  1. SK ratings for Unforgiven:

    Table match: *1/2

    Test/Steiner: 1/2*

    HBK/Orton: **3/4

    Women's tag: **1/2

    Kane/Shane: *1/2

    IC triple threat: *3/4

    Announcers: -**

    HHH/FGB: *1/2

A little higher in spots than I gave it, but still pretty bad overall.

I can't believe Keith gave the matches such low ratings. The show wasn't as bad as Keith made it out to be.

  2. Dudleyz/Resistance & Conway: **1/2 - Standard Table Fare

Test/Steiner: ** - As much as people shit on this match, it wasn't half bad

HBK/Orton: *** - Good match until the TERRIBLE finish

    Lita/Trish v. Molly/Gail: **1/4 - Decent enough womens match

    Kane/McMahon: *** - A fun match, really

    Jericho/RVD/Christian: ***3/4 - MOTN

    Announcer Match: DUD

    HHH/Goldberg: ** - Eh

  3. If Kaos had been smart and broken away from GQ's guidance, Kaos wouldn't have been fired as well.

If Robby B had been smart, he wouldnt have let a manger get political power in the locker room and caved into ultimations from them.

This "promotion" just astonishes me with its stupidity

Next thing you'll be telling me is that XPW had nothinbg to do with its own attempted hijacking of Heatwave

GQ was an on-screen manager, yes, but that's not how he got his political power. The guy worked behind the scenes quite a bit, I believe helping in aspects of booking, video production, etc. So his power came from the fact that he busted his ass, not that he was "over enough" by XPW standards to be a backstage bitch, a la some of the WWE primadonnas.

See, at least someone here knows what I'm talking about. GQ was not given power because of being a manager, he did work behind the scenes for XPW and EA long before he even made an on screen debut. At least Zach knows his facts. I know XPW is to blame for Heatwave. 1nch, if you are going to bash a company, at least check your facts, because if you don't, you end up looking like a jackass.

  4. You don't know the whole story. First of all, after Kaos was let go they wanted him back, XPW never wanted Kaos gone. It is known well that GQ Money had a lot of power backstage in XPW, and he was also not the cleanest guy in the world. But he was the guy guiding Kaos, and when XPW wanted to release him, he said, "if you release me, I am taking Kaos and J-Love with me." They didn't want J-love, and especially kaos gone, but the power struggle with GQ had gone on for too long, so they did what they needed to do. If Kaos had been smart and broken away from GQ's guidance, Kaos wouldn't have been fired as well. This is in real life, not the enterprise storyline. and 1nch, you really don't know the impact of Rob's case. its not just a case against rob, and people are actually supporting him, and the people who want to see him in jail aren't being public about it. you prick

  5. So, of course, they fired them all.

I just hope you dont drop the soap when you go down , Rob, because somewhere, Kaos and GQ are gonna be laughing

Fist of all Kaos was let go because of GQ Money, and the truth is KAOS was let go after their LAST SHOW, the one in Pittsburg, in march of this year. So its not like they ran shows without him or anything, he was still there till the end.

and for you to make a joke about rob in jail, well, thats not funny at all, and the case against rob is a blow to the porn industry in general, and he has many people backing him up. most people arent gloating about this man and his wife facing 50 years in jail.

  6. Would Mark Out Like A Bitch for The Paradise City Ninjas To Review XPW, for sheer shits and giggles

It'd probably be just me doing one. I think the other guys would rather have sharp objects dug into their forehead.

Depending on how badly I feel like hating my life at the time, I think I'd be up for it.

Person who sends me the tape also has to pay for my blood transfusion later, though.

That's the thing. Most of my XPW stuff is on DVD, which is why I'd be the lone one doing it. The shows I have on tape are the earlier ones, which even I'D dread, save for We Wrestle, which was pretty good and had some notable names like Michael Modest and Donovan Morgan on it.

If you should review any shows, it should be Hostile Takeover and Fallout, they were two awesome shows in my opinion.

  7. Hostile Takeover:

Psicosis vs. 'Insane Luchadore' Super Crazy

The Sandman vs. Pogo the Clown

The New Panthers (Smokey Charmichael and Malcom XL; formerly Brian XL) vs. Mexico's Most Wanted (Damien 666 & Halloween) Tag Title Match

Supreme vs. Angel For the Deathmatch Title

    Juventud Guerrera vs. Chris Chetti

Three Way Elimination Match): Altar Boy Luke vs. Vic Grimes vs. Guido

(XPW TV Title Ladder Match): "Rock Superstar" Kaos vs. "Confederate Currency" Chris Hamrick

Terry Funk vs. "The Franchise" Shane Douglas

I have seen this show and I think its solid. Only the main event being actually bad because Funk gets pretty badly injured, and Pogo vs sandman isn't really much of a match, its more of an angle setting up the next month's show.

There is a review of the show here:

  8. I admit that XPW has done some stupid things. Even when I defended them in my posts on this board I admitted that, but you are so wrapped up in these little flame wars that you seem to miss those posts. About the Buck Naked match, everyone with half a brain knew they wouldn't be actually Buck Naked, because the show would have been shut down as a result. Most fans didn't come there expecting to see actual nudity, and if they did, than they are extremely dumb. If you want to talk about things that XPW has failed to deliver than look at CZW, they were supossed to have an unsantioned match at the last show, and instead we got a barbaric display that was said to be the most disturbing event in the history of Viking Hall. Or maybe when Wifebeater said he was going to have his last match in Delaware, only screw the fans who drove to that show by having another match. Or the PPV that CZW said they were going to have. I could go on and on. I like CZW, I like them a lot, but they do stupid things too. Point is, everything you have mentioned are angles and internet crap that you have read. Just like with Wildside, you are bashing a company that you have seen none, or little of. You admitted to knowing jack shit about indy wrestling, and have only seen Wildside on some crappy internet webcast, so you will never be taken seriously as a journalist, at least at this forum.

I DARE you to defend XPW and not look like a complete moron

    Read above.

Here is one for you. I DARE you to go and buy the DVD XPW: Hostile Takeover, and watch it without bias. It is $10 US. Just watch the show, and put aside what you have read about online and the politics. Just watch the show for what it is, a wrestling show.

If a promtion bills a Buck Naked Match...frankly, id expect Buck Nakedness by the ed of it.

As for buying XPW DVD's, no thanks, I dont want to cotribute to Rob and Lizzy's bail payment

I guess you don't have half a brain, because anyone with half a brain would know that if a promotion showed any actual nudity the show would be shut down.

As for you not buying a DVD, fine, be that way, it is only 10 dollars. But, you can't admit that XPW might have had a decent show, so you won't order the DVD. How about this, E mail me at [email protected] and give me your address, I have the VHS copy and the DVD copy of the show, I will mail you my VHS copy, and pay for shipping, if you give it a chance.

  9. Uh, Johnny, hate to tell you this, but XPW is dead

This thread was made to be a discussion. You clearly only posted to ignite a flame war. Everyone else thus far has posted what Barber has asked for, and made this an actual intelligent discussion. If you had nothing positive to say why bother saying anything at all?

    Nevermortal said the smae thing

not quite. he was joking, and you were an asshole. you didn't benefit the topic at all and tried to ignite a flame war.

  10. Luke, Kaos, Angel.

I could see Supreme possibly working for IWA MS because of how hardcore he is. Say what you want about his wrestling talent, he can work a great deathmatch, and bleeds like crazy.
