Sid was one of the greatest things ever. He most definitely had "it", whatever "it" is. He was one of my favorites during the 90s. Sid was truly the ruler and master of the big men for a short period of time as part of the 4 Horsemen in WCW and working with HBK in WWF remember now Sid got a bigger reaction from the crowd than the champion Shawn Michaels at some of their PPV matches and Sid was suppose to be the bad guy. Oh that "IT" factor was his unique interview style of changing his tone of voice, his intensity, the crazy personality, and of course the Body Glove elbow pad. Then again I am a HUGE fan of the psycho personalities of Randy Savage and Warrior.

I wished they would done the "throwing the belts in the trash" deal after a title change at the PPV as it would of had more meaning to it. The WCW Thunder match of Austin Starr vs Eric Young was watchable.

What the hell happened in the first "match" all I saw was the entrance music for Angle and Joe then it went to commercial then to Raven talking about scorpions in the desert. I like Bob Backland last week when he wasn't hyper and was a walking talking encyclopedia this week's crazy old man was just too cheesey.

And thus the reason they will never do anything with them. I don't know about that Highlanders as the Bushwackers is quality comedy and Cade/Murdoch are starting to look good in the ring in a "We are emulating Dusty/Murdoch and/or All Japan 90's" both team are clearly better workers than Cryme Tyme. Cryme Tyme is more over on the backstage skits sure but once they enter that very ring they look like complete crap. One guy is jumping up and down like he is copying Too Cool Brian Christopher and the other guy looks like he can't last 30 seconds with Orlando Jordan. I would rather watch Rob Conway and the Quebecers version 2 have 6 man tag matches against Eugene/Duggan/Vis for 6 months than watch one match involving Cryme Tyme. I think the Spirit Squad is the benchmark for suck and even though they were DBZ Ginyu Force gimmicks at least they made it work in the ring when a team can't match the workrate of the Y boys then its time to go back to the gym to work on the basics.

Go 2 Sleep is 10xs better then the Vice. It is? Really? Go 2 Sleep is a nice move but I think a MMA Flying Knee would better work of CM Punk. It would take a match up against someone with extensive judo/ju jitsu/olympic wrestling level mat skills for the Vice to look like a killer move but then again Go 2 Sleep looks like something Cena would use after watching puro clips from youtube.

It's an (un)funny generalization at worse not an out right I hate so and so rant. Boxing was good on cable when USA network had the Tuesday Night Fights yeah it wasn't great but at least it was something as of recent I think Fox Sports Net is going a decent job with its Best Damn Boxing specials that had James Toney, Evan Field, and other heavyweights featured.
