*MARKS THE FUCK OUT FOR BIG VIS SIGN*
-
One thing I'm intrested in is did they edit out all the music they used by the bands in the Mania of Wrestlemania movie? If you aren't gunna plan on paying to use the rights for not only the original broadcast but the DVD version, then don't use songs by bands at all.
-
Just noticed this, but LOL @ Goldberg yelling 'FUCK THESE STUPID PEOPLE' @ Brock during the "Na Na Na" chants.
-
.

Brock's entrance sounds the same. An abbreviated You Souled Out chant? They even leave Lawler mentioning it. A faint "Nah Nah Nah Hey Hey Goodbye" chant? They didn't touch that either. I want to hear if they left the "This Match Sucks", "We Want Bret", "Hogan", etc. chants. If they didn't touch those, then they didn't touch anything. And again, what's the point of editing it out on DVD? The entire audience already will remember that match as being a total disaster and the crowd not going a shit.

This guy is a fucking monster.
-
Oh my god, I didn't think of that. They will go fucking NUTS.

ELI SUCKS CHANT! FUCK YES

LOLOLOL. He's getting booed out of the building.

This Eli guy seems like a fucking douche. I hope no one picks him. And Gallery is definately a Radiah.
-
Easily. Once they show all the money they made off of Mania...that stock will probably go up a dollar.

Not at all. I was in the audience that night and I also saw the PPV broadcast recorded...we got WAY into that match the second half once it built up. Sure, we were into it the first half, but not insane because it had to be built up and boy, did Angle/Benoit ever do that. The only edits WWE does is when they edit out techincal errors, sponsorship ads, other ads, botches, etc. I really haven't seen a DVD that has been edited with crowd reaction. Yet.

WM 18 DVD is not edited. I've compared it to the original PPV broadcast and it's as loud on the DVD as it is on the VHS. Every "Rocky Sucks" chant is still in tact, and they even left in "We Want Bret!" chant when Rock put on the Sharpshooter. I recently recorded over my copy of the PPV broadcast because it wasn't worth keeping considering Rock/Hogan is the exact same thing on DVD. But that frustrates me about Goldberg/Lesnar. Considering EVERYONE who saw the PPV knows about what happened with the reaction, what's the point of editing it? Too little, too late...

I think last year was suppose to be Booker T's "Wrestlemania Revenge", or at least that's what they hyped all the house shows as.

Thinking about it, HBK would be SO much better off on Smackdown then turing heel and staying on Raw. SD is in dying need of something intresting and I think Michaels over there would be great because it would add some new faces for him to wrestle. Remember, he's been on Raw since he came back in the summer of 2002. HBK as heel at this point is kind of bleh because he's had so many good matches that even people like me (who fucking hated his guts) is now a fan because he still is that great in the ring. It's almost like he's in the catagory of Hogan and Austin...you'll never be able to turn them 100% heel again. HBK's even getting cheered at times in Canada. And besides that, heel HBK on Raw...who's he get to feud with that he hasn't already in the past 2 years or so? Maybe Edge/HBK, but I'd rather see Edge as the heel.

I could see HHH getting hurt and Orton taking over Evolution and saying no new members. But then Shelton shocks everyone and helps Batista and Flair win a match and they try to convice that since Shelton beat HHH twice, he's going to be an even bigger star than he is and that they want him in the group. If you can't beat him, join him (Flair and Batista). Orton will have none of it...then the 3 beat his ass and put him out of the group and Orton turns babyface. Possible, but more than likely a typo.

There was actually some discussion going around that Austin says something to the extent of "Well, you broke my fucking neck..." during his toast to Owen. By the way, that site with the Owen pictures is fucked...up.
-
Maybe it's because it's 3:00 AM but that was fucking hilarious. 10 bonus points for you.
-
I'd change it to "Chris Benoit finally gets the World Title as HHH finally jobs to the right person."
-
I remember that night cause something happened and I was in a lousy mood and I was barely watching Raw cause I was on the computer at the same time. So when Evolution did the beatdown, I quickly glanced over to watch HHH randomly yell something like "IT'S ALL OVER NOW!!!" and then they proceed to TOTALLY fuck up the Pedgiree. That had me dying and it made my night.

The "Na Na Na...Hey Hey Hey...Goodbye" with JR making a special apperance to sing it.

I remember back in 1998 when Taker & Austin were tag team champs and I thought that was pretty cool...but they've overplayed it way too much by having two stars tag together and win the belts for not a lot of reason when they aren't tag team wrestlers. I think they should stick with Edge doing the program with Orton and benoit should be dealing with the World Title stuff...and they should try to work on tag teams instead of avoiding that problem and just throwing the belts onto 2 high profile guys. I mean, did Flair/Batista even tag before they won the belts at Armageddon?
-
Well, for a Raw in Calgary...I didn't think it was all that great. Sure some stuff was good, but comparing it to the Benoit/Austin Raw from May 2001...it was nothing like it. -Don't really care for Edge/Benoit being a tag team because it seems like they are just trying to throw the belts on 2 notable people because of the lack in Tag Team development. They really should of put someone like Hurricane/Rosey over for the belts instead of just giving it to Benoit/Edge who definately don't need it. -LOVED Jericho's new entrance. Gives him a much more fresh feel to the character and it doesn't seem as "Y2K" like as the 2 previous ones did. -Enjoyed Benoit/HBK promo, but thought they really killed the momentum of it by announcing the match for Arizona in 2 weeks. They should of waited and announced it in a backstage segment or something else. -The hype video for the Japanese guy was one of the weirdest things I've ever seen. I'm not exactly sure were they are gunna go with the whole World War 2 thing, but it certainly seemed eerie when watching it.
