OU usually chokes in college basketball but I hope they can live up to a top 10 ranking this year.

Jim Ross gave me a high recommendation for the movies. He said the Cena one would blow but he said the Kane one was pretty good. It was funny though because he said something along the lines of "When I heard they were doing this I groaned and figured they'd be direct to video pieces of shit." At least he's honest when the cameras are off.

This was in the Forde Yard Dash. I'm not sure I understand what he's trying to say. Is he saying Peterson's injury has hurt OU or is he saying Peterson just hasn't showed up to play this year? Peterson got injured in the first game of the year and he hasn't recovered. He was hurt when he ran for 200 some odd yards against Tulsa but it was downhill from there until he injured his ankle for good against KSU. So I'm not sure exactly what he's trying to say. If he's talking about the injury then oh hell yeah it hurt. If he's saying Peterson hasn't showed up to play this year then he's wrong. I said during the TCU game that OU would kill Peterson this year and they did. Bastards.

Yeah well they haven't been a factor in college fb this year so you're right. But this is the first time since like 1961 that OU and Nebraska aren't ranked when playing each other.

And I haven't even pimped OU this year.....so it doesn't make a lot of sense.

They did it with Jason White? ESPN hated Jason White after he got bombed out in the Big XII title game. Yeah they would probably do it with Peterson this year because they did it with him last year and my stomach would turn. But you don't have to worry about that because OU decided to kill Adrian Peterson and he's been sidelined since the 4th game of the season with an injury so he's drifted to the back of ESPN's mind. But if he were to come back from that injury and run for 200 then ESPN would be on his nuts again. He rushed for like 63 against TCU and ESPN was on his case. Then he goes over 200 against Tulsa and they're all over his nuts.

They call themselves journalist so I'm expecting some sort of integrity.

Because the attention that USC gets from ESPN is nausteating. I could care less if they praise the team. But it's to the point where they have certain analysts(like a fat outland trophy winner) that refuse to say anything bad about USC or a USC player and will go to great lengths to defend them until they're blue in the face. They do tons of stories on USC on sportscenter and barely ever mention any other teams. They act like the college football universe has and always will center around USC. As a matter of fact they said before the season started on the website that it was USC's world and everyone else just lived in it. Everything they do just shows a horrible bias that they are not supposed to have. ESPN basically has no journalistic integrity when it comes to USC or college fb in general. Yeah I was young and stupid back in 2003 agreeing with ESPN saying OU may be the greatest team ever. But to look back on it that was just horrible by ESPN to make that assumption before the season was even over(and look they were proven wrong). They do that kind of stuff all the time though. Another instance where I can show there nauseating coverage. During the VATech/Maryland game. The announcer starts talking about Vince Young and how good he is. He never brought up any other players. Just talked about how good Young is. Then Herbstreit acted as if Reggie Bush's manhood was somehow called into question when he was never mentioned and jumped to poor Reggie's rescue. He was like "Yeah Young is good but Reggie Bush." and then when the announcer tried to respond Kirk just went "Reggie Bush, Reggie Bush, Reggie Bush." Until the other announcer said "So you're saying #10 in burnt orange isn't good?" and then Herby was like "No but he's no Reggie Bush." Of course he's not! They fucking play different positions! I also find it funny that Leinart was ESPN's golden boy but once he starts having an average season(actually his season is still damn good) they're just like "Yeah he's alright BUT!" and then they find someone else's dick to suck. In this case Reggie Bush. It's absurd the coverage they give USC and the way they refuse to say one bad word about USC and then they jump to the rescue of the team anytime it's manhood is called into question. Especially that fucker Mark May. Oh and it's all sad because I really like Pete Caroll. He seems like a cool dude.

If getting the spotlight means that my state will be filled with assholes then hell no I don't want it. And yeah USC gets a lot of spotlight right now but OU's a Top 5 All-Time college football programs(as is USC before you get your panties in a wad) so I could care less how much spotlight we get. We've gotten plenty over the years.

Well you don't ever have to worry about me jumping on the bandwagon of anything that steps out of the state of California. I would not shed a tear if that state sank into the ocean.

Yeah well kiss my ass. You wouldn't have a problem at all if I was rampantly supporting USC. I have another reason for hating USC aside from the ESPN blowjobs. They're from LA. I hate LA and everything that exits that shithole. So me supporting Texas because I actually think they're a good team and I think they deserve a shot at the national title is wrong but Porter hating Texas for really no reason except that they've been close to USC all year and then refusing to give them credit for any accomplishment is fine?

Why? Because I've defended them? The USC fans are acting worse in regards to Texas than the people supporting Texas(i don't think there are any actual Texas fans on this board). Besides on top of that if USC were to dominate the rest of the season and win a third straight national title it doesn' tmean I won't shut up about disliking them and hating the way ESPN blows them.

Yeah because you do have no reason to hate them. Maybe because you don't want USC to have to face them? I still maintain that Texas at the end of last year was better than OU at the end of last year and would've had a better game in the Orange Bowl than OU.

You do realize that everyone Texas has played has had their lowest offensive output of the season? So their defense isn't a pushover.

Will this guy ever stop with his tirades? I think it was pathetic to see the Auburn player last night on MNF introduce himself from the "2005 National Champion Auburn Tigers." These guys will never let it go. I mean I'm all for ESPN bashing but Tuberville needs to quit.

Ok while I was standing in Best Buy the other day i saw a preview for a computer game named FEAR. And then I went and actually looked at the game and it didn't seem too bad at all. It seems to have some crazy little girl and you're on a task force or whatever. Anyone played it? Is it any good? It's got some crazy system requirements.

Yeah I'm pretty disappointed in Tennessee. I really believed in them this season too.
