heard on WAAF that Ozzy would be doing the tour, but he would be bringing a staff of doctors from show to show to monitor how he's doing, and that he'd also have chairs and poles around the stage to use for support. I'm guessing that he'll start the tour but be unable to finish it. But, as of now, the plan is for him to headline the tour.
