I disagree. You could moderate the discussion & keep it on subject without necessarily knowing the factual basis behind the argument. Keep people from flaming, trolling or bringing down the quality of the board is more crucial than being able to support why Benoit is better than Cena or something like that. It was REALLY bad during the Diva Search, and showed up again towards the end of the year. Its not even such an abnormal thing, especially in Italian woman, but the thing is, they usually have it removed periodically or at the very least, bleached. Ashley tends to be VERY lax with this, IMO. Has anyone else here seen facial hair on Ashley? I don't ask to imply that you're wrong or exaggerating, I'm asking because this seems like the kind of thing that other people would have pointed out but this is the first that I've heard of her having facial hair. max, how about Samonov getting caught with the illegal stick? Isn't it pretty much common knowledge that even if you use an illegal stick in the first or second, it's wise to switch back to a legal one in the 3rd, especially in a one-goal game? And if Thomas keeps playing reasonably well in net, I'd say that Raycroft gets moved once Hannu is back & healthy.

Hindsight being 20/20, it's pretty obvious that these observations didn't hold water. Manning's been slammed by the national media for his comments, IMO more than TO did last year. Rightfully so, too, since Manning was as much to blame for the problems as any of the O-Lineman. He's the one calling audibles at the line, why didn't he call for more protection? Keep a TE in to block, keep an RB in to block, call for one of the WRs to run a short slant to be available for a quick pass. It ain't that hard.

Since most PBP's become PBP's after repeated warnings and after showing an unwillingness or inability to change, I don't think ANY of them should be allowed back. Thus, while I haven't had any issues with the new AS, I voted that he should be re-banned.

Since Pittsburgh was able to scheme well enough to stop Manning for 90% of that game, I'm presuming that they'll be able to scheme well enough to keep the Denver RB's and Plummer under control. (They could pretty much just emulate what New England did and have a good start at controlling the Broncos). As long as they don't turn the ball over the way NE did, they should be able to beat Denver. Seattle & Carolina is a lot harder for me to figure out; both teams were very "Jeckyl and Hyde" this year, so it's hard to look back at the last 2 weeks and really have a good handle on either team. I guess it's safe to add me to the Carolina/Pittsburgh prediction list, though.

After watching yesterday's game, I find it even more laughable that people were suggesting that Dungy was the coach of the year. Sending in the punt team on 4th & 2, while losing by 3 scores, is just bad coaching. You have a high power offense, and you're afraid of going for 3 measly yards? Manning was right in waiving the punt team back off the field. And then their apparant inability to scheme against the blitz was mind-numbing. They should have re-thought their offensive approach at the half and come out with a whole new look. Instead, they seemingly did NOTHING different in the second half. Pee-Wee football coaches make better halftime adjustments than Dungy & co. did. And can someone tell me how Indy - at the end of the game - managed to have 2nd & 2 at a little past mid-field and still not have the presence of mind to just get the first down? Why was Manning throwing to the end-zone and then a 20 yard pattern when they only needed 2 measly yards? Just dump the ball off, get the handful of yards necessary to extend the drive ... if they were worried about wasting time-outs they could have spiked it and still had two plays to extend the drive or score. Instead it was two wasted plays and then a long-ass field goal attempt. (It's a moot point, since Vanderjagt shanked it so bad that the wasted plays or extra yards were irrelevant. It doesn't take away from Manning's poor decisions on those plays, though.)

Unless you "fucking told" us that the Pats would give the ball up 5 times and that the Broncos would score points off of of those turnovers, I really have a hard time agreeing you told us anything. The Broncos didn't win by outscoring the Pats per-se, they won because they took care of the ball and NE did not. If the rest of the layoffs play out with the +/- favorites winning each game, I'll concede that it means something. Last night didn't prove a thing to me, though. And accuse me of sour grapes if you want, but if Denver plays as poorly next week as they did last night, whoever wins today's game will demolish them (as long as said winner doesn't have 5 turnovers). 4 for 14 on 3rd down, less than 100 yards rushing (with only like 3 yards/carry), less than 200 yards passing? The Indy & Pittsburgh coaching staffs should just pattern their D after New England's last night, and will mop up the Broncos.

Right now I feel relatively cool. I really don't remember how cool I felt when you actually posted the inquiry, though. And a drug anecdote just to make this post something more substantial than a +1: One of my favorite things used to be to take a big bong hit and as I was holding it in, snap a line of cocaine. The combination of holding in the grass longer to imbibe the coke, the further inhalation to allow for the coke to be snapped, and the general combination of the two drugs left me relatively confused for a few seconds before the actual euphoria kicked in. Good times. (and, I guess to further answer che v's questoin, I felt cooler before adding in that little story. I should have left this as a +1)
