I'm guessing he camped out at the hatch, and like you said, just looked at it all night. He woke up and went back to camp. If he had gotten inside the hatch, then there would be no reason why he'd continue trying to get into it.

Damn. Near the end Bradshaw gives him like 4 straight shots right to the face. -
Horry's having a career game.

Holy shit.

Yeah, Shelton worked out with him once and said he was even totally drained. Benoit's a fucking machine.

The One and Only Batman Begins thread
iliketurtles replied to Ravenbomb's topic in Television & Film
I went to see this movie last night with a few friends and I really haven't been into Batman that much, but I figured I'd give it a whirl. I saw a couple of clips from the old TV show, never saw any of the other Batman movies, never read the comics. I fucking loved it. The ending was done perfect. Christian Bale, Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine...terrific. Katie Holmes sucked, but whatever. My friend who's into Batman said this definately was the best one yet. So I ask, should I even bother going and seeing the other shitty ones with George Clooney and ARNOLDODLD!@~, or should I just wait for the next one to come out. Definately go see it, even if you don't know or givea flying shit about Batman. You'll be hooked after the fastest 2 and half hours you'll ever spend in a theatre go by. -
Which wrestler, dead or alive, past or present but
iliketurtles replied to zyn081's topic in General Wrestling
Bret Hart. Mainly, the only wrestler that I never saw live that I want to see. And a match with Angle. Sadly, will never happen. -
The Dudleys used have a bunch of fucking crazy promos. Cause riots, basically. Austin's anti-WCW was hilarious. I suggest anyone to catch those, as described in this thead. He was one pissed off mother fucker. That's for sure. And Gertner's promos...I don't think he one "poem" that wasn't funny in the latter years of ECW. It's too bad he didn't get to go off on Smackdow and Raw at ONS.

What I absoutely loved was the small details you wouldn't notice unless you watched it again. One part that really hit me was when Foley was introduced and was in the ring, and the abruptly faded into the Opening package of the show. I thought that was AWESOME. It was just those little tiny things you know Heyman was fucking having a hard-on for to make sure the WWE production crew got their shit right and made this authentic ECW.

All over the news...nothing too major, but certainly intresting with the earthquake that happened in Northern California earlier this week.

Benoit's DVD is a must. The story itself is just as good as the matches. Rise and Fall of ECW, Wrestlemania 17 and 20, Ric Flair's...all must have. Summerslam 2002 was pretty good as well. From there it's all about what you like and prefer. Most of the Wrestlemanias are worth having on DVD, and particular events you have a enjoyment for. Not everyone would say Wrestlemania 19 is worth having, but I fucking love that show and is one of my favorite DVDs I own. Some people will probably say Vengeance 2003, and while it was a solid show and probably worth having on DVD (I don't), but I guess for me it never stood up well overtime. If you have a hard on for Hulk Hogan, go buy his DVD. It's really good, but I don't watch it much just because it's hard to sit and watch total non-stop Hogan. Again, that's just preference. A lot of DVDs I have I bought cheap off EBay, or on sale. If you can pay between 10-15 bucks for any WWE DVD of a regular PPV that you moderately enjoy brand new, buy it. I would never pay 24.95 for any DVD, let alone an average show. A couple days ago I bought Royal Rumble and Backlash 2004 for like 30 bucks overall. I bought Backlash 2005 for 13 bucks.

But if it's something super awesome down in the hatch, are you going to complain that we took all this time to get to this super awesome thing? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> From what they've said, whatever is in it has more of an impact on the Locke character then the impact of shock of what's in it. I'm guessing either an answer to the Locke being paralyzed, or it's going to be something to makes Locke give up faith on the island because he doesn't get answers, or "hope." I just don't want to build it up even more than they have, and then they drop the ball on dissapointment. I think the way to get the most viewers in for the season debut is to maybe even tell what's in the hatch that episode. Or advertise it that way too in order to start the season on a good note.

5.3 Earthquake in Southern California

This shit sounds exciting. -
I have a feeling they've already filmed a good part of the first episode. I think we'll stay in that time frame that we were last year, and not advance. I think we'll start the episode with the four of them still at the hatch trying to figure out what's next, maybe even questioning Hurley what he meant by the numbers. I think we'll be still back at sea (Holloway said in an interview they cut stuff out that they filmed after the ending that was released...basically meaning that there's more stuff we haven't seen yet). I doubt they'll advance it all. I think it would take away too much from the show.

Here's the problem right now with Fenway Park. The stadium is fixed up, and it gets bigger and bigger with more people. The streets around that part of Boston...well, they stay the same. It's fucking cluttered as hell, but that's a whole part of the experience. Since the Sox finally won the Series, I do want to make it to Yankee Stadium, just once. I'll have to plan on doing it the next three-four years.

As someone said, they'll probably have a crappy storyline of them taking half the season to try to get down the hatch. They should have the season premiere have them actually get into the hatch.

Where do you live? And do you know what happened to that kidnapping car chase from today? It was going into Ventura County when I had to go out to do errands. -
I want to say during the Diva Search thing last year but I don't remember. I remember that most vividly when he talked about how he doesn't watch the show anymore.

JBL's commentary is going to be him repeating "This stuff sucks" about 2 and half hours. -
That, and probably Heyman's promo ties for second.

Lesnar. For his size? Easily. Angle's second.
