I can also say that the only way I see this being a blowout is in favor of the Trojans. I can picture Texas winning but I can't picture USC getting blown out but I can picture USC blowing Texas out.

Yeah but Mack Brown's choking always came from QB woes. I doubt he'll have any QB woes in this game. Unless young underperforms in the first quarter and he loses confidence and yanks him. I'm not going to care if Texas loses I'm only going to care that USC won again.

That's so messed up. It's like ESPN wants to create the news so badly and create the outcomes that they throw this stuff in there. They've managed to engineer the Heisman winner the past couple of seasons and they're the ones trying to create each sports biggest stars. I hate it when an ESPN announcer will ask one of the real sports writers they have on their show a question and when they don't get the response they want they start wording the question in that direction. They do it on 1st and 10 all the time(though woody and skip aren't real writers) 10 bucks says that if USC loses then ESPN declares Texas the greatest team of all time, forgets about them in a week and begin hyping the Irish going into next season. Hell they've already sowed the seeds for the Texas thing with Herby and May saying that they'd pick Texas as one of the top 3 all time teams if they win.

We have guys like that around here. We call them Tulsa punks. They're "punk" kids from Tulsa that come to shows in OKC and they'll pick someone they don't like and jump the person. However they don't jump big guys b/c they're all under 6 foot so I'm usually safe from their stupidity.

I'm ready for the game and all but I honestly could care less about Texas anymore. The Big XII has pissed me off to no end this bowl season and OU won their bowl game. I don't really care how the conference does now b/c my team won. I won't shed any tears if Texas is blown out.

Long ago Bobby Bowden made a deal with the devil to get his coaching talent. Satan told him that it came at a price and he gave Bowden shitty kickers.

What I like about Bowden and Paterno is that they're old and therefore they have no shame. I love it when old people say whatever the fuck is on their mind. I usually don't hear a ton of "coaches speak" from either. I also like Paterno roaming the sidelines in a tie. And I noticed that there sure are a lot of white people at Penn State and on the football team. Seems they have more white guys than any other D-1 school.

-Texas has the better all around special teams. -OU's defense last year was far from vaunted. -The Texas O-Line should easily be able to handle the USC D-Line but it depends on what kind of blitzes come in but the Texas O-Line is f'n huge and fast. I can't really find anything else you've said to be wrong so yeah.

Ok one of the things I hate the most are celebrities with sports. It's one of the things that makes me hate the Lakers so much where they show all the bandwagon celebrities trying to get on camera. So this ESPN Hollywood show is like the worst show ever for me. What was horrible was having two biased celebrities(that dude from Desperate Housewives that is from Texas and Snoop Dogg) giving their analysis on the game. Then they say "we'll have a full celebrity recap the day after the game!" Yeah nobody cares what celebrities were watching football.

The Northeast, particularly NYC, is overrun with FSU (Fuck Shit Up), pretty much the most belligerent and piece-of-shit skinhead gang around. I've seen groups of them beat people down for having the audacity to <gasp> go and buy a shirt during a hardcore bands' set. Not to get on my old man 'back-in-my-day' high horse, but back in my day, being in the pit was a safe & fun thing. You didn't punch higher then chest level, you didn't purposely punch or kick anyone, and if someone hit the ground you helped them up. Nowadays it's the exact opposite: you try to see how many noses you can bloody or how many people you can stomp. Idiots. Well at all the punk bands I go see people are still helped up. I don't go to hardcore or mainstream stuff so I don't know what goes on at their shows but I hear things about it that coincides with what you say!

Why exactly would the boycott the game? I mean tough shit. FSU beat VA Tech so deserved the game. What did they want FSU to step aside and give them Oregon or Va Tech?

Wow. That's all I can say. Down 28-0 and the Bulldogs show no fear and roar back into the game. Most teams would be intimidated by another team getting back up like that after their best shot but the Mountaineers kept their heads on and produced one of the best bowl dogfights(no pun intended) that I've seen in a while. Hell man I was drained after that fake punt.

And Texas is figuring out a way to not cover Bush as we speak just to piss me off! It's the sports gods. I offended them by watching a fake sport for too many years.
