Well, the striker we loaned from Southampton has gotten injured! We're cursed. At least we managed another point, our strike force is really the only huge problem. The midfield always seem to create the chances (ie Zinedine Whelan) but you can't rely on Lee Peacock to finish them off.

Neutral Milk Hotel - 'Holland 1945'. Oh yes.
-
This thread had the potential to be completely run of the mill and inoffensive, and has turned absolutely terrible in double quick time.
-
You know, I'm actually really, really worried. We could be bottom at christmas. I think we'll get a fair few draws, but until Proudlock and Talbot come back we are REALLY gonna struggle for goals.
-
It would be extremely amusing to see Shawn job to a legdrop after years and years of never losing. I can't see why Hogan would come back to put Michaels over, y'know. Of course, I dunno if they can afford to have a non-finish here.

Too many numbers? I've never been a fan of names with too many numbers, ie PLAGIARISM!20375840_RVD. As a poster I can't recall anything specific.

Replacements - 'A Little Mascara'

Strachan's got to be in the running. We drew 0-0 at Stoke, as predicted, cos whilst defensively solid they've sold their goalscorer and ours is fucked. They missed a penalty.

No but on the extras, whilst Warnock says Cullip was at fault for something, Cullip completely disagrees, and when Warnock goes 'Well I didn't see that...' before turning to someone else, you just hear 'Must not have had your specs on then..' before an odd hush around the dressing room. He later tells Cullip to 'fuck off if you're gonna moan'. It wasn't meant to be, I don't think. I don't think Neil likes anyone who questions his mighty position, but then I'm biased. Tune in to see Warnock's anti-tactics in action against Leicester on sky, in what promises to be an absolutely unwatchable game of non-football. That said, I think united's signings will see them through that one.
-
Cullip's a good signing, blades only let him go cos he didn't get on with good old Neil in my opinion (and as is shown on the Warnock DVD).
-
I enjoyed the direction The Wolf took so I might like this, although I too am only on dial-up till I move back in at uni in september.
-
Shite cunting twat. Steve Maclean is out 4-6 months at the least. If we weren't in the relegation battle before, we are now. Proudlock looks good though, and Sturrock says hes almost secured 'a striker' from 'a club' who might even be here for Stoke away on sat.
-
Neutral Milk Hotel, still.
-
I don't hate them as much as most, but fuck, they've done some shite. 'All around the world' is the longest, worst song ever and is accompanied by the worst video ever. And Edwin is correct, Pulp are the British indie band of the 90s. Probably one of the most underrated ever, in fact.
-
Well we held Man City at Hillsborough, mainly cos Wright-Phillips hass been bought, didn't see the game but apparently Glen Whelan has changed from 'The next Roy Keane' (In the words of Roy Keane) to 'The Next Zidane' (In the words of my mate Joe). I know who's opinion I value more. And Adam Proudlock apparently looked good, which would certainly be a first in aesthetic terms, if not ability.

Hey, I'm a showoff bassist with a Residents hoodie.

I've no massive opinion on Celtic, but I enjoy seeing non-Wednesday big clubs get shit on. Ha.

Neutral Milk Hotel - In The Aeroplane Over the Sea. Everything you've heard is true, it's tremendous.

The Guy You Like Who Actually Sucks

'Krusch'? -
I've been drunker than I was at my 21st. It was fun though, all the guys from uni dressed up in pink (it's my colour) which was actually kind of touching.

There hasn't been a major innovation in music
PLAGIARISM! replied to Giuseppe Zangara's topic in Music
I agree with your point, but whilst Electronic music was around before Suicide and they did something old in a new way, I still think they changed the landscape of music more significantly than most. I won't call them a major innovator on the level of hip-hop, but I just think they did a lot more than they get credit for, even now. -
Well, therein is the deception. Say Hi To Your Mom fuckin rules as a name, actually.

Kylegavin, as someone who has fondness for Deportivo La Coruna players (I'm quite good with them on Pro Evolution), will you be upset if Pandiani goes? I know Forssell and Heskey would be first choice, but I like him. Owls have Frankie Simek for three years! That should be a nice little grower. We should stay up, especially if we get Paul Shaw from blades. And he scores in the derby. At their place.

I wanna mark out seeing him break up worked fights and stuff then, surely that's what agents are for. I thought his religious-ness led him to sever his ties with the company around the attitude era, but fair enough.

OK, so Animal seems happy to go along with this, but I'm finding it kind of unsettling that a comic character is being used to 'replace' a dead wrestler in storyline terms.
